MARIN DEBUSSY is a spacious 1 bedroom apartment ideally located in the city center.



This pleasant apartment offers all the necessary comfort for a relaxing stay. It is located in a modern building and has the advantage of being quiet.

The impressive living room includes 2 sofas and a coffee table to enjoy a good aperitif, a flat screen TV and a dining table for your meals.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped, it has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker.



BATHROOM :

The bathroom has been completely redone, it is composed of a beautiful walk-in shower, a towel hook and a hairdryer.

The toilets are independent.



BEDROOM :

The bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed, a bay window overlooking a balcony. It also has a dresser and air conditioning.

It has the advantage of giving on a small quiet garden.



The bedroom and the kitchen have a balcony overlooking an outdoor courtyard and access to the greenery.





There is a bus stop nearby, allowing you to easily get around Nice and its surroundings.

The city offers many self-service bicycles (blue bicycles), allowing you to drive easily in the city center.

Nice airport is only 15min drive away.



Heating : Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
