Cautivadora vista al mar: aire acondicionado, piscina, jacuzzi! Cerca de las playas

Disfrute de cautivadoras vistas al mar desde este espacioso condominio de 3 habitaciones, donde podrá relajarse con espectaculares puestas de sol en la terraza.

Hay aire acondicionado en todo el condominio, incluidas las habitaciones. Puede controlar la temperatura en cada habitación individualmente. Si los vientos alisios soplan, puede abrir las ventanas y escuchar el océano. Si no, la comodidad de AC está disponible para cada habitación y preferencia.

Nuestro condominio está en el nivel superior para que no te molesten los vecinos de arriba. En el piso principal se encuentra la cocina actualizada, sala / comedor, medio baño / lavandería y terraza con vista al mar. También en este piso hay un Smart TV de 50 pulgadas, WiFi gratis y altavoces Bluetooth.

Las tres habitaciones tienen baño privado con ducha. En el segundo piso, el dormitorio principal tiene una cama King de California y un televisor inteligente de 40 pulgadas. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el tercer piso tiene dos gemelos que se pueden convertir en un rey. Todas las habitaciones tienen techos abovedados, televisores y aire acondicionado.

El complejo Clifftop está diseñado para la diversión y la relajación con una piscina, jacuzzi y cancha de tenis. El área de barbacoa tiene 3 parrillas y los jardines están salpicados de flores tropicales.

Cerca del condominio hay una gran variedad de experiencias de compras y restaurantes. Dos de nuestros favoritos son Kukui'ula Village y Old Koloa Town.

Cerca hay muchas playas para explorar. Camina hacia el este hasta Hyatt y Shipwreck Beach de clase mundial, hacia el oeste te llevará a Poipu Beach. Practique snorkel con tortugas y peces loro, monte las olas o simplemente pasee por una hermosa playa. ¡Que te diviertas!

The property was absolutely stunning, from the views to the amenities (pool was amazing!) to how close shipwreck beach and other places were. Each room had air conditioning and great natural light. There were only two drawbacks: first, the stairs. To reach the place, you must go up two flights and then there are an additional one to two flights within the condo. (2nd story has 2 bedrooms, 3rd story has the two twin beds). If you have ANY mobility issues, this place would be very difficult. Also, the AC vent was on the balcony which meant hot air was continually blowing making sitting outside uncomfortable once it was past morning. Communication with leasing agent was easy and

Wonderful condo! We were there celebrating my dad's 80th birthday so the three rooms with attached bathrooms were perfect for us. The top floor room is smaller and the bathroom is tiny but my husband and I stayed in it and since we are small it was not a problem. It could be for people over 5'6" though. The only thing not working was the ceiling light/fan in the upstairs room. Additional fans were available but the room was dark with only one lamp. We were all very happy!

Great place to stay

We had a great time staying in this condo. Property is well maintained and stocked. It is very close to the nearby two beaches. Great sunset view from the Property grounds. Property owner and the manager were very responsive to our messages. We will definitely return when the next opportunity comes.

Fabulous!

Great location and beautiful property. Family of 5 adults with one toddler had lots of room and loved the pool. Property management also called to ensure we had received the Tsunami warning! The sense of community that we experienced in Koala with hundreds of other evacuees was true Hawaiian spirit! Though we have been Maui visitors for years we all fell in love with Kauai!

Repeat visitor, will keep on coming

This was our second or third time in this unit - we love the Makahuena and this unit ticks all our boxes. AC throughout (just make sure it's off in the morning to truly enjoy coffee on the lanai), everything works, it's clean, wonderful communication, no surprises. We will be back again and again.

Best property of our 3 island visit!

Amazing community of condos. This one had ample air conditioning. Itvis on 3 levels. The lani has beautiful ocean views an pool views. The property around the cindo is amazing with views and its owe blow hole. The pool was great. Parking on site was close to the unit but not too close. Having laundry on site was perfect. Three andcahalf baths for family groups was great. Kitchen was well stocked. We stayed 7 days at this location amd loved every minute!!!

Great property

This was a great property for our family to vacation in. The listing matched the amenities of the property 100%. It provided everything we needed for our stay. Check in and check out or easy. Communications with the property manager was a dream. My only comment is in regard to the crib. The crib is really not a crib. It is a portable playpen. The mattress is much too stiff for a comfortable nights sleep for a baby. Fortunately, our little one was comfortable snuggling in with mom and dad for the night.

Perfect for us

The condo was ideal for our family. Clean, fully stocked, and comfortable beds. Conveniently located between Poipu and Shipwreck Beach, it served as a great home base. The view from the lanai was stunning, with a rainbow greeting us on our first morning along with beautiful birds. Our kids loved ending the day with a dip in the pool and hot tub, and we even enjoyed a pickleball game when not exploring the island. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver for packing light! The only downside was the limited seating in the living room, which made it difficult for our family to unwind together. However, the bedrooms had TVs, which helped. Liz and the property managers were very responsive and helpful!

Best Sunset views!

This location works great for our family. We have four kids ages 7 to 12. Having the pool right below us was a must for those early morning or evening swims. That is before or after we went out hiking or hitting the beach. And speaking of beaches, both shipwreck and Poipu Beach, where an easy walk or a short drive away. The AC was a real nice touch in the evenings when the sun was blasting in and made for comfortable sleeps.

View is amazing

The online photo of the view from the balcony does not do it justice. It has an amazing 160 degrees view of the ocean and great location with a walking trail going to the east and a 10min walk to Poipu Beach to the west. Overall the condo was nice to stay at and A/C worked great. The grounds and pool were well kept and it was quiet. The only thing that would have been better to know about in advance was to see a picture of the loft bathroom because it was too tiny of a sink to use for an adult and the loft was not as clean as the rest of the condo was.

Great stay

We are a family of 6 staying for 4 days 3 nights. This is very convenient location — can see the sunrise and sunset from this property . We used the swimming pool and jacuzzi after long hikes . There are cooking ware . There are a lot of restaurants but the wait time was xtra long . We made breakfast every day. Great savings The air conditioning made it worthwhile . The entire stay was lovely and would recommend this unit .

Lovely property

We really enjoyed our stay here. Having the bedrooms on separate floors from the living room is a nice feature. The beds were comfortable, and having a half-bath on the main floor was a plus! There are no elevators in this building, and all three bedrooms are upstairs, so be prepared for that. The walking path behind the building offers lovely views. The pool never got too busy, and the hot tub felt great. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We would definitely stay in this property again. Thanks for offering this property in the rental pool!

Cozy condo in Poipu

Our third time in Kauai. Great condo in Poipu that easily accommodated our family of 5 (12 year old, 2 teenagers, myself and my wife). Location was perfect for accessing Poipu Beach, Breakneck Beach, Shipwreck Beach, and all the restaurants in Koloa. Seems relatively recently upgraded on the inside (overall building is older, but decent). Kitchen was well stocked and there were chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and some beach toys in the closet. Plenty of linens, beach towels, kitchen towels, and bathroom towels. Very quiet property with well-insulated walls. We slept very comfortably! Views from the patio are gorgeous! Property management was excellent, with clear and friendly communication throughout the stay. We even misplaced a key (long story - we retrieved it) and the property manager guided us to locate a spare to enter the property. Only very minor gripe - when AC is on throughout the property the fan blows hot air onto the balcony patio making it hard to sit there. This was a problem for all the other condos in the building besides ours and wasn’t an issue throughout the stay, especially on the cooler days when we weren’t running AC. Overall, would highly recommend this condo and this location!

Great Place

Condo was as advertised. Location was fantastic and everything was neat and clean in the condo. Short drive to Poipu and Koloa. Watching the waves hit the shore and seeing a sea turtle steps from the condo were cool. Liz and the property manager were responsive if we had a question or concern. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for helping make our first trip to Kauai a trip to remember.

Perfect getaway

Comfortable breeze and sounds of ocean. We didn’t miss the AC except when we first arrived on a hot day but just had to open everything up. Great trail to walk to beach, great spot on property to watch sunset, we played pickleball, good central location to do day trips north and west. Saw lots of whales and dolphins from balcony and cliffs.
