¡Bienvenido a casa en "After Dune Delight" de Ventura, una hermosa y remodelada casa de 3 habitaciones y 1 baño ubicada en un lugar increíblemente deseable! Justo al otro lado de la calle de Marina Park y la playa !! Al entrar a la casa, encontrará la sala de estar con dos sillones de lujo y un televisor de pantalla plana, y una mesa para 4 personas. La sala de estar ofrece exquisitas vistas del maravilloso parque Marina y la playa. A la derecha está la cocina bellamente remodelada, con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y acceso al patio trasero. En la parte trasera de la casa se encuentran los dormitorios. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size, el segundo dormitorio con una cama queen y el tercer dormitorio cuenta con una cama nido con dos colchones individuales. Toda esta casa ha sido remodelada y es como NUEVA! El patio trasero es increíblemente amplio, con una gran cantidad de muebles de patio, una barbacoa y una fogata para disfrutar del hermoso clima y el estilo de vida de la playa. Hay una ducha al aire libre en el patio trasero, así como el acceso a la sala de lavandería privada.

Sillas de playa y juguetes de arena están disponibles para su uso y se encuentran en el garaje.

Cute house on a great park and beach

Love that we were so close to the beach and could hear the ocean at night. Great little house exactly as pictured. The patio is adorable and the neighborhood is quiet.

Walk to the beach, perfect house, surf and sun what more could you ask for!?

Perfect place to stay for our family of four, bedrooms were very comfortable, lots of towels and everything we needed for a fun week long stay. Outdoor shower too and laundry! Thank you for sharing your great home on the beach.

Steps from the Ocean!

Fantastic location in quiet, neighborly, walkable neighborhood. Sleeps 6 but only seats 4 at the table which could be easily improved with the addition of 2 chairs. Pretty clean overall, copious use of Febreeze was a turnoff, and trundle bed had pet hair and toys, and crumbs, ew. Kitchen was the best-stocked kitchen we've ever had.

Perfect beach house. About a 30 sec walk to the ocean! The house was clean and tidy, wonderful large patio space. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful beach week

We enjoyed our week at the beach house. The fire pit and backyard were fabulous. We enjoyed flying kites at the park and the short walk to the beach. Neighborhood was clean and safe. House was clean and well stocked. We can’t wait to come back!

Grandkids from North Dakota to the Ocean

Great property in a wonderful location - only better would have been an ocean front! Kitchen had everything we needed. Rooms great size for our needs. Beds comfy. Backyard great for evening fire and visiting. Our property manager was responsive to all our questions and needs.

Great location

No complaints. The house was clean and well stocked. The location was excelled and so fun to sit and watch the surfers walk in front of the house to catch some waves. Unfortunately there was no gas on the fire pit and I could start the bbq (perhaps ignition needed battery?) but not a make or break thing. Management was very accommodating and swift on responding to my texts.

Reviewer Comments: I have no complaints about this stay as it is my second stay.Communication was is on point, house was clean and stocked, (although an ice maker in the huge refig would be nice for beach days :-) love the kids activities, the park across the street- and most important the walk to the beach is all worth it! Feeling safe to allow your kids to walk solo to the beach is a great feeling. Check out beach yoga on S/T/TH at 9am by the 'school jetty' you will be a different person!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent! The only downside is the property is across from a park that gets very busy on the weekends. We knew this going in so it was no surprise for us. My only suggestion is that the staff should use unscented laundry detergent for the sheets and towels. I am very allergic to perfumes.

Relaxing home away from home!

We loved our stay and felt like we were ‘home’ there. The location was ideal to walk and skateboard in the park right across the street, come and go from the beach with only a few minute walk. It felt very safe and we enjoyed all of the community members walking dogs, playing in the park, etc. it felt like a vacation home vs. a busy tourist area. The home was the perfect size for us with 3 adults and 2 kids. The outdoor seating, grill and sandbox made it comfortable and easy to spend a lot of time outside! One day we had several friends come and we used the park directly across from the house to host. There are pic nic tables, grills and plenty of green space for kids to play, get wild and spread out! We realized the last day that you can rent kayaks and sailboats from the Rec docs by calling ahead, so check that out asap! Hosts were very helpful and laundry on site was a huge plus! We look forward to coming back some day!

“Didn’t miss a sunset”!

Absolutely perfect! I tried to extend our vacation. The house has everything and more. It was my 3 adult kids and family dog, we had a blast. The backyard is PERFECT for your animals, fire pit, bbq, hot & cold shower outside, my son used it every night and he “timed” it perfectly on the fourth, fireworks started and what a look on his face lol ya would have thought a million bucks rained down on him! 3 good size bedrooms and one bathroom for the 4 of us was never an issue, just perfect. I got to meet Courtney, what a doll! Thank you, we are coming back soon. Blessed. If I have to say anything negative, I had a little trouble with the screen door latch, but it has a dog door, Super Plus! This house was more than perfect, I love staying directly on the beach but a 5 second walk is good Exercise lol 😆 Can’t say enough about this adorable house, fantastic customer service and location was PERFECT. Thank you for a beautiful vacation, we are coming back!

Location was perfect for us with Marina Park across the street (I have 2 little dogs) and it’s the exact area of the beach we go to for boogie boarding all year long. Awesome outdoor shower with hot water, privacy, and good drainage. We liked the interior space a lot. Management person was responsive and helpful. Backyard was nice and fully fenced in.On the down side, this house needs a soft water system big time. When we arrived, the dishwasher itself was caked with grimy scum, soap, and stains. Same with all the glasses, dishes, and silverware in the house. Huge disappointment and hassle. There was a softener product stashed under kitchen sink behind all the other products. At the very minimum, it should have been brought to the renter’s explicit attention to use this stuff. We had to LITERALLY rewash every single dish, cup, glass, and all the silver ware. The rest of the house was clean and the beds were amazing. I would definitely rent this place again as my first choice!Aside from the hard-water issue, our stay was fabulous.
