We had a lovely time at tick-tock cottage. We were impressed with the small details in the cottage that made our stay comfortable, and also the relaxed and quiet atmosphere of the garden where we were able to comfortably enjoy our meals outside. The cottage is sunny and charming. Debra was very responsive to any of our questions. A fantastic stay.

We had the most wonderful month in Carmel at Tick Tock Cottage! The home is beautiful and charming and the patio is divine. We loved being able to walk to town, even though the walk back is uphill! Debra was a gracious host. A experience!

A Charming Cottage

We had a terrific stay at this charming and quaint home in Carmel by the Sea. Upon arrival, it was easy to settle in. The host truly thought of everything, and the well-stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. We had a brief power outage, and were grateful to find flashlights easily. A favorite spot was the pretty garden backyard, a wonderful place to relax and unwind.The location was fantastic for exploring Carmel. We walked to downtown in 10-15 minutes. It's worth noting the house is on a main street, so there is commuter traffic. Overall this home was the perfect base, and would stay again.

Perfect accommodations

Very well appointed home. Every room was well stocked. Beds very comfortable. We brought our f/d pillows. Lots of space comfort. Noisy during the day, but very quiet at night.Our go to home from now on.

Like home away from home

Perfect sized cottage and excellent floor plan for easy comfort up to 4 people. Very close to the downtown, hey 1, and a vigorous walk to the beach.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful 1 month stay in this cottage. Everything in the listing is accurate and it’s really a great value in Carmel. Location is on a busy road but stays quiet in the mornings and evenings.

Cozy downtown cottage

This cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to cook, go to the beach or dine in the backyard. We had a 60 day stay and loved walking to town for dinner, shopping, local events and beach. Debra is very accommodating. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this clean, comfortable darling tic-tok cottage.

The perfect cottage in Carmel

We truly enjoyed our one month stay. It was the perfect distance from the center of town to the beach. The house had everything you would need and the back patio is a gem, especially with the lemon tree! Had no issue getting in and out of the driveway. We were able to bring our dog all the way from Minnesota and we can't wait to be back again. This place is truly special and communication with Debra was super quick. We loved it!

CUTE CARMEL COTTAGE

Our month at Tick Tock cottage was wonderful! The home was just as described in the listing and was very clean. The outdoor spaces were lovely, especially the back area. Very peaceful to sit outside with morning coffee or read a book. Although the home is on a fairly busy street, we did not have any issues with traffic or noise. The property manager, Debra, was a delight to work with from beginning to end. She was always available if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend!!

Carmel cottage

This is my second visit to TikTok Cottage and I can't wait to come back. The cottage is lovely, comfortable and charming. Perfect walk to town and nearby walks and hikes. Carmel is a jewel and the cottage just a delight. The manager, Debra, is a real addition to the whole experience with attention over and above. A delight!!

Carmel cottage

We really enjoyed our stay ! It was an adorable cottage, fresh and very comfortable. Easy walk to town and the beach. Close to everything. The traffic is our biggest complaint. Even though the speed limit is 25 … I don’t think the locals know that. A thoroughfare for trucks and vehicles at all hours. The grounds were beautifully maintained by a terrific group of gardeners. Even the neighbors were a delight!

Pretty Carmel Cottage

Just spent a lovely month in Tick-Tock Cottage. This is a very well aquatinted, cute little cottage that has just about everything you will need for your stay! Great for walking into Carmel,10mins down and about 20mins back, as it is uphill. The outdoor patio is lovely and great for your dog, totally fenced in. Barbecue is an nice addition. The only negative for us was the traffic noise. Carpenter is a very busy street and you can hear the traffic/bus noise in the house and the backyard. The driveway is very narrow and we have an Escalade, so it was a tight fit. Backing the vehicle onto the street on occasion was frustrating because of the traffic.

Cozy place.

Very comfortable place. Tastefully furnished. Fully enclosed yard, perfect for our small dog. It’s location on Carpenter, a somewhat busy street during the week, at times created a little bit of noise nuisance. We were aware of this going in, and considered it a nominal issue. We really enjoyed our month at the cottage.

Amazing month in Carmel

My husband and I so enjoyed our month at this lovely cottage. Super cute, comfortable and walkable to all that Carmel has to offer. Great backyard too. We already booked again for next year!

Charming Carmel Cottage

Wonderful cottage, great located. Walking distance to the charming town, restaurants, and Carmel beach. The kitchen is well equipped and clean, beds are comfortable, the backyard is quiet and well-maintained. Debra (the property manager) was very communicative and attentive. The cottage had an ant problem when we first arrived but she took care of it immediately. The only downside is that the cottage is located on a busy street; however, it was quiet at night. So, it was not an issue for us after all. Highly recommend and wish I could stay longer.

Fairy book cottage!

Our time at Tik Tok Cottage was beyond expectations. Everything was perfect, the home, the neighborhood and especially the property manager. The location is fabulous with walking distance to the charming town, beach and hiking trails. The kitchen is totally equipped with cooking supplies and even spices. It was like someone was just waiting to share the lovely space. We were so grateful to Debra for being so attentive. Besides all that the home is just beautiful! Backyard for little dog and reading in the sun. All that and the town of Carmel!! Brilliant! I will be back!!!

Cool Carmel

Wonderful property. Walking distance to the village and the beach. 5 minute drive to shopping center and super markets. The interior is beautiful with a blue/beige/white theme. Hugh flat screen tv. The back yard should be in a magazine layout. Only down side is that the street is busy but it becomes quiet at night. I would come again.

Great month long stay!

It was the perfect space for my wife and I for 5 weeks. Everything you will need (e.g. kitchen items, blankets, etc.) for an extended stay. We also worked the entire time and the wifi was great. The individual who manages the property is also very communicative and helpful. Look forward to the next one!

Perfect four-month stay...

My daughter and son-in-law stayed in this delightful home for four months, leaving t he cold behind in Chicago with the “company working remotely” option. Highly recommend. Beautiful home. Exceptional finishes, meticulously maintained garden, excellent location with walkability to town, hiking trails, and beach. Property manager was excellent. Also quick access to CA-1 and the shops at both the DelMonte Center and The Crossroads.
