Relájese y disfrute de este hermoso condominio de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños que duerme 8 y que da al río San Juan, al sur de la ciudad. Este condominio se encuentra a poca distancia del centro de la ciudad de Pagosa Springs, donde se puede ir de compras, comer y sumergirse en las famosas aguas termales, así como en los numerosos festivales maravillosos por los que se conoce esta ciudad.

Al entrar a esta casa, se sorprenderá con el plano de planta abierto, las ventanas altas, los muebles finos y todas las comodidades que su familia desearía en sus vacaciones. Las áreas de sala de estar, comedor y cocina están abiertas entre sí, con un montón de áreas de estar y comedor para todos. Disfrute de la gran pantalla de alta definición con gran sonido y chimenea en la sala de estar o camine a través de las puertas de vidrio y relájese con una bebida en la gran terraza, ase una comida a la parrilla, y mire y escuche el río y la vida silvestre a continuación. Es un lugar increíble y construir recuerdos.

En la casa, encontrará dos master suites king, cada una con un balcón privado, un dormitorio de invitados con cama grande y otra habitación con una litera con una litera de futón inferior que se pliega a una cama doble. This is the second time we have stayed as a family in this lovely home. It rained the entire time we were here. It was very comfy. The fire place was lovely.

Perfect location... walking distance to all of downtown. It was on the 3rd floor which may be an issue for some but made the view all that much better. Communication was great! Had snacks for us and refrigerator had all kinds of condiments and cupboards had some spices as well as other items. Definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!!!

This was a great condo which was actually better than the pictures. It was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. We loved spending time by the river and walking to town for shopping and coffee. We really enjoyed watching the deer everyday. Management was very responsive when we had a minor question. Loved having a garage and the interior stairs. It would have been nice to have chairs on the bedroom balconies but overall, the condo was just what we wanted. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

Everything was wonderful, the home was very comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. Great location for access to the river, close to the park for the kids to skate, ride bikes, and play. We also loved that we were able to walk and ride bikes into town and the springs! Definitely would recommend and would like to stay again in the future. Thank you

The property itself was beautiful! Probably nicer than the photos on the Vrbo ad. Huge home with plenty of room for our family of 9! Garage was awesome for storing outdoor items. Easy access to everything! Downside: broken ice maker

Great River View!

We stayed at this property for 5 days and loved it! The property is as advertised and has a great view of the river! The AC wasn’t working properly when we first arrived. I was able to contact the management & it was fixed the next morning. The place is a great location & we’d stay there again for sure!

Our vacation home

Our condo was perfect all around. It had just the right accommodations for the six of us. Each of the girls had their own bedroom. And their parents had their own bedroom in private restroom. And we, the grandparents enjoyed the master bedroom. I highly recommend This place for those who want to enjoy the Vista it provides and the Comfort of living inside.

A really nice condo

This condo served us well for a three generation family vacation. For the family members interested in skiing, it is an easy drive up the pass to Wolf Creek, and for the family members just looking to relax it is spacious, comfortable, well furnished and clean. Only a couple blocks on quiet streets connect to a lovely RiverWalk paved trail into downtown Pagosa springs for shopping and a visit to the hot springs. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

family trip

the townhouse-condo was beautiful and clean. the view was lovely. well stocked and all that. there are 3 flights of indoor stairs to get to the front door so if stairs are a concern that could be a problem. Our family is young and energetic in need of exercise so we were happy with the stairs. We would HIGHLY recommend this listing

GREAT LOCATION

DIDN'T NEED TO USE A STAIRMASTER THAT WEEK THE CONDO IS BEAUTIFUL WITH BALCONY THAT OVERLOOK THE SAN JUAN RIVER. VERY QUIET AND THE GARAGE WAS PERFECT FOR THE CAR AND STORING GEAR. THE SPACE IS VERY LARGE.WE'LL GO BACK

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There needs to be instructions for the Direct TV service, not having used this service and remote in conjunction together I had to experiment to get it to work. Also I needed to know if the TV was tied to the internet service which would have enabled me to watch streaming services I subscribe to.

Great Condo!

We were impressed with the condo and the service provided. Ashely was fantastic. She gave me great advice about activities, hot springs and restaurants which I really appreciated. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed. Being close to town was a plus. We were able to go to the Hot Springs as well as river rafting. Pagosa Springs is a great little town. I would definitely book this condo. It was the perfect place for our family.

Ashley with the Concierge has been amazing both years at helping us get groceries into the house and have surprises for our birthday guys. We love to visit this rental because it allows enough room for both of our families and still have row to spread out. The condo is always very clean and well stocked. They manage my company always answers our emails or text messages quickly. And when it snows, it is beautiful to look over the river and see the winter wonderland. Even had some deer visitors a couple of nights when we came home outside of our garage. We will continue to rent with this property as long as we return to boardski wolf Creek

Family Christmas time

We were disappointed we were on the third floor at first. But the stairs were inside so it was fine. Our older grandchildren helped with our bags. It was a fun surprise that there was a Christmas 🎄. Loved the view. And the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths made it very comfortable! We would recommend it definitely!

2023 Pagosa Birthday

Views amazing , house amazing, love the instant help with VIP services, rooms where great. A few things... The 2nd master suite had no TV or Dresser / to put books on charge our phones, had to place them on the floor. Same room had a lot of white dog hair everywhere. Main living room rug alot of white dog hair and dusty. Poor lighting in game / kidroom for the guest that stayed in there.
