The host was very welcoming, and the house was very close to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate. The only drawback is the limited parking and the steep hill to get to the house.

The house was perfect for my sister's bachelorette weekend. We had 12 women staying in the house and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, lots of space to hang out communally, and plenty of bathrooms for getting ready. The location is also fantastic...15 minutes from the airport and just a quick ride to the downtown area, with restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc. Jay was truly fantastic and went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay in Asheville, offering us various suggestions for dining and group activities. You cannot go wrong with this house and this host!

Great large group gathering place

Thus property is beautiful, well kept up, with plenty of beds. The owner accommodated us when we needed a late checkout for our flights. We did have over 70 age in our group that found the stairs difficult and getting into and out of shower on the first floor was also difficult. We were in town for a wedding and chose this over a hotel so the groom could have a gathering space with his friends and family and it worked well for that.

Perfect Bachelor Party Weekend

The home was great with plenty of space. The communication with the host (Sarah) made checkin and checkout easy. Great views and close to the river arts district and walking paths.

Amazing Wedding Stay!

We rented three of the Upstream Way condos to accommodate our family for our son’s wedding and had a fabulous stay! The units were clean, well stocked, and very spacious for our group of 40. Jay and Sarah were wonderful and extremely responsive before and during our stay. Highly Recommend!!!

Perfect Spot for a Large Group

There are too many good things to say about this property! So clean! So spacious! Great location! The photos online don't do it justice honestly. We rented this house for a bachelorette party of 11 women and everyone absolutely loved their stay. At first, some of the women had sticker shock with the nightly rate, but we each had our own bed and there were beds to spare! Plus the 5 bathrooms made getting ready stress free! The multi level layout of the house made it feel like everyone had plenty of privacy. When we had a small issue, and contacted Jay, he came right over to help! The property management staff were quick to respond, easy to work with and beyond kind to us. I will definitely be staying at their properties in the future! If you are on the fence about renting one of these properties, do not hesitate! I promise it is worth it!

One of a kind experience and host

Me and my 10 friends stayed in this wonderful bachelorette house. Not only is the view from the deck beautiful, but the house is literally equipped with everything for a bachelorette party. My theme was "girls gone mild" and the spacious rooms, numerous places to sit and hang out, and individual make-up wipes in each of the bathrooms felt like this house was made for a bunch of adult women to hang out. The walking path for the French Broad River is literally steps away from the house so absolutely take advantage if you're into early morning runs. Uber XLs are a little bit difficult to come by, but plan accordingly and you won't have any issues. I also need to specifically applaud Jay, the most wonderful host I have ever experienced in any vacation rental home. A few of our girls ended up being stranded when the airlines delayed, delayed, and eventually canceled their flights. Jay, with no questions asked, let the girls stay an additional night. Never ever did we expect such kindness, and for that, this will always be a trip we will remember with fondness. Thank you for allowing us to stay in the beautiful space. It's truly worth it!

Bachelor weekend in Asheville

We stayed there with about 15 guys and everyone had plenty of space, the house was huge and very clean, the outdoor spaces were fun, and it is on a street with other similar homes hosting large parties so no one was bothered by any noises we may have created. The hosts gave us plenty of info and checked in multiple times to make sure we were having a great stay and if we needed any recommendations. Would definetly recommend to a friend going ti Asheville with a large group.

We had a great stay at this air b and b. Perfect for a large group for a bachelorette party. Enough beds for everyone! Jay and staff were very responsive and helpful during our stay! I highly recommend.

It was the cutest place and the perfect spot for our bachelorette group of 20 girls there. The owners were very quick to respond each time I reached out, extremely friendly, and helpful. You get a good leg work out with the stairs, :) but the design of the house is so fun!! The outdoor space with the couch and hot tub were awesome. I would definitely recommend this spot!

Wonderful stay & property in Asheville

We had a wonderful time and experience staying at this house in Asheville. The house was large, clean and the modern appliances and feel was unlike anything else we could find in the area. Check-in process was easy. We enjoyed the hot-tub and multiple outdoor decks as well.

Awesome spot and host!

Brought 10 guys here to celebrate a bachelor weekend. The pictures don't do the house justice - it's gorgeous! Comes complete with every amenity you'd need in a vacation home. It's a short (7-8 mins) uber ride to the heart of downtown Asheville. The owner, Jay, stopped by during check-in to ensure we had everything we needed and was very responsive before, during, and after the trip when we realized we'd left a few items behind. He and Lesley were prompt in their responses and arranged for us to grab our left behind belongings, ASAP. Thank you, Jay, and team for a great stay - we will definitely be back!

Bachelorette house!

Amazing house with great views! More than enough room for everyone to sleep and hang out! Such a great location to downtown but also easy to do things outside of Asheville! Many things were provided, especially in the kitchen, made it very easy to cook on vacation. HIGHLY recommend larger groups to stay here! Jay was wonderful to communicate with and very helpful when needed. Can’t wait to come back for another stay with the girls!

Christmas with friends

We had three families totaling 14 people and the house was great. We walked in and saw that Jay out-up a Christmas tree and had the home ready for us to celebrate. We all had plenty of space and easy access to all of the great things to do in Asheville. We will definitely be coming back.

What I enjoy most about the neighborhood is how it feels both private yet so incredibly central. It blends peaceful views of the river and mountains, and still has an air of our small city life. You can wake up and walk or bike along the Greenway, and be at breweries, galleries, and great food within minutes. It’s peaceful and scenic, yet also convenient—perfect for enjoying Asheville’s outdoor lifestyle while staying close to everything the city has to offer.
