Home is situated on a quiet street. Perfect location for a private night cap and a peaceful nights rest. Each room features a “high end” Allswell Hybrid mattress for unparalleled comfort. (Master bed has an adjustable base) Backyard with private pool and jacuzzi along with composite deck patio, outdoor furniture, sun deck & grass area for kids. Garage acts as a game room with high end Brunswick pool table and 4k HDTV. New furnishings and high end appliances, chef's stocked kitchen, ample room accommodations perfect for families or groups alike.

Central Location, Truly Close to All! Just a few blocks to restaurants, grocery stores, and general stores. The Bus Line 27 is a straight line down the hill into Pacific Beach (less than 5 miles)! Short Uber ride or drive to Mission Bay & Beach, Sea World, La Jolla, Beaches, Universities, Downtown, Old Town, and Coronado. Close to Golf Courses, Zoo, Lego Land, Wild Animal Park.

A gem of a home in the heart of Clairemont. Everything from the home's layout, open concept, and cleanliness to its central location to shopping, beaches and other San Diego attractions make it the perfect fit for our family of 6, including our two grandboys who thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool. A big thank you to our hosts who were responsive, attentive, and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Family trip

This property was exactly how it was advertised. Quiet neighborhood easy access to get to and from different attractions zoo and downtown area. The property was very well maintained clean and everything you need to feel like you are at home. Kitchen well stocked to comfortably serve our 8 guests. The backyard was great with the pool and patio areas. Pool accessories and comfortable outside sitting areas. Pool/spa were clean and enjoyable especially after a long day of walking.

Wow! What a great place! We had so much fun in the pool and hot tub!! With our various allergies, the kitchen was necessary and well-equipped as well!

Great space!

Our group (3 adults, 2 teens) stayed in this home for a long girls weekend to celebrate a very special birthday. We felt safe and right at home, as nearly everything we needed was on-site. We were on the road to see local sites all day/every day, but it was a cozy place to come home to at night. We appreciated the proximity to so many popular destinations, and also to local conveniences. Grocery pick-up at Target on Balboa was super easy, and helpful for breakfasts and snacks. It was cooler when we were there, and we were a little bummed that there wasn’t propane provided in the outdoor heat lamp. It was explained that we could fill the tank for just 15 and a trip to Home Depot, but we weren’t that adventurous after our early mornings and busy days, so enjoyed the hot tub instead of making a trip to the store. All in all - a highly recommended property!

Great house for families

Our family had a great visit during our first trip to San Diego. Everything we wanted to visit was within 15-20 minutes driving time. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub and wished we could have stayed longer. The house had everything we needed for a nice stay, the beds were comfortable, the house was clean and worked well for our crew. Highly recommend!

Fun family getaway

Great location, close to everything but still away from the hustle bustle. Great communication and detailed instructions made this effortless. We had 4 adults and 4 young children. Amenities as advertised, would highly recommend to anyone!!

Perfect location and pool!

Awesomely spacious house in a great location if you’ll be doing stuff in San Diego and north county (like the zoo and the wild animal park). The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic for my family too!

Lovely place

This was a beautiful renovated house, very clean and spacious. Good safe neighborhood. The pool and the hot tub were great - we used them a lot. The pool toys and balls were appreciated. The owner was easy to communicate with. Check in was easy.

Nice Stay with Family

The property was clean and as advertised. The host was readily available when needed. Our 2 1/2 year old great grandson loved the pool and spent as much time as possible enjoying the pool that was safely tucked behind a security fence. The location made seeing local attractions possible. Sea World and Lego Land were both a big hit.

Extraordinary Clairemont Home

We had an incredibly wonderful vacation in this Clairemont home, which is complete with a pool, hot tub, beautiful grounds, a covered patio with a fan, comfortable beds, great linens, and a handy location. Our extended family was in town for my nephew's graduation from Marine boot camp. The house is an easy 15-minute drive (or less honestly) to the base and the airport. We were near the beach and the downtown. The house is also around the corner from a Vonns Grocery Store and a Honey Baked Ham store (and a Starbucks). The kitchen has all you need to whip up family meals. We had many family meals around the table and spent countless hours in the pool, hot tub, and covered patio spending time together as family. The backyard is ringed with wonderful trees and flowers which create privacy in the backyard and are extremely beautiful. The house is completely spacious and clean; we did not feel crowded at all. The garage was converted to a game room that has an extra couch bed too. Todd was kind, responsive, and a very gracious host. If you are traveling in San Diego with your family and/or friends, you will not regret choosing this home for you and your family. Thank you, Todd, for the cherished family memories!

Weekend Stay

Todd was a great host, very communicative and even got us an air pump for the pool inflatables! The house was spacious enough for everyone and the pool was a nice touch as well. The neighborhood is about a 20ish minute drive to most attractions as well as the airport. 10/10 experience!

San Diego Family Vacation

Very nice house with four bedrooms, one off the Master. Kitchen, dining area and family room layout was very comfortable. Pool and floats were wonderful with very nicely landscaped yard. Brand new washer and dryer. Pool table in garage was fun. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby with Pacific beach only 3 miles away. We had a very nice family vacation at this house and will definitely consider it for our next 2025 family vacation,

Perfect family vacation home

We have 5 boys, this house was perfect for the 7 of us. We had room for everyone to sleep comfortably (the master room bed was super comfy). The kids loved the pool table (I think we have to buy them one for Christmas now, ha) and of course the pool. Plenty of floats and stuff to keep them busy. Kitchen was well stocked for our stay. I would have loved a grill but I get the added risk that poses with a rental home. They have a good amount toys for the pool. Lovely, quiet neighborhood. We had one minor issue the first day and the owner had it taken care of right away. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, thanks so much!
