Piso grande y luminoso en el corazón de Florencia, ideal para una familia o un grupo!

Nicely appointed flat in central location.

My husband and I joined my sister and her husband for their 25th wedding anniversary celebration trip to Italy. Part of our visit was in Florence and I booked this apartment for this leg of our journey. The apartment is walking distance to almost everything in Florence. It is clean and well appointed and very comfortable and roomy. The only thing missing (oddly in Italy) was a wine opener, but I suspect (unknown to the host) a prior guest liked it so well they chose to keep it as a souvenir! Luckily, we brought our own. Our host, Bernardo, was nothing short of fabulous! He was more than accommodating and helpful in every way. He helped us with transportation accommodations, restaurant recommendations, and even helped me have a beautiful bottle of wine and some treats as an anniversary surprise for my sis & her hubby, in the apartment upon their arrival. (They arrived ahead of us.) Should we ever return to Florence, we would definitely choose this apartment again.

Very noisy location, poor lighting, not enough linens or blankets for our family, many broken outlets and leaking shower.

Very disappointed overall

Bernardo was helpful and responsive. The apartment was clean, in a safe area with nearby restaurants and was within a few miles walk to important sites. One of the bathrooms had a broken plug and we were unable to use hair dryer, etc. In the kitchen the microwave, coffee pot and dishwasher were plugged in to an extension chord.

We stayed in late September with very hot weather. Host cannot control weather, but needs better fans for cooling. Unit needs more wine glasses and pillows. Ceiling lights were burned out or not functioning. Chair in kitchen covered open electrical connection posing safety question. Electrical outlet in main bath pushed into wall and not easy to use. Kitchen sink faucet loose and leaky. Good location, but noisy at night. All in all, decent value.
