Beautiful, spacious home within short distance of USMC base - Parris Island

Beautiful, fully furnished spacious home. The home has many upgrades - doors, storm doors, granite countertops in the kitchen, custom blinds, etc. It is within walking distance to Beaufort Memorial Hospital, less than 10 minute drive to the USMC base - Parris Island and the Sands Beach. Huge fenced in backyard for family gatherings. There is a living room, Family Room/Den that can be used as separate suite.
As a part of the security system, there are only two cameras and they are outside. One near the side entry door and one to cover the large backyard.

There is a portable wheelchair ramp if you need assistance.

Easy booking, great communication, comfortable, clean, quiet neighborhood! This property was close to everything including the gates of Parris Island. If you’re traveling for family day or graduation, it’s perfect!

Beautiful home, great price and great communication. The location was perfect for what we were there for, getting to see our son graduate from the Marines and being so close to the base was perfect, thank you for opening your family home to us, the house was very clean and spacious.

Great location, close to everything, plenty of rooms for family time or privacy, all the convenience of home. We would highly recommend and enjoy the opportunity to return at a future date.

Perfect place to welcome home our new Marine!

We were less than 5 minutes from Parris Island so it made those early mornings getting on to base super easy. The home is nicely spaced out and set up which allowed us to spread out and not be on top of each other. Large fenced in yard which allowed the kids to get outside and play. Highly recommend staying here, I know we will be staying here again should we ever need to stay in the area!

Perfect

We attended our son’s graduation from basic training and this house was perfect with the amount of room and close distance to the base. I don’t think we could have picked a better place.

Great Place

The property was as advertised - clean, spacious, and convenient to Parris Island main entrance and all the shops and restaurants in Beaufort. Highly recommended if you will be attending graduation at MCRD PI.

Perfect for a multigenerational family celebrating new Marine

This home was perfect for us, a family of five plus grandparents coming together from all across the country to celebrate our new marine graduation at Paris Island. We made multiple trips to and from the island and this home was close enough to make the commute simple and convenient. The house itself was clean and had plenty of room to offer everyone space to relax after long days of walking and exploring. We would definitely stay here again.

Graduation USMC

The owner of this home is awesome. We had a couple issues and they were all immediately taken care of. This house is older so plug in and light switches are not what you would expect. Also there are no blankets on the beds or extras in the closets. Plan to bring yours. We had 6 adults and there was more than enough room

Perfect for graduation

We stayed at this property for our son’s graduation from Marine boot camp. It was perfect, from the size, location ,and check in and out times. Was perfect for all the family to meet up and say their goodbyes after leaving the island. The host was also very responsive which made the check in process a breeze. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and great house!!

The description of the house on the website was absolutely perfect. Beaufort, SC was a blast!! The house was very well appointed and in a great location. Amongst all of the positive aspects of the property, the master bedroom had a walk-in shower, which was perfect for my sr. parent. Our stay was so very nice, and I would highly recommend the property, and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

Spacious and comfortable

The family got to together to attend Parris Island Family Day and celebrate our Marine who was graduating. There were two set of couples in our group of 8 but 4 adults were single so only one person would sleep in the last queen sized bed. That left 3 to sleep on sofas. And this place was set up perfectly for that. Each person not only had a sofa, each sofa was in a different room,giving each adult a bit of their own privacy. During the day there was enough seating for all of us to be comfortable without sitting on top of each other and we could spread out into different rooms. The television in the upper den is situated so that the speaker points directly into the lower den. So I definitely suggest closing the door if you have both televisions going. While we made it work, the single shower for the eight of us was definitely a challenge. Though I was pleasantly surprised that the hot water stood up to the challenge. It was just a simple problem of logistics complicated by the fact that the single shower was located in the master bedroom and you couldn't get an early shower if someone was still sleeping. The second bathroom has a tub but no shower head. This is the only reason I'd not return with a large group. There was an abundance of linens and bath towels. This is the first time in all of my stays that i am able to say that. The owner is great, the communication is great, the house is great, and it fully deserves five stars

My elderly parents with mobility issues had a home emergency which required them to find a temporary place to stay while it was repaired. Thank goodness for this jewel of a place! It was perfect for their needs and so welcoming. I cannot say enough about the host and her attention to detail and desire to truly ensure her guests' needs are met. In fact, she goes well beyond! She was very responsive, kept checking in with me to see how they were doing and if they needed anything. No mater what your needs, stay here. You'll love it!

Beautiful Home!

We really love this house! It was so clean and accommodating. Everything I can think of was already there at my disposal. I felt like we were at home. My family stayed here for my daughters graduation from the Marine Corps. The owner was amazing. I appreciate the tips given for restaurants and attractions! It was extremely helpful. My stay satisfaction for this rental exceeded my expectations! Highly recommended.

While we still visit often, we wanted to open our home to families and friends to enjoy the bountiful beauty, serenity and history that make Beaufort so special. Kick back, relax and enjoy the water, dining, museums, shopping, strolling and the authentic, friendly culture that abounds in Beaufort.

My late father was a career USMC drill instructor. When he retired from USMC, he chose this home and neighborhood because it was easily accessible to all of the military benefits on Parris Island.

Our home is a well loved home that is spacious with several rooms for everyone's privacy. The backyard is large enough to have family gatherings. It is located approximately 10 minutes from Parris Island. If you have a family member graduating from Parris Island, it is the perfect location for you to stay.
