Nuestra joya de casa adosada se encuentra a menos de 60 segundos a pie de tu acceso privado a la playa. ¡Nos lleva un promedio de 55 segundos, comparte tus resultados con nosotros!
A 5 minutos en bicicleta de la playa de Alys, a 10 minutos en bicicleta de The Hub, Seacrest Beach o Rosemary Beach ... ¡está perfectamente situado para festividades más allá de la playa!
En cuanto a la playa, la casa está ubicada justo en una sección tranquila de 30-A, y la playa rara vez está llena de hermosas dunas de 40 pies de altura.
Está ubicado en una comunidad tranquila, y esta casa es la primera al entrar más cerca de la playa, y también la más grande. Tiene capacidad para 3 coches estacionados en frente, y hasta 10 personas ... pero cómodamente 8.
Desde la cubierta envolvente tienes una vista del agua (ver fotos) y una parrilla de carbón en el patio lateral.

Detalles de la casa:
1820 pies cuadrados en dos niveles. Sala de estar, comedor y cocina ubicada arriba. Recientemente renovado y la mayoría de los muebles son nuevos y los colchones Beautyrest de gama alta son completamente nuevos.
3 habitaciones, 3. 5 baños y 6 camas. Cada habitación tiene un Smart TV de 40 ’(¡Netflix gratis!) montado en la pared, y el televisor de la sala principal es un Smart 60 ’TV con Netflix Y DirecTV.
Cada habitación tiene baño en suite (conectado) y armarios grandes.
Excelente cocina con TONELADAS de espacio de almacenamiento y todos los electrodomésticos nuevos y gabinetes recientemente renovados
¡El comedor / sala de sol también tiene un futón plegable si desea acomodar a 1-2 personas más en su aventura en la playa! La mesa de la cocina tiene capacidad para 4 y la mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para 8.

Excellent value for money

This is the best location in 30a. Right near all the best places without breaking the bank. Walk across the road and be on an incredible private beach. I recommend using Jake’s Beach Service for chairs.

Great Place

A very nice property with plenty of room for the 7 of us. Very short walk to the private beach. We had a great time and would stay there again.

Best place we have ever stayed!

We absolutely loved staying here!! Michael was quick to answer any questions. House was very clean and comfortable. The beach is literally a 2 min walk. We would l9ve to stay here again!!

Family Fun

The condo was great! Not far from shopping and food. The lil walk to the beach( 2 minutes). Host was Awesome! Great vacation spot!!

Great location and spacious place

We had a great time at this place. It is right across the street from beach access, so very simple to walk to beach. The house was fully stocked. There was tons of room for our group of seven to eat together and hang out. Rented bikes and went out every morning on the fabulous bike trail then spent afternoons at the beach. I will definitely stay here again.

2nd time here, hope to come back again

Had a great long weekend trip here and it was our second time in a row. The location is so great, just a few steps across the road, and the pier is there to the beach. On our way there I was notified that there was an a/c issue in the upstairs area but it got fixed really fast. Front door keypad didn't work but he left us a key and had no issues either. Overall, had a great stay!

Wonderful beach experience

What a perfect place for our girls trip. The townhome was beautiful, clean and very spacious. We loved that there was a bathroom for each bedroom. The walk to the beach included a stair trek, but well worth it when you see that amazing beach view. Michael was a fabulous host. We will definitely be back!

Great Location

The property is in a great location if you are looking for peace and quiet. Close to The Hub/Big Chill outdoor dining/shopping area. The beach was never crowded and we were there during spring break. The 1 minute walk to the beach is very convenient. The layout of the property is nice with all the bedrooms being downstairs and the common area/kitchen/dining being upstairs. There was lots of space. We would definitely stay again.

Perfection!

The house was perfect for our small family and could probably comfortably accommodate a couple more people. Location was perfect and close to everything and distance to the beach makes it very convenient when hauling small kids around. The house was clean and comfortable and the hosts were so sweet and accommodating. 100% recommend

Ruby Ladies Beach Trip

We stayed at the lovely “Seacrest” beach condo near Rosemary Beach. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The owner was attentive and reached out during our stay to make sure the condo was meeting our needs. The short walk to the beach was beautiful, and not crowded even though we were there during peak season, which made our stay even more enjoyable. …BUT, be prepared for quite a few stairs. 🏖️🏠

Great stay!

This was the perfect little get away for our family of 7 , lots of room to spread out. Everything you need to cook, clean and love life. You just need to buy food and don’t worry there is a Publix close by too. The beach is beautiful and much better than i excepted! Clean blue, green water. Soft white sand. No broken seashells. We would stay longer if we could.

Amazing rental

This rental was wonderful. It looks exactly like the photos. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were a huge plus! We had a 1.5 year old with us and the property even had a baby gate available to install for the stairs. The property was right across from a private beach entrance. The beach was beautiful, clean, not over crowded and family friendly. Check in and check out we’re so simple and the host was wonderful to communicate with. We will be using this rental for our next trip and recommend it!

Hidden Gem

This townhouse is a true hidden gem. Loved the location- it’s the first unit closest to the street (no issues with noise from traffic) with a nice backyard and is just across the street from a private beach. Less than a min from the home to the sand. The beach wasn’t crowded the entire week we were there which was a great surprise in the middle of July. The home is well stocked with all your essentials to make your stay comfortable. The cleanliness and attention to detail were very much appreciated. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The only thing we thought that would be a nice addition was if the middle bedroom had the same set up as the bunk room- a queen bed with bunk beds instead of the 2 full beds… obviously not a deal breaker and would absolutely rent again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Nice location but not enough supplies

The private beach access across the street was wonderful, we didn’t have to deal with massive crowds at PCB. The property was a good size for our crew of 8, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, which is very important to me. Although the property is older, it was clean. A couple personal items like a toothbrush were leftover from the last stay and freezer could have used a cleaning. My main complaint was the lack of supplies. We were given 6 beach towels for 8 people. Also, only two trash bags for 4 nights, one roll of paper towels, and cleaning spray was pretty much gone. There was no aluminum foil or Saran Wrap and limited storage containers for food. For the nightly price of the property, I would have expected more supplies. We also saw a couple roaches in one of the bedrooms. Overall, our stay was nice, just recommend the owner provide more supplies to make the experience more enjoyable.

Wonderful vacation Spot.

We had a great stay here, 100% met expectations and more. Condo was very clean and comfortable. All the bedrooms had a full bathroom, which was great for our families. The upstairs is huge and the kids loved the extra large bean bag! There is also a wrap around upper deck, which we liked. The location is super close to the beach as described. We will be coming back!

Wide open spaces

My first time renting a beach house and won’t be my last. I’ve never stayed in this area before but I believe we will start. Great location with just a walk across the street to access the beach. The house was much bigger than we expected and was plenty of room for 5 of us. Everyone had their own bathroom and room and it was just nice to be able to relax. The area was quiet and the beach not crowded so that’s always pleasant. Literally took a few minutes to get over to beach when you have a handful of items to take to the beach. Overall me and my family really enjoyed our stay at this beach house.

Quick beach access and full bathrooms attached to every bedroom.

All of us really enjoyed our Fla. vacation. We go for 2 primary reasons, the beach and seafood. We have two little ones and a crosswalk was conveniently located by our condo entrance. The townhouse was very large and accommodated us nicely. If you stay longer then a few days, pack shampoos, soaps, and other consumables. Access was easy, some beach toys and tent were on site and July weather was great!

Spacious Rental Property

We are a family of 9 and had a great time staying at this rental property. Each of the 3 rooms has it's own bathroom with tub/shower and a half bath upstairs where the living room is located. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. All appliances are brand new. The owners provided organic shampoo, conditioner and body soap in each bathroom. There were sand toys available for kids. The property owner was super friendly and down to earth. Highly recommend this property, especially since it's the closest property to the beach. Thank you

Perfect Vacation!

We had the most wonderful experience at this home. The location was perfect! Far enough away to enough the peacefulness of the area but close enough to enjoy the fun in PCB. The home was beautiful and very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

We love the beach and we spend most of the year here in our townhome, but we want you to enjoy it during the beautiful summer while we must be away! We're a recently married couple that loves adventure, and will always be available to answer questions/make recommendations about the area and your stay! We new to the vacation rental scene, but we have a fantastic cleaning crew to take care of the place and we have taken every care to ensure your comfort. Look forward to hearing from you! And we love our gulf coast turtles! Please do be careful with flashlights at night. They sell turtle-safe red lights at many shops along 30-A.
