Si está buscando una excelente casa familiar cerca del increíble sistema de senderos Turkey Springs con más de 30 millas de senderos para caminatas / ciclismo y el Lago Hatcher con algunas de las mejores truchas de Pagosa Springs, Pagosa Peak Retreat es el hogar para usted.

En la planta principal hay una cocina extra grande y completamente equipada que se abre al comedor y sala de estar con muebles nuevos de cuero, chimenea a gas, televisor de pantalla plana grande y mucho espacio para que todos puedan pasar el rato. La habitación es grande, con mucha luz natural y se abre a la cubierta trasera grande con parrilla de gas, mesa, sillas y maravillosas vistas del valle. Al final del pasillo se encuentra la suite principal con cama king size, TV, baño dividido y amplio vestidor. El dormitorio principal también tiene puertas corredizas de vidrio que salen a la cubierta trasera. Además, en el nivel principal hay un tocador y un lavadero con lavadora y secadora.

En la planta superior hay 2 dormitorios extra grandes, cada uno con camas queen, vestidores y comparten un baño común con lavabos separados disponibles para cada dormitorio. Ambas habitaciones tienen impresionantes vistas de las montañas, el valle y el lago Hatcher.

Esta casa está ubicada cerca de la carretera Piedra para un fácil acceso, cuenta con un amplio estacionamiento cerca de la puerta principal y estacionamiento para caravanas o remolques de juguetes en el costado.

Wonderful Mountain Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our week at Arbor Retreat! The house has wonderful views, front and back decks, and is overall comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked so we could make many home-cooked meals. We were close to hiking and fishing and close enough to town to get whatever we needed. The Hatcher Lake neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, so you can view stars perfectly at night. We’d definitely stay here again. Also, hands down amazing service by Natalee, Lori, and everyone else at VIP.

Great pet friendly home in Pagosa Springs!

We had a great stay in Pagosa Springs, our first time traveling with our pup. Plenty of room for everyone and everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked too!

Thus, we did not spend much time in the house. The time we did spend was delightful. It is a beautiful house with excellent views. Coffee and birdwatching on the back deck was a wonderful way to start each day. The house was clean, very nicely furnished and has an attractive layout. The only improvement I would suggest is putting twin beds in one of the upstairs bedrooms. This would make the house more attractive to unrelated adult guests.

Great home in quiet neighborhood

Loved the home, and the view of the mountains in the morning through the trees was amazing. Lori with VIP vacations communicated with us promptly every time we had a question, and we will be looking at pagosavacationhomes.com for our next rental when we return. Thanks for a great stay!!

Wonderful mountain neighborhood home

Feom the ease of communication with the property managers, to the view from the kitchen window, this home was exactly what we were looking for. This home made a great place to hang out and rest up and a great base camp for Jeep driving. It's a quiet neighborhood very close to turkey springs road which was our first Jeep trail of the trip. Its a little bit out of town and there were mule deer all over the roads!

Great cabin retreat

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Quiet neighborhood with great views close to town and recreational activities. We would definetely stay here again!

There were a couple of very minor issues that were quickly resolved by the managers. The internet went out, but the managers quickly brought us a hot spot to work from. This was very helpful since I had some work to finish and my cell phone company was throttling my internet speed making it difficult to get work done. My husband discovered a few dirty utensils/dishes that someone had put away before checking if they were clean, not that big of deal in the grand scheme of things. Overall, beautiful place and location, would definitely stay here again!

Not quite as advertised

The property is beautiful and accommodated our large group of 3 adults and 5 children. There is NO internet though which I would have never booked if I knew this, since I had to work. None of our calls were returned. No pillow cases but the 2 on the bed or sheets for the hide-a-bed. Coffee pot does not fit the coffee maker (too short) thus the first pot of coffee did not go well. We had a wonderful time but I had to buy internet jet pack from Verizon in town to meet my needs and again no one returned my messages.

When with fmily for a quick getaway, house was clean and very well stocked. Communication was very good prior with a concierge service for activities and rentals. The property was about 15 minutes away from the hot springs and main street. Being pet friendly there was no smell of pets when we stayed…very important, would recommend to management to add central ac, we would have paid more for that. Will probably be back to get some fishing in ….

Very quiet neighborhood, easy access to trails (you can walk to trailheads), and the house has everything you will need. Kitchen well appointed, we ate in everyday. Comfortable bed in the master suite, can't speak to the guest room beds upstairs. Be aware there is no air conditioning, I somehow missed that detail and the first couple of days it was very hot in the house from 4-8 pm. Cools off nicely at night. Love the mountains!
