The house is very comfortable for a group our size, and the location is quite spectacular as far as the view! The beds are comfy and we loved spending time in the pool and hot tub on the lower level. Petra met us the evening we arrived which enabled us to follow her home in our rental cars. We had a blast!

Perfect property for our group of 10. The kitchen was well stocked for making meals, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the pool deck was a great place to unwind and cool off. Excellent location within a 5 minute drive of shopping, restaurants, beaches, and laundry. Amazing views, we will definitely visit again!

Our family had a great stay at Rendezvous Breeze. Amazing views. Easy to access the national park and close to town. The pool and deck are great, the hot tub was also thoroughly enjoyed

Quirky, but awesome!

Awesome stay! The house and setup is a little quirky but overall a really great place to stay. Loved the pool and view - can’t be beat!

Fantastic Days at Rendezvous Breeze Villa

Fantastic home with awesome ocean view and amenities - we loved the outdoor are with infinity pool, hot tub and BBQ kitchen and the open bar concept - Petra is a wonderful host - we will stay at her home again coming back to St. John

We stayed as a group of 9 people in March of 2026 for Spring Break. I want to start off with the positives. The location of the house was great, it was very close to everything including Cruz Bay. I was thankful that the host met us at the market to help us get to the location. I was also very thankful that she allowed us into the house a little early. Amazing stay

We went with a large group and enjoyed every bit of our stay! Petra was an amazing host. The house had everything we could possibly need with an amazing view and very close to town. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you Petra!

The house was amazing! Perfect location, we had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Petra was so helpful and thoughtful with anything we needed. The views are the best ever from the pool and the pool bar was spectacular. Amazing stay at an amazing property!

Incredible Views

We loved our stay at Rendesvous Breeze! The views from the pool area and deck are unbeatable. The pool and grilling area is amazing and was our favorite place to hang out after long days at the beach. Petra, the host, was very easy to communicate with and has everything and more that you could possibly need for a vacation at her lovely home. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect spot on St John

We had a wonderful stay. You can’t beat the view and the breeze from the back patio and pool deck. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Lots of pool and beach toys for kids and Petra has great information about what to do on the island. Note there is no laundry at the property. Highly recommend!

The views!!!

The poolside area is the highlight of this property. Absolutely stunning. We had four adults and 6 teenagers. The property easily accommodated us. The host is extremely kind and responsive.

Awesome pool view

Pool view is great, we spent a lot of time in pool. Great balcony view. Place is near to all good beaches. We feel property is not clean enough, and to go to pool from kitchen/master bed, you have to go out from main door and walk from outside .

Thank you for staying with us. Sorry you were unhappy with the cleanliness, this could have easily been avoided. Your booking was for 2 people / 1 bedroom and I double checked that this was for 2 people before accepting the booking (as the original enquiry was for 4) and you said 2. Despite multiple messages exchanged prior to travel and on the day you did not let us know that you would be a group of 4 and needed 2 bedrooms, you just showed up with 4. While the extra room you requested was coincidentially made up, it did to receive another pre-check in clean/dust up as only expected 2 guests. It will help owners to provide the best guest experience to know how many guests will be staying and how many rooms are needed and it also affects the price. To avoid an awkward situation upon check in please change your reservation to correct number of people at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our group. The view is absolutely amazing. Petra was really nice and very helpful giving us a tour of the house and what to do. It is highly recommended to have a four wheel drive vehicle, the roads are steep and curvy. We all absolutely recommend it! Thank you Petra for letting us stay in your wonderful house!

Petra was wonderful and so was the house!

The house was perfect for what our group needed! Spectacular, breathtaking view! The house was spaced out so it made our group of 10 feel very comfortable. When you get the hang of the drive from cruz bay, it’s easy to find! Close to the windmill bar which was our favorite place for bingo and sunsets! Petra was very gracious and friendly and helped us with the ins and outs of the house!
