This Condo offers a Large Living/Dining Area, Open Kitchen with Island and Breakfast Bar for two. Master Bedroom is directly on the Gulf with balcony access. Washer/Dryer in unit. PERFECTION!!

The condo was PERFECTION, had EVERYTHING we needed, and was super clean!! Now, let’s talk about the Gulf VIEW…BREATHTAKING and plenty of room on the balcony. Easy access to the beach and the daily beach service was a huge bonus. Booking the condo was simply awesome and the instructions & map provided were excellent. When we arrived to get the gate code and info, the staff at the gate were super friendly. Great parking, the beds were comfy…again PERFECTION!! BOOK THIS CONDO & make amazing memories like we did! ❤️

The beach view was outstanding. The place was very clean, neat, and had everything we needed. The deck was perfect, we could see dolphins, particularly in the morning swimming by. Close to many excellent restaurants and lots to do in the area. We would definitely rent this again very enjoyable.

Our favorite beach destination

We have stayed at several other Sandpiper Cottages, but once we found this one, we have not considered going anywhere else. Everything is just right between the view, the ocean breeze, easy beach access, proximity to shops, & comfortable living space. Danna is always an excellent hostess!!

Thank you for the wonderful accommodations! This condo is actually ocean view, we thoroughly enjoyed watching and listening to the waves and dolphins each morning and evening. The condo was clean and orderly, and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely recommend this condo to our friends!

Truly on the beach

We loved staying here because it is directly on the beach making it perfect for a stay with little kids because it was very easy to go back and forth. It is also in a great location in town, close to everything!

Great stay on the beach

This is a great place to stay. Rooms are clean. Wake every morning and step out onto a beautiful deck and drink coffee and look at the waves roll in. This is right on the beach. Literally walk around less than 60 feet and you are on the beach. The host have been wonderful and they care about the customer. For the family just want easy and relaxing, it's perfect.

AMAZING RENTAL

We LOVE staying here! The accommodations are perfect! The condo is right on the beach and has a wonderful deck to enjoy the beautiful view! We ate most of our meals in and we had everything that we needed! We are looking forward to going back next year as well!

Hidden gem in Destin

We’ve stayed at this property for the last few years. It’s wonderful and the owners are great to deal with.the entire process is clear and easy to follow This year they remodeled the entire condo, floor to ceiling and it is gorgeous. The view of the ocean alone is worth the money. I can’t recommend this condo enough and we will continue to go back every year as schedule allows.

Perfect setting for a week at the beach!

This is an adorable condo that looks directly out onto the beach. The crossover is a mere hundred steps away (yes I counted)! I just can’t say enough about this awesome area and atmosphere and I will stay here every time I come to the beach.

This unit has an amazing view!

We have been coming to Destin for many years, and this unit by far has the best view and location! You cannot get any more “beachfront” than this. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond.
