Lovely villa in prime location

This villa is exactly as described in the listing and is in a prime location only a short two minute walk from the Plaza. An excellent base for exploring the many wonderful beaches in the region.

Excellent stay

The property was brilliant, a lovely house and extremely well located. The house is close enough to a number of restaurants, bars and grocery shop but also in a quiet area. The pools were also good and not too busy. The ample terrace space was a big positive. Sharon was very helpful and check in and out was very easy. Would happily return.

Great villa close to everything

Villa was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids aged 10, 7 and 3). It is close to all the local amenities (bars, restaurants and golf course) and the swimming pool is very close to the villa. Arrival and departure was straight forward and we would recommend staying here.

Excellent property with ample, safe outdoor space.

Stayed in this villa for the first time in May 2018 and were very impressed. Our family have been coming to Villamartin for the last 20 years and this is possibly the nicest villa we've stayed in. Located near to the Plaza (at most a five minute walk) it made life really easy and meant we didn't need a dedicated driver to get us home after dinner. The villa has recently had the terrace (pictured) extended and it has secure gates either side, meaning we could happily allow our fearless two year old to wander in and out the French doors that open on to the patio. The villa is well laid out with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor, at the back of the open plan lounge / dining (we never ate inside as the terrace was so comfortable) / kitchen. Upstairs is a generous suite with third bedroom and en-suite, and a further, very comfortable roof terrace, over the lounge below. The place was spotless when we arrived and the team that looked after the property were warm and welcoming, and very relaxed. The communal pool is just on the other side of the small, private car-park and clean with tidy gardens. If the pool had been immediately outside the garden gate I'd have given this five stars. In actual fact, we liked this property so much we've booked to go back in a few months! Can't get a much better review than that!

Immaculate and well positioned

We were a party of four golfers spending week in the area. The villa was exactly as detailed in the description. It had great outdoor space and was brilliantly clean internally. It was in a quiet street well sited for access to the Villamartin Plaza that is only a few minutes away. The communal pool that was very quiet was stones throw away. Sally, who met us, was on hand and very informative on arrival. I would strongly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area.

Superb little detached villa on a great Urbanización

This villa is really lovely, much nicer than the pictures describe to be honest! It’s incredibly close to Villamartin Plaza ( takes only 2-3 minutes on foot) where you’ll find everything you’ll need or want in terms of bars , restaurants and other facilities. A real find - we’ll be back !

Great place to spend vacation

This villa has all that you expect on your vacation, fullt equiped kitchen, comfortable beds and two very nice terasses. A few minutes walk to Villamartin plaza, with a big variety of restaurants and bars. Villamartin Golf Club is 5 minutes walk away.

Lovely villa, great location

The villa is a 3 minute walk from the plaza with it's many restaurants and bars. The local agents (Sharon & Kevin) are extremely helpful and answered my emails and questions prior to arrival and were on hand when we arrived. The villa is large with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and has 2 large balconies with outside chairs and loungers. The villa was clean and had everything that we required. The location is great for the local golf courses and with local restaurants and bars close by is ideal for a holiday stay. Would recommend.

Perfect stay.

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful spacious villa. We arrived to a friendly welcome from Sharon. Garden furniture was good quality and comfortable. The lovely pool was just across the path. This is the third time I have stayed in villas in this area of villa Martin. This one was the most spacious, and had the most comfortable beds which had memory foam mattresses. (Spanish beds are notoriously hard) The kitchen was extremely well equipped with good quality utensils. All in all I would highly recommend this villa to a family or group who need space ! The location couldn't be better. 100 yards or so from the Plaza. Couldn't fault it.

Perfect family villa, spotlessly clean inside and out!

Sharon and Kevin greeted us on arrival and both were very helpful and on hand if we needed them. The villa and gardens are beautiful and as described in the listing. The cupboards are well stocked with crockery, cutlery, clean towels and linen. There is plenty of outside space on the sun terraces and front garden to enjoy the sun all day and the closest pool was a stones throw away. If BBQing is your thing you won't be disappointed with the huge family gas BBQ. The pool and grounds are safe and well tended and Villa Martin is a lovely area. Perfect holiday, would definitely return and recommend.

Beautiful Villa

Beautiful Villa, I had a lovely week with my partner, parents and my two children aged 2 and 4! Villa was well equipped with everything you needed and more and a stones throw away from two lovely pools which were spotless. Great location only a 3 minute walk to Villa Martin Plaza, 10 minute drive to the beach / shopping centre / markets and 18 minutes to a wonderful little a water park! Would definitely recommend hiring a car to get around. Look forward to coming back again soon!

A great house that really made our stay!

This house has everything you can wish for. We are so happy that we stayed here, would love to come back and can warmly recommend it. The location is great. Close to golf courses, the Villa Martin square and not many minutes by car to great beaches and shopping in the La Zenia center. The house offers everything you would ask for on a holiday. Great outdoor space for sunbathing, bbq etc. a very clean and easy to use kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, a nice rooftop, functional and nice bathrooms and an inviting living/dining area. For colder nights the gas fire was just perfect and added a great deal of cosyness. The house is located in a very nice and quiet area with direct access to two nice swimming pools. Over all the description really matched the reality and the rental process went really smooth. Looking forward to our next visit!

Ideal

The villa was clean inside and out and has everything required for a great holiday. Pool area, although not used, was well maintained and suitable for kids and adults alike. The situation of the villa is in a perfect location for golf and restaurants and is only a short drive to the beach. I timed it to the plaza and it is three minutes as stated even in high heels (wife not me). The very slight downside was the villa was cool at night (winter time) and took quite a bit of heating. It would benefit from the gas fire, that's installed, being in use. We would like to thank Sharon for organising this for us as we only gave two days notice as it was a last minute decision to make the trip. She was also very helpful and looked after us well. We would certainly recommend the villa for an ideal holiday experience.
