Patio con hoguera, mesas, sillas, bañera de hidromasaje, parrilla, que también ofrece bicicletas y sillas de playa. Camine cerca de la playa, restaurantes, cócteles, helados y muchas otras tiendas. Además, camine media cuadra hacia el vecindario hasta el fabuloso parque Kolb con tenis, tejo, parque de patinetas, parque infantil, baloncesto o disfrute viendo un partido de béisbol. This house was so perfect for our getaway. It was beautifully remodeled, a 5 minute walk to the beach, clean and had everything we needed. The host was great and answered all my questions very quickly. I highly recommend!

The cottage was perfect! We love being able to bring our dogs with us whenever we take weekend trips with our three month old! Plenty to eat and around the cottage as well. Thanks again for a great weekend!!

One year old's Birthday celebration

The house has a great location in regards to the beach acess and restaurants that are in walking distance. More than enough space for smaller families. Full size washer dryer and a great kitchen to utilize during your stay. Check in and out were seamless, Paula is very good at communicating and quick to respond. I would highley recommend.

2nd Stay

This is our second time staying here, and we would definitely stay again. It was nice before, but the recent remodel is great. We loved being a 2 minute walk from the beach, and its nice having everything you need for the beach included (towels, chairs, umbrellas, cart).

Birthday Getaway

I celebrated my mom 70th birthday at this cute cottage in Indian Rock Beach. The beach is just across the street and the owner provided chairs and an umbrella! There’s a manual with ideas for the vacation time and instructions for use of the space. It looks just like the pictures.

Memorial Weekend Family Trip

We had a great 5 nights at cottage B this past weekend (husband, wife and 2 college age children). The interior of the cottage and yard are beautiful and very well maintained. The location can’t be beat. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, coffee and restaurants. The extra amenities were great for the beach and we loved having the wagon, chairs, umbrella etc for the beach. Would love to stay here again!

Cute and comfortable beach cottage

We loved this 2 bedroom 1 bath VRBO. Great location and walking distance to beach. Owners had wagon, chairs, boogie boards, and towels which was super helpful. The place looked new and had a clean, airy beach vibe in decor. Great location near deli for breakfast items and sandwiches for lunch. Walking distance to a few restaurants for dinner as well. Property manager and owner were very responsive. Thank you for a great family spring break!

Cute small place but had some issues

I am going to be completely honest in my review, as this place had both good and bad things about it... When we arrived, we noticed that the door jam is very loose as if someone has broken it and it wasn't fixed properly...This was a concern since we had a child that was going to be sleeping on the pull out right by the front door... The next thing we found was that the king bed frame was broken on one side and we couldn't sleep on it...I notified the property manager immediately, but nothing was ever done about it...And the property manager ended up never responding back...So we had to let the kid sleep on the one good side and us sleep on the pull out which is not ideal for a whole week...plus it's not what we agreed to when we paid for this place... Also, the pull out bed had a large stain on the sheets which is downright gross... The other bad thing we found was that we killed at least half a dozen cockroaches...The property manager needs to have the place sprayed on a consistent basis... Aside from those things, we made do with the place and its located a perfect distance from the beach to just walk over...We did not try the hot tub, but it's conveniently located between this place and the main house in front of it...It was nice that they had carts, chairs and coolers in the shed though cause they came in handy... With all that being said, the place could have been nice...They just need to get things fixed and cleaned better...I would not rent from them again...

Perfect Cozy Beach Cottage

This cottage is an absolute gem ! Perfect location. Clean. Has all the amenities one needs plus many perks and bonuses. Host was super accommodating and very quick in her response. We will definitely return and I highly recommend this cottage - 10 stars all the way.

These fully updated cottages are loaded with nice “Extras”. Well stocked kitchens including spices and paper goods. Sleep Number King Bed in Master Bedroom. 2 Parking Spaces per Cottage. Washer/Dryer in unit. Dishwasher. Patio Furniture, Grill, and 11ft Umbrella on your patio. Enjoy the Hot Tub/Micro Pool...my own term for when its hot out and you turn down the temp in the hot tub to make it more comfortable, like a pool. Wonderful beach amenities, Including wagons with coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and games like Corn hole. Your own private little home by the beach. We hope you’ll join us!
