Enjoy a peaceful stay at this charming 1-bedroom condo in Pensacola. The cozy bedroom features an adjustable queen-sized bed, perfect for a good night's sleep or watching TV or reading. (Even has anti-snore setting). Comes with climate control and WiFi. Also has some gym equipment to get your workout on, and a pool to do laps or water aerobics.
Accented with works by local artists, this stay will be like no other, with art changed regularly. Walking distance to many shops, and just minutes to the beach by car or public transportation!
All surfaces and utensils sanitized after each stay, so you can feel confident in cleanliness.
Onsite washer and dryer, detergents, beach towels, body boards, floaties, coffee, local herbal teas, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shaving cream, disposable razors, aftersun lotion and much more all included, so you don't have to worry if you forgot something. We've got a lot of that covered! Headache? Got you! Cramps? Got you! Sunburn? Got you! Hangover? Got you!
Kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art Samsung appliances. Ultra quiet dishwasher, air fryer in the oven, smart refrigerator that you can play your favorite music app or ask Alexa a question. The refrigerator can tell you what it is in without opening the door and recommend recipes.
Fireplace is for aesthetics only, please do not light fire in it.

Had everything it said and more very nice of them to think of the little things and provide them it is the place I've stayed at in pensacola and the price was very good compared to most and my dog enjoyed the little nook by the window will definitely be coming back

Cute neighborhood that is well lit when walking the dog in the evening. Brand new sidewalks were put in to make the walking path even better. Cute small space that is perfect for a couple. Close to everything we needed for work and for food each evening. Becky was quick to respond when we communicated. Would stay again

My fiancé stayed here to visit me while I was stationed in Pensacola. It was really fun to go to the beach with her and hang out at the pool there was plenty of shopping centers nearby including the mall. She was able to bring her dog with her which was a big plus cause she didn’t have to worry of leaving her at home and made her stay feel a bit more home away from home.

I did not use the bed. The dog poop in the condo area wasn't cleaned up by the people who lived there. Wi-fi didn't connect for me. There was a disgusting dirty cleaning towel behind the toilet. Someone's dog or dogs had destroyed the blinds and I was afraid I'd be blamed and lose my deposit and the deposit was too hight to start with, I paid because I thought I was getting something special. I was pleasantly surprised that the owner refunded me some money when I left early. I had to, I just couldn't be comfortable; (plus even though there was a beautiful library down the road) some of my business is confidential and not meant to be shared in public. Parking was good, the beach was close.

I had a great time. it was just me there, but the place is as advertised. 20 mins from pensacola beach, but it was everything I could ask for. it was peaceful, but still had everything around that I could want whether it be seafood or fast food it was there. the host did an amazing job. I can't wait to book again with her.

Cute apartment for single traveler or couple

A nice apartment for a single person traveling or a couple. We did not have any issues while we were there so we did not need to contact Becky, but she made it easy for us to access her if need be. Check-in was smooth. Farther away from the beaches if that's why you are in Pensacola but you do have access to the pool. Overall a cute little place.

Quick getaway

Was such a cute condo and perfect for a quick getaway. Walking distance to shops and food and close to the airport! Had everything I needed and a cute outdoor sitting area.

Perfect Place

I could not be happier with this stay. Everything, and I mean, EVERYTHING was provided. The place was extremely clean and easy to find. The washer and dryer was a great perk as well. Definitely look forward to staying here again.

Not quite what I expected

Having stayed at several VRBO properties my expectations of a property is somewhat high. First, there was a ton of effort to make this property comfortable, but it did fall short, I'll attach some pictures. The floors were wavy for lack of a better term, the wall paper was peeling off in several places, they did try to staple some of the areas, some places were covered up by wrapping paper and poster. The appliances were top notch though, even if a little big especially for laundry room. The blinds were absolutely torn up from a pet of some sort, and there was just an overall clutter, especially in the bathroom. Again, there was a tremendous amount of effort to make it comfortable so I'm only writing this review to potentially help the host with potential renters.

A little beach time

Was a cute place to stay. Was a littke difficult ti fibd the actual building. Numbers were arranged differently. Woukd not recommend to elderly people. The steps goung up were pretty steep. Really enjoyed the local coffee/eye exam place up the street.

Great Property

My brother stayed in this property and enjoyed it thoroughly. He said the host was very responsive and professional. The unit was clean and exactly as described. I highly recommend you use this unit if ever visiting Pensacola

This neighborhood is fantastically located. Close to shopping, eating, and minutes from the interstate to go to the beach or out of town.

This property is quaint yet high tech, with some of the best appliances made today. Includes 2 smart TVs (One in bedroom and one in Living room). The grounds of the condo are well manicured and make you feel like you are at a nice resort without the nice resort price ;)
