Everything was just wonderful. The owner is sprucing up the outside of the trailer and once that's done this will be a very sweep place to stay. It's a quick drive to down town.

Very comfortable

Place is exactly like the pics. Very inviting, clean n comfortable inside. Beds are comfy too. Only thing is it is a 3 bebroom not 4. There were only 2 of us so it didnt matter. A place a couple doors down have chickens so if you are a light sleeper in the morning it could be an issue. Looks like working on the trailers beyond us still, but ours was great. Only spent 1 night but would stay again.

Beautiful home

This home is in an older mobile home lot, but don’t let that fool you! This home is newly remodeled on the inside and is beautiful! It is well decorated, has nice furniture and even has a sleep number bed in the master bedroom. We were only there for one night, but would definitely stay here again. The host was very kind and helpful. There were farm animals on the property that we really enjoyed. Thanks for accommodating us at the last minute!

A little caught of guard

Overall the stay was great. We were a little caught off guard with first impression of the place at first but ended up being a nice place. Had animals that the kids played with and chased.

We had an amazing stay at this property. We were a family of 5, traveling with a child with disabilities. The property was very quiet and even had animals that my grandson greatly enjoyed! We were close enough to the beach to enjoy, but far enough away to relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better host snd experience! We will definitely return!

I live locally but rented the property for my birthday weekend. I live in a one bedroom and I couldn’t accommodate a few friends that I had coming in for the weekend. We had a great time. Thank you for accommodating us!

Warm, cozy and comfortable.

Everything was as described. Home was cozy and had everything needed. We arrived a bit earlier than planned and Daniel was more than accommodating getting us in earlier than required. Family enjoyed the animals as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

We had a great time while staying here. It's a small mobile home and was just right for our group. We came for my son's Marine Corps graduation. The property is described perfectly. Loved that there were chickens, and ducks roaming the property and we didn't mind this at all. Daniel was very helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little home

Great little beautifully renovated mobile home! Property manager was excellent and communication was great! We would not hesitate to stay here again! There are some animals (chickens, peacock, etc.) that are located on the same grounds as the property that may not be valued by all guests, but my kids loved watching and listening to them and they didn't bother us at all. Overall 5 stars. Definitely a great place to stay right outside of Beaufort.

Very nice spot, stayed for a few days and would happily return. The other reviews weren't wrong, this is a great spot with a very nice and communicative property manager!
