Este hermoso y soleado apartamento orientado al sur oeste con aire acondicionado y Wi-Fi de alta velocidad se encuentra en el 4to piso (6 ascensores disponibles) del edificio de apartamentos Duquesa de España, desde el cual se encuentra a solo 5 minutos caminando cuesta abajo hasta la playa más cercana. Montemar

Aunque puede dormir 4, este apartamento es el más adecuado para 2 adultos. Ubicado en una tranquila zona residencial en el límite entre Benalmádena y Torremolinos, está cerca de numerosos bares y restaurantes y desde los 2 balcones hay buenas vistas hacia Benalmádena Puerto Marina, el Mediterráneo y las montañas.

El dormitorio contiene una cama doble muy cómoda junto con tocador y espacio de almacenamiento adecuado. El salón, que también incorpora un área de comedor, tiene un sofá cama y un área de almacenamiento igualmente cómodos, fáciles de abrir y cerrar, que incorpora una televisión por cable que recibe programas en inglés y un reproductor de DVD. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada y el moderno baño tiene una gran ducha, inodoro y lavabo con termostato.

La piscina a la que se accede a través del jardín del edificio de apartamentos es una de las más grandes de la Costa del Sol, sin embargo, tenga en cuenta que el área de la piscina solo está abierta durante la temporada alta, que es de mediados de junio a mediados de septiembre.

Los 2 balcones tienen entre ellos 2 mesas, 2 tumbonas y 4 sillas junto con persianas, y además de proporcionar un punto de vista para disfrutar de las vistas y mientras miran hacia el sur oeste, disfrutan del sol entre el mediodía hasta que se pone el sol. las montañas y no son ignorados por los edificios de gran altura.

El supermercado más cercano, Lidl, se encuentra a 50 metros, hay 2 bares a 70 metros y a 400 metros, la zona está llena de numerosos bares y restaurantes.

Fantastic apartment in an excellent position , probably the best one we’ve stayed in on the Costa Del Sol, owner very easy to communicate with , wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again .

Gem of a place

From booking our stay we had great customer service from the owner Philip. The apartment was clean bright and spacious with everything you needed provided. There were two lovely balconies with great views of either the sea or the mountains. There was a great pool set in Nice grounds with ample sunbeds. I would highly recommend this apartment 5*****.

Wonderful

We had an enjoyable stay in this lovely apartment .It was perfect for two people and it is one of the nicest I have stayed in and I am fussy.The apartment is exactly as it is portrayed in the photographs.The location was excellent and I loved the balconies and the large swimming pool.It was spotlessly clean and Philip was very helpful with advice and information.I will recommend it to family and friends and hope to return in the near future.

Beautiful

What a gem this place is, spotlessly clean & well equipped. The owner Phil was very helpful. The location was superb, literally 5 mins walk to the marina. I would not hesitate to stay here again

Lovely apartment with excellent views

Had a great weekend staying at Philips apartment. Philip was great to deal with sent all the information required. Apartment is great size and very clean and modern. Bit disappointed the pool was not opened as the temp reached 35 degrees in September. We were 10 min walk to the beach. Love Benalmadena...highly recommend!

Perfect apartment

Philips apartment was excellent the views from the two balconies was amazing . A nice touch leaving us a bottle of wine and Philip always answered emails very promptly.I will definitely return and would recommend the area and the apartment without hesitation.

Great apartment

We had stayed stayed in Philips apartment previously and returned again at the end of May 2017. We found everything - apartment, location and weather to be ideal. The apartment itself seemed to have been upgraded and has absolutely everything we needed or could wish for. It is in a quiet location, but within a few mins walk of the sea. Many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and a Lidl supermarket very close. The apartment has a comfortable bed and there is full air conditioning, something that even towards the end of May we found useful. There are 2 large balconies on which to have meals and sip a drink. We had thought to return in September but disappointingly found that it was already booked up - not so surprisingly really given what it offers for the price.

Lovely apartment, comfortable and spotless

The apartment is on the 4th floor with lovely views from both terraces, you can either have your morning coffee looking towards the coast or a nice glass of wine watching the sun set behind the mountains. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. An added bonus was that there is a lovely pool area and gardens towards the rear of the building, which we also made good use of. Would definitely book again!

This is the one

We have stayed in Torremolinos area for 20 years. We have tried different apartments -some close to beach - no pool. Some away from beach with pool - but long walk to beach in heat. This apartment fulfilled everything - short walk to beach with good, spacious pool. Near shop, good view, clean and tidy apartment, very professional instructions. Very good I will give 10 out of 10

location, location, location

The location of this apartment is super. Close to a grocery, 10 minute walk to the Paseo Maritimo (beach) and the famous marina, also a twenty minute walk to the train station, and 8 minutes for the buses . You can easily explore the costa del sol from this location. The apartment was clean and the view from the balconies (2) is awsome, to the left we see the ocean and to the right the mountains.We certainly enjoyed our month's stay. Also very important is the quick and clear communication with the owner, Philip. I will recommed this place to my friends.

Good apartment, good value

We stayed at this apartment for 10 days in March and wished we had stayed longer. The apartment was bright, clean and very nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and a really good shower. We found the location of the apartment to be really good as its some 5 or so minutes from the beach and less than 10 minutes from the marina, with numerous bars and restaurants to be found between the sea and the apartment. The apartment building was in a quite area away from any bars and on a private road and to be a well maintained. There was a Lidl supermarket close by and several others within a 10-minute walk – although with meals out so much cheaper than the UK we made little use of the supermarkets. All that we could have needed was provided from beach towels (that we did not use) to gel for the washing machine. We discovered that from lunch time onwards the balconies were is sun and enjoyed several sunsets sitting outside with drinks (in Mid March!) - guess that in spring and summer this would be a very popular thing to do! The apartment is about 10 minutes by taxi from Malaga airport and we discovered the local railway station about 10 minutes walk away which took us to Malaga (great city to explore) and Fungerola (which we did not like as much as Benalmadena or Torremolinos) in a clean, modern, train for a ludicrously small price compared with what we pay in the UK. It had been many years since we were on the Costa del Sol and we were very pleasantly surprised by how it had matured We have already booked to return in 2015.

Gorgeous apartment

We had a lovely holiday in this gorgeous apartment, it really is fantastic. The apartment was easy to get to and the map and information that Philip provided were perfect. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well-furnished and equipped and obviously very well looked after. The views down to the Marina and sea from the 2 balconies were great and the location of the apartment just right as it was quiet and yet within a few minutes of the beach and less than 10 minutes from the life of the Marina.

This is the best apartment we have ever stayed in

Straight away let me say how very much we enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We have been coming to the Costa del Sol for 12 years and without doubt this is by far the best apartment we have ever stayed in. The location is good, the apartment is nicely furnished, it's clean, the space is positive, the view from the balcony is better than the photographs, and the description is accurate and even modest. We thought to come back in September but found the apartment to be fully booked, but will return next year. Thank you Philip for allowing us to stay in your apartment

A wondefull week in Benalmadena

Perfect apartment

My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment from 24th October for 10 days and would highly recommend it. The apartment itself is really bright, spacious and very tastefully decorated. It is spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need. There are 2 nice balconies with stunning views of the sea and mountains. The location could not have been bettered as it was convenient to everything and yet quiet. It was a few minutes walk to the beach and Marina and we enjoyed walking in the centers of both Torremolinos and Benalmadena. The apartment is located not far from bus stops and we enjoyed a day trip into Malaga and Ronda I hope to return for another stay soon as the apartment is really good value for money and the location is excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending it. to family and friends.

Lovely apartment

We stayed for 10 nights at this apartment in August. It was lovely, very clean, very well equipped with comfortable bed and sofa. Towels, beach towels and tea towels supplied. Air con in bedroom and a large fan for the living area which was a welcome relief as it was very warm! It had everything you needed and more. The pool area was lovely but we did go to the beach quite a lot (5 euros for a bed & parasol). The apartments are up hill from the beach which is about a 6 min walk. Lidl is 2 mins down the road. Although the apartment is well located and near to the beach, Marina, restaurants and bars. It is very cheap to eat out and we didn't have a bad meal. The Chinese restaurants are very good value for money and the food is lovely so please don't be put off by how cheap they are. if you walk down towards the beach and go to the right you will find the marina which is really nice but extremely busy and you can carry on towards Benalmadena and if you go to the left (Torremolinos) you come to a long street which is also very busy but has a lovely atmosphere and some really good restaurants and bars and they are much cheaper than the marina! The train station is about 10 min walk up hill from the apartments and the fares are very cheap. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and this apartment is lovely
