Amazing Getaway

The listing and the pictures do not do this home justice! The home, pool, outside area and everything else was amazing! We had everything we needed and more. We were even left access to use the garage, which was amazing because it was very hot outside and the car stayed nice and cool in there. There were fresh flowers, a very sweet note and chocolates, waiting for us on the counter when we arrived. Diane was even so thoughtful to buy brand new loofahs for us for each bathroom. She even furnished bottled water. We had absolutely everything that we needed to stay there for the week. The instructions were very detailed and straightforward. She even left great restaurant suggestions and the check in book. We were close to absolutely anything that we wanted to do. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. July 3rd we were able to see an amazing fireworks show from the driveway and July 4th an airshow went right over the pool area at the house. Both were great surprises! We would definitely love to stay here again when we’re back in Arizona!

Private oasis

This home was exactly what we needed for a little get away from Canada. We came for some rest and relaxation in the hot AZ Sun and that’s exactly what we got. This home was immaculate and extremely cozy. In fact The bed was so comfy I struggled to get out And make my way to the pool. Lol The pool was very private and heated which was wonderful. There were Bluetooth speakers already available For our use which was amazing. And Diane is a beauty, she available at any time for any questions we had. And just an absolute delight to deal with. We will be booking this property again and again.

Wonderful home in a fantastic location

Three of us adult couples rented this home for a long weekend while visiting some local Scottsdale friends and the home was fantastic and so was the owner Diane. Location is great as it's close to grocery, coffee and eateries as well as Kirland. We will absolutely be back for another stay.

Easy to Stay

My family found this house to be in a convenient location, very easy to navigate from with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby to meet your needs. The house is very well kept and comfortable. Dianne was prompt and accommodating when we had an issue. She went above and beyond to get it resolved. The pool and back yard is absolutely lovely.

Excellent stay

This was my second time staying at Diane's property and it was just as great as it was the first time. The house is wonderful, very clean and well stocked. We spend the majority of our time in the back around the beautiful pool and the many lounge areas. Diane is so accommodating and responsive, which makes the whole process so easy. We would love to come back again!

Wonderful House!

Our stay was wonderful. The home was furnished beautifully and exactly how it is described. There really wasn’t anything Diane didn’t think about when furnishing both the home and the backyard. In fact I have never stayed in a VRBO that was as well stocked as this one was. The backyard is beautiful. It was chilly while we were there so we didn’t swim, but did enjoy the several patios/sitting areas. She has a television outside and we enjoyed watching an NFL playoff game there. The location is great with shopping and restaurants nearby. Communication with Diane was very easy from the beginning. She responded right away if we had a question. It was great and we hope to come back….hopefully in warmer weather to use the beautiful pool. 😊

Christmas family vacation

From even before I booked, I was impressed with the prompt communication I received from the homeowner. The check in process was incredibly smooth - we were provided electronic access to the home and all the necessary information we needed for a comfortable stay was available in a well-organized binder along with the host’s contact information. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The home was beautifully furnished, appliances all worked well, and the kitchen was equipped with the necessary cooking utensils to prepare meals. I would absolutely not hesitate to rent again from this host - we had a wonderful Christmas vacation, got to enjoy numerous hikes, some horseback riding, and lots of great dining and shopping, and spend our evenings relaxing together comfortably in the home - playing some of the many board games available, swimming in the heated pool, or watching a movie out on the patio.

Wonderful house in a great location

This rental has everything you could ever want for a fantastic getaway. The house is in a convenient location to restaurants and stores. The pool was clean and a real treat against the Arizona heat. Diane thought of everything to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this property and host to anyone looking for a taste of luxury and privacy in a memorable vacation.

This is a absolutely gem of a home. Tons of room, pool, BBQ grill and close to everything.

This is one of the nicest properties that my daughter and I have stayed at. Not over priced, very comfortable, the beds were extremely comfortable and the pool was perfect. It was close to everything and in a great neighborhood. I can't wait to stay again. John Schultz

Our favorite yet!

We take an annual trip to the Scottsdale/Phoenix are in the summer. We've stayed in many VRBOs but this was the best so far! Beautifully appointed home, great location to shopping, groceries and restaurants. The backyard is an oasis with a beautiful pool and multiple sitting areas to enjoy the property. Diane was is regular communication and made everything super efficient. We travel with our adult son with special needs and he loved the pool and house as well. He wants to come back again next year...and so do we.

The Perfect Place to Stay

We have stayed at several VRBO properties but this by far was the best one! The house and yard were beautiful. The host was friendly, attentive and responsive. I was impressed with how well -stocked the host keeps the house. Every detail, no matter how large or small, was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and located near several restaurants and shops. I know we will book a visit again soon.

I’m the best VRBO ever!

My kids and I had the best time ever on our first VRBO experience! The house had everything and was even better than the pictures. Diane was amazing and was extremely helpful in all of our needs. She even grabbed a FedEx package for me that arrived early with expensive custom-made horse tack inside. I was in town for a horse show and I would come all the way back just to stay at this house again. We live in the middle of nowhere and are used to absolute quietness. Maybe a Moo here or there, so we were worried about the car noise and not being able to sleep with neighbors. You couldn’t even tell that there were neighbors. It was very quiet and private. The house was equipped with absolutely everything! They have done an outstanding job and I would give them 10 stars if I could! Best stay ever! Nikki and the kids!

A Great Place to Stay

Great property, Great service. Relaxing property

We really had a great stay, such a beautiful backyard and pool area. Home has lots of nice places for conversation and grouping. Tons of great books! We had the washing machine break, and Diane (property owner), immediately coordinated with us and new appliance installation - the next day! Great experience.

Welcome! My name is Diane and I'm originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. I relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona in 2002 and absolutely love it here! I'm currently a real estate broker so I know the area well. I chose to buy in the Kierland area because it popular, clean, beautiful and close to everything Scottsdale has to offer including; hiking, swimming, horseback riding, bicycling, golf, movies, great shopping, museums, sporting events and fine dining. The airport is also only 20 miles away!

I chose my home because it is spacious, private, quiet, backs a private greenbelt and is located in a lovely neighborhood with two nearby parks. I love the resort feel of my home and the fact that every room backs to the yard and offers multiple back patios to sit and enjoy the day. I love waking up each morning to see the sunrise and hear birds chirping. It's peaceful and restorative. I find it a wonderful place to rest, renew and relax. I hope you enjoy your stay and treat my home as your own!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Once you close the door and walk in this home, you will feel like you've been transported to an oasis. The entire home wraps around the back yard which in lined with trees for as far as the eye can see. You can see the yard from every room and there are three separate patios to sit and relax or entertain and invite friends over. The home has a bright, open, spacious feel due to the large, vaulted ceilings. I love even swims and taking long baths in the jetted master tub. In the morning, I love sitting by the window or on one of the outdoor patios and listening the morning doves sing. It is truly a special place.
