Surreal Maui Experience and Sunset Views

Absolutely stunning sunset views from the patio. Perfect Maui location steps from the beach, snorkeling, and multiple restaurants within walking distant. The condo is very comfortable and all essentials were provided. Highly recommend for an amazing Hawaiian vacation experience.

Beautiful view and great location

We enjoyed this rental—its view and location between two beaches can’t be beat. If you see a cluster of whale watching boats, get out your binoculars and you’ll see what they are looking at.Just a couple things that bugged me. The stainless steel fridge could use a polish between guests. Also I was a little creeped out by somebody else’s ice and water in the fridge. I think most rentals have each new guest “start fresh”. Also, prospective renters should know the bed is VERY high! I’m 5’7 and it was level with my hipbone requiring some interesting gymnastics to get in. My husband has limited mobility and needed to use the small step stool we found in the closet to get in and out. This added an element of risk we would rather not have during vacation!The host was communicative and very helpful with quick responses to questions.

Wonderful!

This condo is wonderful, it's the perfect location between Kamaole 1&2, with nothing but ocean view out your window! The kitchen is well stocked and the washer/dryer is very convenient. There are beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella. We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the sunset and the whales. The AC units work well and are very quiet. We spent three weeks here in January 2024,we will be back!

You’ll never want to leave…

Perfect location for spending all day on the water, in the water, or just watching the water. The balcony is perfect for watching the turtles play in the water in front of the condo during the day and the beautiful sunsets in the evening. The condo is beautiful, comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. We can’t wait to come back.

Amazing place to stay as a couple!

It was perfect from the start! Easy to find after a long flight and it was just as advertised! Super clean, perfect sunset pictures off balcony, air conditioning in bedroom AND living room, meticulous grounds and the beach is right next to the condo! This property was everything we could have wanted! Oh, and did I mention that it was quiet EVERY night, which made for a good night’s rest!

Really nice unit, in the perfect location, right on one of the best swimming beaches in Maui, perfect for a couple looking to escape together for a week or two. HIGHLY recommend!!

We had several different issues with things not working properly that we’re addressed immediately by an amazing staff at the property management for this property. Great location &the main thing I want to point out to people considering renting is that the sofa bed is really for a child. Not for an adult or older teenager. It’s too saggy and small for that. My 17-year-old could not sleep on it.

Amazing amazing amazing

An awesome property with an outstanding location. We have stayed in a numerous suites at the Royal Mauian and this one was excellent. A beautiful location for the perfect sunset dinner on the patio. Loved it!!

Not Elegant or Luxury

We have always loved the Royal Mauian and have stayed numerous times in both 1 bedroom/2 bedroom condos. This is far from Elegant/Luxury. It was mediocre at the most with the price for Elegant/Luxury. The bed is so extremely high that one is literally 'climbing' into bed. If you are not at all flexible, beware. The place was NOT clean-no such thing as Covid Enhanced cleaning-not even cleaned! We cleaned for 2 hours each and then asked for the management (not the previous cleaners) to come back and clean--lots of hair in the shower, brown streaks in the toilet, scum in the sinks, food on the refrigerator door, dust bunnys and hair under the bed and the ceiling/bathroom fans were even worse. It was very saddening that we had to do so much cleaning-especially since it had 'just been cleaned'. While we were there, there were MANY different maintenance people/workers/cleaners in and out of the condo while we were there--beware of your personal belongings--with so many different people knowing your room code. We locked our items in our car many days while meters were checked, dishwasher replaced, room recleaned, etc. As far as the grounds keepers for Royal Mauian, there are none better. The place is wonderful. We will just never rent this condo and certainly not from this management again.

Wonderful Stay!

Everything was as described. Location was excellent between two beautiful beaches and the view couldn't be better. The bed was comfy, furnishings beautiful and comfortable, kitchen completely new and set up for cooking at home. The elevator is right next to the unit so convenient for bringing up your Costco loads and luggage. Will definitely be back.
