Pasos a la playa. Un dormitorio con una cama queen, sofá cama queen extraíble (NUEVO). Una cuna muy cómoda. Cocina totalmente equipada con vistas al mar. Televisor de 46 pulgadas, lavadora / secadora, un baño, pisos de madera / azulejos. Piscina exterior, solarium, dos ascensores. Muy tranquilo extremo norte de Ocean City. Booking and check in were very easy and the owner responded to all communication quickly; offered additional info with the hurricane approaching. Location almost to Delaware so much quieter than more south. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Unit was spotless, it was small but enough for the two of us.

Toby was a wonderful and very responsive host. She provided all of the information necessary for my stay. The location was perfect and the view from the condo was amazing. Will definitely return.

Great stay and wonderful communication!

This condo was very clean, had all of the daily amenities (plenty of towels which was wonderful!) and was just a few minutes walk to the beach (ocean side with no need to cross the big road). Easy elevator access, the delivery people had no problem finding the location for our grocery delivery. It was so convenient to have the washer and dryer in the unit so we didn't come home a ton of dirty laundry. I enjoyed sipping hot coffee and the girls loved their smoothies on the balcony each morning-- it was perfect to prep breakfast and a cooler lunch before heading out for the day. Toby is wonderful at communicating before the booking and right after booking. The check in process was great and all house rules were clear and very reasonable. The pool and common areas were very clean and the 2 elevators allowed for very short wait times. We highly recommend staying here and the host is just wonderful!

Full size fridge/ freezer make it easy to have meals here! A coffee pot and a stove/oven available for any cooking needs during the stay
Sunrise from the balcony (it was very cloudy that morning) but still a great place

Great stay and location!

Toby was so hospitable and the place was clean and comfy. She is responsive, caring and so flexible. We really enjoyed the place and would definitely stay there again. Great view and quick walk to beach, right behind the building. Thank you!

Family Time

Toby was an incredible host and was very kind and gracious during our stay. The place was in perfect condition and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Throughout our stay, Toby was responsive if I had any questions or needed any recommendations. I would absolutely book this condo again.

North Ocean City -

Last minute plans for Labor Day, that turned out fabulous! There was great weather and this condo is wonderful with an ocean view and a short walk to the beach. Toby the owner was very responsive to all our questions. She provides a full kitchen if you choose to do your own cooking. If you love sunrises and sunsets, you can enjoy both from the 9th floor. For our next trip to OC we will try and book this condo.

Exception owner.

Everything was great except... Air condition broke down. The owner jumped in and did everything she could to get us help. The repairman was there within hours, but sadly had to order a part that would not be in for 10 days. The owner tried to get other places for us and offered to move us to Finwick Inn with a full refund of our payment. sorry she lost out on a rental, but I'd highly recommend this unit & owner.

Ideal Location

Perfect spot for a getaway. Easy access to the beach. The condo was very clean and the owner was responsive to all of our needs. Would highly recommend.

Windy weekend at the beach!

Great weekend, we had a great time. Condo was in good condition--would stay there again. Now if anyone can figure out for the tropical storms to stay away from OC...it would be even better.

2nd season gem

We had a wonderful stay. Toby was fast in returning our messages and he even checked to make sure we were doing well. The condo is in good condition and had everything we needed for a pleasant vacation. Loved the speedy elevator and the lack of noise overall. We loved our stay and would go again.

Great Place

Our family of four enjoyed this condo very much! The beach is so close! We enjoyed the views of the ocean and also ate all our meals on the balcony. It is walking distance to many mini golf’s, arcades, go-carts. The condo is very clean and Toby is very quick in responding and very helpful if you have any questions.

Clean, comfy and exquisite

The moment we arrived, we knew we had made the perfect choice to book with this owner. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. The owner started communicating with me as soon as I booked the place and frequently sent me information on cool and interesting events, so it was a breeze planning our trip. Our kids were delighted to have tons of stuff to do. We only had to walk a few steps to arrive on the beach and having a pool was a refreshing option. The pool was clean and well maintained. The entire building was well maintained. This condo appeared to have been recently remodeled and the views of the ocean are top notch. We had a fully functional kitchen which made life a lot easier with two kids. We would 100% book with this owner again. We loved all seven days and were sad to leave.

On the Water and Close to Everything

Great location with an amazing view from the 9th floor balcony that faces the water. Right on the border of Delaware and Maryland, so had access to everything in the area with ease. Furnished well with plenty of towels, sheets. Very easy check in process, and a communicative host.
