Wonderful accomodation in Sedona! Nina was amazing and her breakfast really hit the spot! I'll be thinking about those muffins for a long time to come. We plan on coming back next time we find ourselves in Sedona!

3 Pines Sanctuary was wonderful!

Our stay at 3 Pines couldn't have been better! Our Hostess was wonderful! She was very responsive to any questions we had and was lovely to visit with.The location was private and close to town, our room was very comfortable, and the homemade breakfast was delicious. If we return to Sedona again, we will definetly stay there!!

The perfect getaway

What a delight to stay here, It was so cozy and Nina is an incredible host. Her morning breakfast was a highlight! Excellent location!

Nina is amazing. Her service was excellent and she was very helpful and responsive. Her place is really nice and clean. The breakfast was really good. The location is great! I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic Host, Location, Amenities

Nina was a fantastic host. Our room was outfitted with premium quality linens, toiletries, robes, you can really tell Nina pays attention to the details and enjoys making sure her guests are well cared for. The breakfast on the porch was fantastic! We enjoyed lounging in the hot tub and all around would recommend and stay with Nina again! The location is so central and made it easy to get to all sides of town pretty qquickly!

Comfortable VRBO

Nina is a great host! Our rental was clean, comfortable, easy to locate, the hot tub was private, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was scheduled and satisfying.

Cozy & comfortable

Nina greeted us as we pulled up and showed us to our suite. It was perfect for me and my daughter. Great outdoor space with a firepit, water feature and hot tub (which was very clean and so nice after hiking in the rain). The inside was clean and had everything we needed and more. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa, chocolates, water in the fridge and Alexa to play the music of our choice. We would definitely stay here again! I’m attaching a picture of the delicious breakfast Nina provided.

2 Day Stay

Nina was very hospitable. She met us when we arrived and proceeded to show us around, let us in and provided all details of how things operated. Each morning she delivered a lovely breakfast of fresh fruit, freshly baked muffins, specialty yogurt and orange juice. Property offered everything the listing describes and was quite comfortable. Would stay again

Five Stars

Nina is a kind hearted and excellent VRBO host. I found out that her father worked in the hotel business during her childhood, so she is extra skilled at making sure her guests are comfortable and have all their needs met. This VRBO was spotlessly clean, and quiet. There are a lot of attention to small details like: bedtime chocolates, a whole tea box, filled with a selection of teas, special soaps, scented lotion, and even cozy, scented flannel sheets on the bed. Miss Nina delivered a beautiful, continental breakfast every morning for me to enjoy in the private patio. My favorite moments were watching the birds take sips from the patio fountain and hiking to the creek near Nina’s home. In the evenings, the gas fire pit is so relaxing. I enjoyed my visit to three Pine so much and highly recommend it. I wish miss Nina and her husband much success with their VRBO.

Perfect

This was a great place to stay-- comfortable, clean, lovely patio with waterfall, amazing breakfast-- as well as perfect location. Walking distance to town and a nearby trailhead. I stayed with my sister for a long weekend and it was truly perfect. Many thoughtful touches-- Keurig coffee machine, chocolates, bathrobes. Thank you Nina for a delightful stay!

Lovely place to stay!

We had a great time staying here in Sedona! The room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious and nice. The outdoor patio area was lovely. Nina was a great host who was always helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast was great every morning including amazing freshly baked muffins. Absolutely would stay here again!

Cute Clean but very small

We were a little disappointed in the Room it was very clean the bathroom was big but Very small Nina was great We were under the impression there was a kitchen but it was just a mini fridge and mini microwave It was very small and no place to just sit back and relax after a long day

Fabulous

The location was great, close to town! Nina was a fabulous host, there if you needed anything but also quiet and relaxing! She brought a breakfast that hit the spot that I enjoyed on the private patio!! I broke my toes the night before I came and she was super helpful getting me ice and helping me feel better. The room is cute and comfortable! We highly recommend staying here and would definitely recommend over a hotel!

Lovely place with wonderful touches

This place was just wonderful. From the comfortable bed with nice flannel bedding and nice pillows to the unique artwork to the private fire pit with blankets, it was just wonderful! All the little touches made it seem like a high end boutique hotel or B&B. Robes, bath products, in-room coffee, extra charging cords, chilled glasses in the fridge, real dishware, nice towels…and a breakfast that was so good…warm muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice…delivered to your room. We had a private entrance with parking. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but is so close to restaurants and hiking. Nina is an excellent VRBO host. She was available when we needed something and was very responsive. I highly recommend 3 Pines!

Very Nice Visit

We enjoyed our stay mainly due to the efforts of our host Nina to provide anything and everything we needed - from very nice continental breakfast each morning to tips on restaurants and hikes. The room is small, but perfectly fine; bathroom is good sized. Good location for quick access to all parts of Sedona.

Comfort of home away from home

Nina’s place was AMAZING! Her space had everything to make our stay perfect. The bed was so comfy! The decor was so colorful and fun! She provided a coffee maker, microwave and a fridge too. The towels were super fluffy!! A relaxing porch complete with fire pit and water fountain. The best part was BREAKFAST! Fresh fruit and homemade muffins!! We were in heaven!!! Nina is definitely the hostess queen!!! She made our trip to Sedona unforgettable!!!
