Esta unidad también cuenta con literas y un sofá cama para un total de 4 adultos en camas y 2 niños en la litera. las camas Ubicado en Sandpiper Cove, un montón de comodidades, una enorme playa privada con Tiki Hut. Marina, rampa para botes, canal y muelles para navegantes, canal privado a pasos de la puerta principal del condominio. Par 3 campo de golf, 5 piscinas, 2 jacuzzis. El agradable y exclusivo restaurante Louisiana Lagniappe está en el lugar. El taxi acuático de destino puede recogerlo en el lugar y llevarlo a cualquiera de los lugares en el "Destin Harbor", donde podrá encontrar un montón de entretenimiento, restaurantes y bares. Esta unidad tiene una cocina grande y una cama king size. Lavadora y secadora. Nueva cama y decoración costera, recién reformada! Bonito porche privado con vista al campo de golf. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing getaway.The location of the condo was great as it was close to the beach, great restaurants, and everything we needed. The free beach setup was such a nice bonus too that we loved having during our stay.Lindsay was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with — you can tell she puts so much effort into making her guests feel welcome and at home. We can’t wait to come back when visiting Destin!

We had the best time in this cute updated condo! We loved all of the extras that Lindsey and Chris provide to make our vacation enjoyable. We especially love the beach chair and umbrella service! Lindsey is so great at communication and responds right away to any communications that I send. The bed is so comfortable and our son loves the bunk beds! This condo is perfect for us and Lindsey has all of the kitchen tools and pots/pans we needed for our stay. Sandpiper Cove is such a nice area with a private beach with beautiful waters and white sand. We have stayed in this condo for three years and are already booked for next year!

Duck’s Roost was amazing! From the time to check in to check out so much clarity and direction from host and Sandpiper Cove! This was our first vacation and it did not disappoint! My sister, me, and my kids had such an amazing restful time! The chairs and the umbrellas were such a great bonus! We will definitely be back!

The unit it’s self was completely fine…The problem was I had asked specifically if there was a store close…The person I spoke to said target and Winn Dixie is across the street, she failed to mention there is 1 entrance/exit to the complex which actually makes the stores a mile away…We did not rent a car so anything we needed we had to have delivered which was an extra expense…It was very much an inconvenience to us…

First time in Destin and we loved it. This condo is perfect in every way! The best was the free umbrella, chairs and private beach. We loved the pools and the free golf course. Great fireworks out the front door. Owner is so great to communicate with and provided wonderful restaurant suggestions. My only suggestion would be to add a lefty golf club to the ones provided. We have already booked for next year.

Very clean and updated. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom a little small but had a nice walk-in shower. Very close to the beach. Nice to have an umbrella and chairs there for your use.

We spent a week in Destin and staying at Duck's Roost was just what we needed. Great space, great location, so close to the private beach, and wonderful to have the chair service included. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway

We stayed here with our 7 month old for our first family vacation and it was so lovely. The space was exactly what we needed and access to both the pools and the beach were great! Super walkable complex and neighborhoods nearby which we nice for stroller walks. Lindsay had clear and timely communication and the condo was spotless and cozy.

Great Beach Stay

Fantastic property to stay at! The host was super quick to respond with anything we needed. It was very nice to habe a private beach with chair and umbrella set-up. Best stay we've booked off of VRBO! Hope to come back in the future!

Nick's first trip to Florida.

Wonderful visit. No complaints whatsoever! Condo was recently remodeled and spotless! Large bed was wonderful for sleeping. For a single guest like me, bunk bed area provided extra room for storing my gear and a great place to get dressed. Unlike rentals in other places, my internet connection worked perfectly and I enjoyed great TV at night. A gym located in the next block accepted day passes and provided a complete workout during my visit. The beach and harbor boardwalk area were fun to stroll and take photos. I enjoyed great seafood at nearby restaurants, including the one that was located on our property. I had a great time and I want to visit again!

Relaxing Honey/Babymoon

This rental was one of the cleanest rentals I have stayed in. Everything was in great condition and fresh clean laundry. The bed was AMAZING!!!!!! I am 7 months pregnant and all my back pain went away due to that bed!! I would want to stay here every time I go. Due to the timing of our dates, we did not get to take advantage of the included beach set up, but regardless, the beach was amazing and private. Location is super close to just about everything from excursions, restaurants and stores. We cant wait to come back and take the kids!!!

Amazing condo!!

We absolutely LOVE staying at this condo when we go to Destin. We love Sandpiper Cove and have stayed in many different condos here, but this one is our absolute favorite! This condo is clean and has everything you need to have a wonderful stay! This condo is close to the pool and has a wonderful deck overlooking the golf course. Our son loved the bunk beds and the king bed in the master bedroom is super comfortable. We have booked this condo two years in a row and already have it booked for next year!
