Disfrutar de unas fantásticas vacaciones en la playa en este espacioso condominio, que cuenta con más de 2000 sq. Ft. De espacio habitable, una hermosa cocina con mostradores de granito, rincón para desayunos, elegante comedor, cómoda sala de estar, dormitorio principal de lujo, y una enorme abierto balcón al aire con vistas al lago!


Cada habitación tiene acceso privado a un cuarto de baño completo, lo cual es ideal para familias o parejas múltiples. Un lavadero le permite lavar sus toallas de playa y trajes de baño después de un largo día en la arena!

El edificio de 1000 en la playa de canela está al otro lado de la playa de cruce, y es el edificio junto al lago más cercano a las piscinas y casa club!

The sunset view was fantastic. And we love the Cinnamon beach condo area. Unit is very nice overall, with some oddities. Who does rugs on carpet anymore? Hazard, and crumples up under DR table, just not needed. 2 recliners have seen better days. Beds we used, king and queen, were comfortable.kitchen is well stocked. Note, they don’t tell you, but you must turn to lock door when inside. Also do code again when exiting to lock.

Wonderful!

Beautiful view; comfortable and clean furnishings, well supplied kitchen and great location! Management was very attentive when an unexpected issue arose in the original condo we rented and they moved us here- total upgrade!! Relaxing and quiet!

Great Value and Location

We had a nice stay for 4 nights. Overall clean and ample basic supplies provided. Beds were decent and primary bath was great. The small bathroom was not great. The tub was very slippery and the shower curtain was ripped and hanging. Convenient access to restaurants and the beach.

Fantastic Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious, comfortable unit - perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids. Condo is a corner unit, so has a very large balcony with lots of furniture to enjoy relaxing outside anytime. 4-5 minute walk to both pools, 1-2 minutes to the beach. Heated pool was great for this time of year, very comfortable water for swimming with adjacent kiddie pool and splash pad and hot tub at the lakeside pool. Splash pad and kiddie pool water is not heated, so took a minute or two to get used to, but really not too bad even in February. Beach is pretty rocky in some areas, but enough clear areas for what we needed. Proximity to the beach for walking and playing was otherwise a huge plus. The entire community is very nice and well-maintained. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The balcony faces West so nice sunset views. Issue with thermostat was resolved quickly by onsite management which I prefer to some of the other vacation rental sites. Overall very clean, kitchen floor could have used a mop but other than that nothing negative enjoyed our two weeks here and will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful 5 day stay here, before my twins had to return to school! I've always tried to get a ocean view condo in the past, but there were none this size available, so I settled for this condo, with a lake view. We were more than pleasantly surprised. The condo was extremely spacious and clean. The large deck overlooking the lake was so nice, with an outdoor dining table, two lounging chairs, a full sofa set and sitting chair, large enough for all of us to sit on and enjoy the sunsets, sunrises, and the lake wildlife, namely the soft shell turtles, that were constantly making an appearance. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. The condo was very clean and everything worked properly with no issues at all. My children did not want to leave on the last day and neither did I! They commented that this was their favorite condo out of all that we've stayed at here in the past years. We will definitely be booking this one again in the future if it's available. I'd like to add that the staff/owner/customer service, always got back to me immediately with any questions that I had and were always extremely nice, including the gate guard when we would come and go. I feel very mislead

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was great. The beach made the ocean unaccessible. My family was unable to get in the water due to the 50 yards of Coguina on the beach. When we tried to get in, we left the water with scratches and punctures in our feet from the rocks. The condition of the rocks indicates that this has been a long time problem and this WAS NOT disclosed to us. I was going to call the realty and complain, but new they wouldn't help us out either financially or offer a move to a comparable location. We have a pool at home, so we don't go on vacation to hang around a pool. One couple that were vacationing with us actually left early due to the rocks. The price of this vacation dictates a 4 or 5 star experience and this was not it.

Reviewer Comments: We have been to Cinnamon many times and never had to contact maintenance with issues. Maintenance was very professional and responsive in solving our problems. Incidentally we discovered while there we have rented this same property before on our very first stay in 2017. We noticed then the carpet was dirty and worn as well as furniture. It has not been updated. One of the bathrooms had a drain issue and we discovered it had not been cleaned well. We would not rent this unit again. It would not keep us from renting other units at this location as overall we have had great experiences!

Unit needs thorough cleaning and updating

The unit is very dated it was not set up with proper entertainment systems or WiFi , there were permanent stains in the carpet and furniture both indoor and out. The dryer was covered in rust and did not operate properly…I would recommend the location just not the unit as it needs a total redo of furniture technology etc…circa 1990 ish

Beautiful condo in gated resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our second visit to Cinnamon Beach condos did not disappoint. Condo is located in a gated resort community with 24-hr guard access. Private beach and pools are beautiful. The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated, stocked with all the basics we needed with a Publix a mile away. Beach towels were provided too. We noticed a broken shower head and it was fixed immediately. On check out day, our flight was abruptly cancelled and we were rebooked on a much later evening flight. We contacted Crystal at the management office expecting to be told there was nothing that could be done to accommodate a late check out. We were surprised when she rearranged the entire cleaning schedule to accommodate us and allowed us to stay for a few more hours and even apologized for our flight being delayed. (!). We were blown away by Crystal’s great customer service and for all she did to help us end our visit on a positive note. The condo itself is reason enough to visit again but Crystal is the reason we will absolutely return.

Quiet location for spring break

Beautiful grounds and location.The pool rules were incredibly ridiculous. No fun, no splashing and no noise. Our teens were told to not have fun. There was no volleyball,no basketball no tennis or other areas to hang out so the pool or ocean were their only choices. Please, lighten up on your pool rules it was embarrassing that our children kept getting told to quit having fun.
