Beach block 1BR/1BA 4th-floor condo sleeps five with a Queen bed and twin bed in the bedroom and 2 sleeper sofas in the living room. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, central air, all appliances, and wireless internet. Ocean Views from the Balcony, while also overlooking the outdoor pool. Parking for 2 vehicles. Sheets and comforters will be provided. Non-smoking, Non-vaping. No pets, please.

Nice little place

Great for a small family. Short walk to beach. No view of beach but view of outdoor pool was nice. WiFi was good.

FAMILY GET AWAY

Location is wonderful. Pool is nice, Comfortable bed. Everything about the place was great with the exception of the smell of cigarette smoke coming from the unit next to the one we stayed in.

Lovely condo

Cute, beachy decor. All kind of extras thrown in. Hostesses were quick to respond. Great beach access, pool. Will defiantly stay again if we ever get to come back to the area. Very safe location as well.

Summer vacation

Nice location and complex. Condo had everything we needed for a week long stay. Floors were dirty and twin bed was uncomfortable, but overall was great stay.

Great location!

Thank you so much for having us! It was a great location, great condo. Awesome pool! The maintenance guy keeps everything in check, I was really impressed of how clean condominium as a whole was and really taken care of! That guy deserves a raise! Otherwise we absolutely loved our stay! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook.walk in shower was great! Thanks again!

Weekend getaway

After a bumpy start due to an incorrect key code and a late arrival we were unable to reach our host, we had a wonderful time. Our host reached out as soon as she received our messages, we had a refund in place be fore I was even out of bed that covered our hotel. The condo is exactly as pictured, and was well equipped, short walk to the beach and we didn’t have a need for them as we had brought our own, but beach chairs, a cart and boogie boards were available. It was a girls weekend and we had perfect weather, we would definitely consider this one again if it fit our needs.

OC beach vacation

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It’s was perfect for our little family of three. Super close to the beach. It was also nice to be close to main attractions in the area.

A nice, chill place in OC

Last year we stayed in this building, but in a different room, run by a different company. We liked the location and the pool, but half the beach was in our room. Not a good time. This time, we used Vrbo and found this place! This place was what we were hoping for last year! Everything was nice and clean and everything in the unit was in good shape! If you want a place in OC that’s close to the beach and away from the craziness of the boardwalk, give this place a try. It’s just a cute little place by the beach!

This place was fantastic!

My two friends and I booked this condo for a birthday trip. We weren’t expecting anything too fancy for how low the price was but man we were blown away when we arrived. First thing is that the property owner would get back to my emails incredibly fast. Second, the condo was clean and came with lots of kitchen appliances. We brought a blender with us for smoothies and I was so surprised to see there was already one in the condo! The beds and couches were incredibly comfortable. We couldn’t hear neighboring residents. In the closet there was anything you could possibly think of needing for the beach. Out of curiosity, we counted how many steps it took from the edge of the beach to the elevator door. It was actually pretty close to 90 steps. It was about 120. This is an incredible little get away location.

Fun times in Ocean City

We really liked the location of the property. It was in a quieter and less busy area than down by the boardwalk, but it was close enough to everything to still be convenient. It was very spacious and well equipped, and the host even provided puzzles and games for our kids. It has a nice size pool and is a very short walk to the beach. The only complaints we had were that there was a smokey smell (like cigarettes) coming from the hallway closet that gave the unit a smell, and the pull out bed was very thin so the bars were uncomfortable for sleeping. Overall, this rental is a great deal and we had a good experience from this trip.

My stay here was awesome! I had some minor communication issues upon arrival but I feel it was more so Expedia’s lack of sending the right information versus the property owner. I had an entire condo to myself with a balcony that I used A LOT during my week stay. I was super close to the beach as well as all the touristy attractions. Would recommend using this place to anyone looking to get away!
