We really loved our stay here. The house and space were great, and it was just the right distance from the beach. Close enough to run back and forth if you forgot anything, but far enough away that it’s peaceful at night.

The stay was very good. We all had a good time at the beach and board walk. The weather was perfect except early the first day but got better as the day went on.

Grandbaby Vaca

Our stay was great, we were very close to the beach and board walk and family in local area. Our Grandkids loved it and place was very clean.

Great Stay

The stay was great! Nice place for the price! I would definitely stay again. There was some issues with the Vrbo app and the Host was very easy to get a hold of and very communicative. He worked with us so well and accommodated any needs.

Excellent Condo by the Beach

We were very happy with this place. 1.5 blocks from boardwalk and beach. Comes with pots, pans, bowls, cups, etc. Everything is in good condition. We would stay here again.

Amazing Host

We just got home from a week stay. The owner is fantastic and super communicative. Great location to be able to walk to the beach and boardwalk. Central air is definitely a plus as well. We would absolutely stay at this property again.

The space was not bad at all three good size bedroom and the living room had lots of space

Good location for beach, boardwalk, and seaside heights and seaside park Activities. It was very nice that they left us beach passes too. This house is not real fancy at all but exactly what we needed for a family getaway to the beach we had a great time.

Amazing!

Property was just as listed! Chris was super responsive and was in constant communication during the week. We had an issue with the central air, and within minutes he called and together we did some trouble shooting and got the issue resolved ASAP (there was a local power outage earlier in the day, not an issue with the unit directly). Highly recommend this location. Beautiful property and if we happen to be back out in that area, I will definitely rent this location again!

could be a good place

First the positive-the location was great-a block and a half from the beach and the boardwalk. For the price, the size of the area we rented was perfect for 7 people, 4 adults, 2 kids and 1 teenager. Now for the negative-the place was not clean. It had been vacuumed and swept, which were what was expected at check-out but I question if anything else was done. It was very dusty, not all the dishes felt clean and many of the cabinets were in disarray. We dusted as soon as we got there. With a little more attention and cleaning, this could be a great beach rental.

Thanks for making a super fun weekend possible!

It was perfect for 3 special friends having a farewell to summer weekend at our happy place 😀. The proximity of the house to the beach, 7-eleven, and the boardwalk was perfect and each of us having our own bedroom was awesome! The house had everything that we needed and thank you Chris for leaving the AC units in, the weather was gorgeous and the weekend was everything we had hoped it would be!

Filthy, but upstanding host

The apartment was filthy. The only clean thing was the bathroom. The beds were made, but many items had rips. There was a thick layer of dust on baseboards and AC units. The floors weren’t vacuumed. The kitchen floor was dirty. Seating surfaces had hair and dust on them. My family and I refused to stay there. Chris, the host, refunded my money immediately.

Affordable Beach house - Memorable grad gift!

We were looking for an affordable house to bring our daughter and a couple of friends down to the shore as her High School graduation gift. This was perfect!!! Unfortunately, it cost us an extra $500 because our car broke down. We remained grateful as it happened right after we arrived and parked. We found a auto place Pro-Cat (right over the bridge), had it towed to them Friday and were able to pick it up Saturday late morning! This caused a little misunderstanding for a moment as we had 3 cars on the property (only 2 allowed). It was only till we figured how to pay to park on the street. FYI-You get the spot # & walk down to the corner where there’s a payment machine. Note:If paying cash the machine does not give change!😁. By the time Chris called me, we had already figured it out and all was well. The only downside was the shower was moldy, but there were plenty of cleaning chemicals & 2 moms who cleaned it out. One of the plus sides is there was non stop hot water! It never ran out even after 8 showers! All in all it was exactly what we were looking for and would definitely stay again. Chris is awesome! Thanks Chris for helping make our daughter’s graduation gift memorable!
