Welcome to your Scottsdale retreat!
The moment you step through the door, you’ll feel right at home in this beautifully designed single-level home. The functional floorplan features split bedrooms for privacy and multiple living areas — perfect for larger families or groups traveling together.
Entertain in style with a custom dry bar complete with wine racks and a wine-chilling fridge. The spacious master suite offers a king-sized bed, TV, and a luxurious ensuite bath, while all guest rooms feature king beds and TVs for comfort and convenience.
Cook, gather, and relax in the fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and a range hood. Enjoy meals in the formal dining area or casual eat-in kitchen space.
Step outside to a private backyard oasis surrounded by lush landscaping. Take a dip in the pool (heated in fall and winter), soak up the Arizona sun on the lounge chairs, or practice your short game on the putting green. Watch TV or unwind under the covered patio on the outdoor couches, or fire up the BBQ for a delicious meal. Additional amenities include garage access and a full laundry room — everything you need to create lasting vacation memories with family and friends.
Located in a quiet North Scottsdale neighborhood, you’re just minutes from Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, Desert Ridge, and CityNorth, as well as some of Scottsdale’s top annual events, including Barrett-Jackson and the Phoenix Open. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! We of course welcome you to come and have fun but we will not tolerate any disruptive behavior to the neighbors. Home and neighborhood must be respected at all times.
Absolutely no smoking in home. $1000 fine applies to any signs of smoking.
No pets
Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard
Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day of $350 per week. Please notify management at least 72 hours in advance for pool heating. Once you request pool heating an invoice will be sent through your booking app.
