We stayed 7 beautiful and relaxing nights.This property is well maintained and comes with great amenities. Besides the kitchen needing more cleaning upon check-in, and a little more paper products; the overall cleanliness of the home was excellent.We paid 65 to heat the well- maintained pool which was well worth it! The neighborhood is extremely quiet; making for a peaceful time in the hot tub at night. Drive to beaches and boardwalk diners are about 20min depending on where you want to go. Others are 10min inland.Andrea was quick to respond to questions and she even helped to find and return a lost wedding ring after we left! We will definitely consider to stay again in future visits.

Our family just stayed a week at this property and we had a wonderful time. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do and the host was very helpful with a very nice booklet that was left for us to look over telling the history of the house as well as a lot of helpful information. We visit again when we go back to the coast..

The kids loved the pool. The bedrooms were nice. The kitchen could use more cleaning. The paper products were not enough. We had a nice time and enjoyed a wedding in La Jolla.

This is a wonderful property! Our family of 7 stayed for a week enjoying the surrounding area. So nice to have beach and pool toys for our 3 year old to enjoy. Everyday it was great to come back to a comfortable spacious clean home where we could enjoy the pool and spa as well as a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and making S’mores. The beds were comfortable and the host Andrea always responded quickly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

The property was nice but could use some upgrades. To sleep 10 the biggest skillet was medium sized at best. The soup pot was scratched and made it difficult to clean plus gross. The dishwasher interface was sticky and eww. The hand towels and wash clothes for the bathrooms were ancient. The pillows were too big. Nit picky but for what was rated 5 star..... Not so much for me!

Quiet, spacious family vacation stay!

We were a family of 9, including a baby, that stayed for 3 nights. This home is as described with a well-maintained pool and hot tub, and multiple pool toys, that we enjoyed! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It is a drive to get to local shops, restaurants, and the beach. Andrea and Tim were quick to respond to any questions and needs. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

We were very happy with this home and I highly recommend it. It had plenty of room for our family of 7, was clean, beds were very comfortable, back yard with pool was great! Close to the beaches, attractions, shopping and restaurants.We had no issues while we were there, but I had a couple of questions prior to our arrival. Our host responded very quickly. We will definitely stay again.

San Diego vacation

Our family of 7 spent a week here. Plenty of room and we all enjoyed the pool. Plenty of games and entertainment for us to choose from. This property had easy access to all the attractions we wanted to see. Would highly recommend this home.

Everything you want in a vacation home

Such a wonderful stay for vacationing. The house was clean and just as described. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool and fire pit. Andrea, the host was timely and responsive of all questions throughout. Note, you do have to pay a small fee in addition to have pool heated. It was worth it. Note: The cul de sac was super quiet.

Great location, comfortable house

Thanks for the place. It ended up being too cold when we were there to make much use of the pool, but the house was just what we needed!

Lovely stay

This property is everything the description promises. Lots of open space for family to congregate and the outdoor area can’t be beat. The location is great and close to lots of great places to eat and shop. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Spring break

Family enjoyed the pool and spa the most. The only thing that we didn’t realize that all the bedrooms are upstairs. Traveling with an elderly parent kind of mad it difficult. Would stay again

Great spring break spot

We came out for a week over spring break with our 6 year old and had a great time. The host was extremely responsive to questions before and during our stay, and quick to action when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house one day. The location was great - we were worried we may be too far out, but it's an easy drive down to the zoo/downtown and equally easy access to beaches. There's also some sneaky good restaurants just a few miles south, so you don't have to go far to find some fun spots.The house was clean and the back area was excellent - we took advantage of the pool and hot tub every day, made smores at the fire pit and cooked a few of our meals on the grill.For our little family, this was a perfect spot and a great stay!

Perfect Family Getaway Destination

This property was the perfect setting for a family getaway to San Diego. I rented this property for a quick long weekend to celebrate my birthday with my husband, our one-year-old son and my best friend. This house is centrally located, so it was easy to get to all of the key attractions, including Coronado island, La Jolla Beach, the San Diego zoo, downtown and so much more!The house was very well appointed, was incredibly well-maintained and the pool and hot tub were great for early morning, afternoon, and evening fun after a day of exploring. The neighborhood was very quiet and there’s an amazing local fruit stand just up the street with some of the best produce I’ve ever tastedMy only criticism would be that the beds were incredibly hard, so if you don’t love a firm mattress, this may not be the best sleep you have ever had. That said, everything else was so exceptional. I couldn’t help but give a five star review. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Great place

Family was very happy with the place. It has everything you could ask for when travelling with kids. One tip for other renters, be careful parking on the driveway. Low rise cars will have issues with the slope.
