With high-speed WiFi, smart TVs, air conditioning, and Tesla Powerwall battery backup to ensure uninterrupted comfort during island power outages, every detail has been considered for a seamless, luxurious stay. Tropical Sea Breeze Villa is where modern sophistication meets effortless island serenity.
Guests are responsible for removing trash throughout the stay. While we do not allow pets, we will accept service animals with advanced notice and a $250 non-refundable security deposit.

Family Getaway

Great reunion

A couple of friends for years met in St John and stayed here. We loved coffee on the porch in the morning. We all had plenty of space to retreat to. We had everything we needed for a great week!

Clean and quiet!

Very clean and host was very responsive with any needs. They also supply beach chairs, towels, cooler and snorkel masks so you don’t have to worry about purchasing or renting which is really nice. We really enjoyed our stay!!

The home was very clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed for meals, trips to the beach, comfy beds and nice full baths. Plenty of extra towels, beach chairs, coolers, for day trips.

What an amazing new place

We absolutely loved our stay here. The property is brand new, with every amenity you could ever need or want. It’s secluded, bright, and the views are spectacular. This is the definition of the best bang for your buck.

Beautiful house and view!

We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful house! It is clean, decorated well, and in a nice neighborhood. The hosts communicated well. The host helped us a ton because this was a last minute vacation decision, and he helped us secure a rental vehicle last minute. We are so thankful for a great trip and such a nice place to stay!

Beautiful modern house close to town

Amazing new modern home. Very clean and secluded with beautiful views of Fish Bay. Only about 10 minute drive to Cruz Bay. Check in process was also very easy and host was quick to respond to questions. Will probably stay in the same house next time we're in St. John

Perfect Getaway

New modern house with nice views of Fish Bay. Nice pool with plenty of patio space. Stars at night were amazing! 15 minute drive to Cruz Bay area. Take a hike to nearby Fish Gut trail. Perfect for larger groups, however it was only our small family of three this time.

Tropical Seabreeze

Nice new construction. Everything worked. Internet was spotty, but that's more a feature on St. John than a problem with the house. Relatively convenient to Cruz Bay and North Shore beaches. Managers were very responsive and helpful.

We had an amazing vacation on St. John and the Tropical Seabreeze villa was perfect. We had two families (8 guests total). There was plenty of space - super clean, beautifully built, the bedrooms were great, the views were awesome and the pool was just what the doctor ordered after a long day of beach fun in the sun. Grilling on the deck in the cool afternoon breeze swapping snorkeling stories with the family while the sun goes down was pure medicine for the soul. Memories we'll cherish forever. Booking was super easy, a greeter met us at the fairy to take us to the villa, the concierge booked us a magical day on a boat in the BVI, David and Julie were super responsive and genuinely wanted us to have the best time ever. Not to mention they left us a wonderful charcuterie board and wine welcoming present - very thoughtful. The villa was a huge hit with both the adults and kids in our party. You couldn't ask for a better vacation home base. This was our first trip to St John and it won't be our last - we all agreed we'll be sitting poolside at the Tropical Seabreeze villa again in the future. We made memories of a lifetime - thank you Seabreeze!! We loved it.

Amazing house. Great for family trip or multi family trip. Our kids loved the pool. Convenient location with short drives to any of the major beaches or to Cruz bay for supplies. Hosts have thoughtfully stocked the house with anything you might need on a beach vacation including multiple snorkel/mask sets. Would stay here again when we come back,
