A 10 m de la playa, estacionamiento gratuito, 2 piscinas, 100 m Orange Square Old Town

Desde el apartamento tiene acceso directo al paseo marítimo y la playa. El complejo cuenta con dos piscinas, una está en la azotea desde donde se tiene una vista fantástica. En las piscinas, se puede hacer uso de tumbonas gratuitas. Los baños también están presentes en las piscinas.
En la terraza de El Mayoral Marbella se puede deslizar fuera de los grandes ventanales para que pueda disfrutar del sol.
Debajo del edificio hay un garaje donde tienes una plaza de aparcamiento privado. Nuevo baño y dormitorio en 2018. Dos camas dobles y una cama supletoria para un niño bajo petición.
Hay un parque infantil 50 m, juguetes, juegos y libros están disponibles en el apartamento. Una cuna / silla alta se pueden arreglar a través de nuestro administrador de la propiedad.
El supermercado y un montón de restaurantes a una distancia de 50 m. El casco antiguo se puede llegar a través de la calle sobre el apuñalamiento. Parada de autobús a 50 m. A petición, un servicio de recogida desde el aeropuerto se pueden arreglar.

El apartamento se encuentra junto a Amare Beach Hotel.
Nuestro administrador de la propiedad le dará la bienvenida en el apartamento y le dará las llaves.

Location location location

This apartment is located in the best spot in Marbella. It’s 5 min walk to everything. A few steps away from the beac. Plenty of restaurant in the area. 5 min walk to old town. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Loved the character. If you plan to drive be prepared for small parking. (Having a parking in the center of the city is a bonus). We had the best stay. Host was very nice.

Great time in Marbella City Center

Perfect location right of Marbella City center promenade this apartment offers partial view of the sea and waves crashing sounds, lovely amenities, comfortable beds, clean bathroom and kitchen, air conditioning very efficient. Within walking distance of many restaurants, mini markets, and old Marbella shopping center. Subterranean parking included. Great host very prompt and kind answering questions.

Beautiful Beachfront property, great property managers

We stayed in March 2017. Unfortunately the couple of days we stayed were unusually cold and rainy, but we loved it nonetheless. It's in a great location to talk to the beach and promenade and an easy walk to the old quarter and wonderful restaurants, shops and sights. Would have loved to stay longer. The apartment was maybe slightly dated, but was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Wish the weather would have been nice enough to open the sliding windows looking out to the ocean. Even so, we loved hearing the waves at night. The property managers were wonderful - - spoke great English, very responsive for check in and check out and even promptly answered a small question during our stay.

Great apartment!

In June the two of us stayed at this apartment for a couple of days. We had a great time. The apartment is great; spacious, clean, peaceful and with an amazing view over the sea. It simply had all you need; we could even find suitable plastic cups and cutlery to picknick on the beach! We especially enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool which we had completely to ourselves almost every morning. Furthermore everything was at a walking distance: the old town with shops and restaurants, the beach and the boulevard. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a sunny and peaceful holiday!

Ruim,comfortabel en ideaal vakantie appartement

Afgelopen November brachten wij voor de tweede keer 2 weken in dit appartement door. Het was een soort thuiskomen, want alles was al vertrouwd en de zon was ook weer iedere dag aanwezig.Heerlijke temperatuur van rond de 22 graden c. We waren blij verrast veel verbeteringen in het appartement aan te treffen. Twee mooie slaapkamers en het interieur met mooi witte wanden deed fris en ruimtelijk aan.. Alle noodzakelijke zaken waren aanwezig en b.v. ook wifi TV dvd speler met veel dvd,s, boeken spellen enz. We kwamen tot de ontdekking,,dat je door de hoofdweg over te steken, slechts een goede 200 meter van de oude stad Marbella verwijdert bent..Natuurlijk hebben we ook grote afstanden oer de prachtige strandboulevard gelopen. Natuurlijk zullen we eind volgend jaar dit appartement weer boeken. Alexandra en Richard

Very convenient and cosy!

We had an amazing vacation in Mariette’s apartment! Marbella is very beautiful and it was very nice to walk through the old town and shop. Because the apartment was so centrally located, everything was within walking distance, wich was very convenient! I’ve had a very relaxing vacation and spent a lot of time at one of the two swimming pools. Its not very crowded at the swimming area so I could just lay down on a bed, relax and read a book while overlooking the ocean! If I wanted to go to swim at the beach it was also just a few meters away, so you could walk straight to the beach from the pool, wich was lovely as well. I’ve enjoyed great tapas in a restaurant called pinxtos and liked to walk around the boulevard, looking at all the little shops. We had also rented a car to make little trips and visited Gibraltar, where we saw monkeys! It was nice that there was also a parking garage that we could use. In the apartment you could find everything you needed. There were books, a tv, kitchen appliances, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, a dishwasher etc. We didn’t need anything more! The apartment was also very nicely decorated, very clean, and is cosy looking. It was nice to have breakfast at the table with the ocean view. I have enjoyed my vacation in Marbella a lot and would love to come back one day to stay at the apartment again! Greetings, Guus

A warm week in Marbella

We had a nice and hot week in Marbella. The location of the apartment was great, we enjoyed both the beach and the two pools in the apartment-building. The old town was great for eating out, a lot of really good restaurants despite the very touristic touch of the area. We were a bit dissapointed on two things regarding the apartment: Aircondition - had to be taken care of every three hours (empty water buckets) so couldn´t be on during the nights. Which would have been great since also the nights were up to 30 degrees. And second - there were no balcony on the apartment even if the description actually says so.

perfecte vakantiewoning

Just back from a very nice week in Marbella. The spacious apartment is great; beautiful location and direct access to the beach with 2 wonderful swimming pools. The apartment is on a very good location, near the old town and directly at the shops and restaurants. So you do not need a car. We can look back on a wonderful holiday and will return definitely.

leuk appartement op toplocatie

Mooi gelegen, goed onderhouden,schoon en goed uitgerust appartement aan zee en op 100 m afstand van het oude Marbella waar je heerlijk kunt slenteren door de smalle straatjes en op een terrasje kunt genieten. Aan de boulevard diverse prima restaurants om 's avonds een hapje te eten.In de regio voldoende mogelijkheden om iets anders te doen dan aan het zwembad of op het strand liggen.Malaga en Ronda zijn aanraders.Ook de diverse markten zijn leuk om te bezoeken.Wij hebben genoten van een heerlijke vakantie in Marbella en komen zeker nog een keer terug naar dit appartement!

Fantastic location!

We visited Marbella for a few days in April/May 2015 and stayed in this apartment. The location is absolutely fantastic! Right on the beautiful promenade, next to the beach and a few minutes from the old town. The busstop, loads of bars, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and was clean. It felt like home! I thought it was great that there were parasols and beach chairs we could use. The apartment has two!! swimming pools. One is located on the roof with a spectacular view! I would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends!

Top location- fairly priced- confortable.

In the middle of December we stayed for 8 sunny days in this appartment. It was like a summer holiday with breakfast and lunch in the open air along the seaside boulevard. We were surpriced to find the location of the appartment very convenient in the center of Marbella. Walking out of the El Mayoral building and turning left you can directly enter the marvelous seaside boulevard, were you can walk even up to Puerto Banus. Turning to the right jou can cross the mainroad and reach the beautifull old city of Marbella in less than 5 minutes.Very near on the mainroad to the left you will find the busstop to Malaga and the supermarket Supercore.Inside the appartment you will feel at home and beside the convenient kitchen and bathroom there are books ,games ,DVD 's to spent your time in the evenings. Or you just prefer to relax and listen to the sound of the waves and look at the always changing surface of the sea. A nice place to relax!

I had a great time in Marbella. I enjoyed my stay in this apartment very much as it really close to the beach as well as cafes and bars in the old town or boulevard. All walkable! The seaside view from the apartment including the sea sounds are really relaxing. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and light! .. and not so touristic. I liked to be in the middle of the Spanish culture with primarily Spanish neighbours. Definately recommended if you want to have a relaxing holiday!
