The home is beautiful and comfortable, with absolutely stunning views. It is a quick walk to the beach, which afforded us the convenience of all coming and going on our own schedules, not having to coordinate driving. The bed I slept in was extremely comfortable. I typically have difficulty sleeping, but I slept great the entire week! The kitchen is very small. I could not imagine being there with 10 people and trying to utilize that tiny kitchen, but for our small group, it was perfect. It had everything you could possibly need, including spices and basic cleaning products. The washer and dryer were a much appreciated addition. There were complaints from the people who slept on the third floor that they just couldn’t get the bedroom to cool down to a comfortable temperature because the AC unit is in the hallway. The only other issue we had was that the light over the dining table was so dim that playing games and puzzling after dark was nearly impossible. I hate to mention all of the negatives, but I know it is helpful to people reading the reviews. Overall, we loved the house and the location. We would definitely stay there again.
