Pintoresco estudio de una habitación y un baño ubicado directamente en Crystal River, a poca distancia de todo en el centro de Redstone. El establecimiento cuenta con asientos en el patio con chimenea de propano y una parrilla de carbón junto a la orilla del río. La unidad de alquiler también tiene una pequeña cocina con microondas, anafe, tostadora, cafetera, vajilla, etc. También hay servicio de lavandería disponible para la comodidad de nuestros huéspedes. Great location and value. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The view of the river is peaceful and we loved the convenience of walking to nearby shops and restaurants.

Beautiful property

The view was breathtaking. The stay was not so great. The lock was broken and the physical key was not available. We had to bring our valuables with us every where we went like passports, jewelry and cash. No AC. The house was at 104 degrees when we checked in. There is a separate building for the laundry room. You can wash your clothes but have to pay $2 to dry your clothes. Coffee maker was not heating the water. After you make a cup it had to go in the microwave to heat up. On the day of check out dishes had to be washed by hand or there would be a $35 charge. There was no dishwasher. You had to take all the towels that you used and start the wash. Beautiful view but I would not stay there again.

Hi Lubov, I’m so sorry that your stay was not perfect. I do wish that you would have communicated the information regarding the lock and the coffee maker so that we could have had maintenance immediately rectify the issue. We do keep spare coffee makers and are able to fix any lock issues as well. We also could have provided a hard copy key if preferred. All of the laundry machines used to be coin operated, and we are slowly changing them all over to standard machines that are free to use. We do currently have one dryer that is available for guest use and it is not coin operated. Due to the high cost of housekeeping, we do offer additional services like dishwashing, however, in order to keep our nightly rates reasonable, we do allow guests to choose to wash their own dishes versus being charged. We are looking into installing mini splits in these units, but typically it is only necessary for approximately 2 to 4 weeks throughout the year. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.

Prefect getaway - I'll be back!

Beautiful and scenic, the creek is right outside the patio door. Host was avaliable and friendly each time I reached out and very helpful. The bed and pillows were SO comfortable! This was a great place to stay for just myself while I skiied Snowmass.
