Me and my family from Germany had a great stay. Brett is a very easy host to work with. The garden with heated pool was used all the time by the whole family. We will be happy to be back!

House was perfect for our stay. Had everything we needed, a nice kitchen, the pool was great since we had our 11 month old and we enjoyed the grill. Communication with the host was clear and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was perfect! The house is very clean and had all that we needed. A very quick walk to the beach, and a few restaurants. Would stay again!

The pictures do not do the property justice. The kitchen area with all windows stepping out into the pool area and backyard was amazing. The beach was steps away from the house. The restaurants in the area were fantastic as well. We will definitely book here again.

Great location. House was beautiful. Was surprised that one bathroom was in the hall between the king room and twin room and the other was on the other side of the house in the queen room. I was expecting the king room to be the “main” bedroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Great property in a perfect location! Clean and light and well kitted out. The pool is lovely and there’s plenty of outside space to relax in. 2 min walk to a stunning white sand beach. Lots of great restaurants in easy reach - we went to Guppy’s, Crabby Bill’s and Keegan’s and all were really good. Good communication from Brett throughout, would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway for My 40th!I stayed here with my best friend to celebrate my 40th birthday, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place! We absolutely love this area—it was our second trip to IRB, but our first time staying at this cottage, and it will definitely not be our last.The house was super clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed—plenty of towels, beach chairs, even a wagon to roll everything down to the sand (just a quick 5-7-minute walk away!). The inside decor is very modern and stylish, with an open layout that made it feel spacious and inviting.The pool was a dream—private, and surrounded by lush landscaping that made it feel like our own little oasis. We walked to local restaurants, and caught the most beautiful sunsets on the beach. The neighborhood was peaceful, safe, and friendly, which made everything feel even more relaxing.This place made turning 40 feel like a dream vacation—and we’re already planning our next girls’ trip back!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The pool was absolutely gorgeous—clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. One of the things we appreciated most was how family-friendly the setup was. The kids could safely play outside while we spent quality time together or took the occasional work call from inside the house. It really allowed us to balance work and family in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and practical getaway!

We have stayed at a lot of rental houses in Florida, NC, SC, and AL. This one was our favorite. The pictures don't do it justice, we were shocked upon walking in at how much bigger the living room and kitchen were than expected. The pool and location are perfect. It is a short two blocks to the beach, you have to cross the "main road" in Indian Rocks, but there is a crosswalk with a button to signal drivers to stop and they all did immediately. The beach was perfect. It was never crowded like many that we've been to but also wasn't empty, it was exactly the number of people that I want to be around on the beach. We were only there for a few days in mid-July, but the water was the best temperature I've ever felt. And calm. There was still enough waves to feel like The Gulf. We spent more time in the Gulf here than in any other Gulf location or Ocean location because it was so amazing. I also didn't think twice about leaving my phone or other slight valuables in our camp even when all of us were in the water.This next part isn't advertised and I can see why, you don't want to guarantee these things as an owner, but as a cook and as a musician I have to mention that there is so much more there than any other place we have rented. There is a guitar there, there is an air fryer, a toaster oven, all the cooking utensils you need and my favorite, there were condiments, spices, cooking oils and cooking sprays. 10/10, we will be back.

Amazing trip

This house was in a great location. Just blocks to the beach. House and pool was clean and kitchen had your basics for cooking. Host was great with communication when we had questions. Only downside was sheer curtains in queen bedroom and by bathroom which had a waterfall glass door. Made it hard to change without a view to a window. Overall would definitely recommend this house and book here again.

This place was amazing!! It felt like home and it wasn't missing a thing for someone like me flying in from New York. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, beds were comfy, all linens and towels even for the pool which was fantastic!!! Shampoo conditioner, soap all the little things. The wagon with chairs and umbrellas were great for going to the beach and sunset was gorgeous! The location was great for walking to shops and restaurants, ice cream. Brett was responsive to every question and details which was so nice. He was even able to accommodate a late check out for a very small fee on the last day since we didn't fly out til 5. We had a family of 6 all adults and there was plenty of room. The yard was big and so pretty with palm trees and flowers, the pool with floats and then the horse show pit added bonus. Thank you for an amazing stay Brett we will definitely be back

Spacious Cottage with Amazing Pool!

I cannot say enough about this place and the owners. Would rate higher if I could. House was very spacious for our family of 4 adults and two children. Every amenity possible inside and also including lots of pool toys and beach equipment. The pool is amazing!!!! Kids didn’t want to get out. Beach is a short five minute walk. We saw a dolphin, a manatee and a stingray in the ocean from the beach and a turtle nest on the beach. Sunsets were stunningly gorgeous. Would highly recommend this house if you want a great place to stay in Indian Rock.

Great location

This house was perfect for our family of 4 grandparents. The beach is a short walk away, and there are fun little restaurants and bars also within walking distance or a quick drive down the road.

This is our 5th family reunion at this property, and it has always been perfect. The pool and backyard are designed for family fun and the perfect beach is only a short walk away ( even this 70 Nana made the walk with no stress). We highly recommend this property.

Cute stay

We loved our stay at this house in Indian rocks beach. The house was very clean and the pool area has tons of seating to relax. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. Will 100% stay here again. There was also beach wagons and bikes to use!
