PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING:

We supply hand towels, pillows, and all beds have comforters and bed sheets, "Bath towels, and beach towels" ARE NOT INCLUDED.

HOUSE RULES:

- Absolutely NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Only the number of guests listed on the booking are allowed. You will be asked to leave immediately with no refund for the remainder of your reservation if any violations of this rule are made.
- NO additional guests. There is a $250 fine associated per person that exceeds the occupancy limit.
- All guests on reservation must be at least 25 years of age. Age requirements do not apply to families with children.
- Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM. If a noise violation is issued you are responsible for the fine amount from the township plus an additional fine of $500.
- Reservations from accounts that have not been verified will not be considered.
- Smart TVs have access to MOST basic cable channels, limited channels available. Must sign into own TV streaming accounts.
- Rental Agreement + Security Deposit must be completed to confirm booking.
- Beach badges must be in home by check out time. They cannot be mail, shipped, returned, etc. You are responsible for them and if lost you will be charged the amount for replacement.
