¡TENGA EN CUENTA! A PARTIR DEL 15/09/2019 HASTA LA APLICACIÓN 15/11/2019 habrá ruido de la construcción cerca de la propiedad a medida que se restauran las pasarelas en el complejo.

Este condominio frente al mar en la planta baja es un pedazo de cielo. Sal por la puerta de atrás al hermoso océano Atlántico. A unos 50 minutos de Disney, Universal Studios y Sea World. A 10 minutos de Puerto Cañaveral y todas las principales líneas de cruceros. El hogar del Centro Espacial Kennedy ve y SIENTE el lanzamiento del cohete desde tu balcón.

Playa familiar, no se permiten autos, área activa de anidación de tortugas marinas. Mucha arena para enterrar a papá y mucha tranquilidad para que mamá se tome un descanso y se relaje. Trota por la mañana y da un paseo romántico al atardecer. Mucha pesca desde la orilla o hacer una excursión de pesca en alta mar desde el puerto. Salga del océano a la piscina de agua dulce con salones de persecución para tomar el sol, tumbonas para descansar y mesas para pasar el rato.

Convenientes minutos de compras desde su puerta de entrada y muchos restaurantes, desde comida rápida hasta cocina de alta costura. Compras también cerca.

Perfect location! We were able to walk to several restaurants. That condo was very well stocked. Beach was great and so was the pool. We will be back!

As always, the condo was excellent. We had everything we needed there. I have been coming to this condo for 10 years and it has never disappointed me. The owner, Rex is readily available and very helpful. In close proximity is a ton of places. To the restaurant Whisk and Grind right in front, to the liquor store right across the street. Slow and Low BBQ is walkable and I recommend sitting outside and enjoying the breezes while drinking your margaritas and eating your slow cooked ribs. A good time all around!!

Great view of ocean directly in front of this wonderful 1st floor condo. Close to restraunts many restraunts, grocery stores, souvenir shopping and Port Canaveral. Great view from condo patio of the Artemis II launch.

Rex was a great host. The Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The weather was beautiful, and the walk down to the beach was in “our backyard”. I will be staying here again.

Property was accurately described. Great location with super easy beach access- can see rocket launch site from the beach. Would definitely rent this property again!

Rex’s condo is the perfect location for a beach getaway. We appreciated that there were chairs and umbrellas in the condo so we didn’t have to bring them. Great stay!

New Favorite Vacation Spot

This was such a great place that was fully stocked and in a perfect location. Host was quick to respond and even let us know that a launch was happening while we were there. We will absolutely be back!!!

We certainly enjoyed our stay at Rex's condo.The instructions from the host regarding entering and using the property were welcomed and very clear, both in email received and printed instructions inside the unit on the counter. The host's telephone number is provided in case one has to contact him and he is easy to contact.There is ample outside parking near the condo entrance door, and our host also offered enclosed garage parking.Kitchen is very well equipped. There is both a filter type coffee maker and a Keurig. The condo unit is large, clean, comfortable, and has ample beach equipment including an umbrella with sand auger.. The main bedroom which we used is comfortable with good storage.The beach and pool are just a few minute's walk from the condo. The nearby pool is clean and heated. Unfortunately, there is only one base receiver in the four pool corner tables for an umbrella that you bring and is provided by the host, so one can be exposed to the sun if using the pool area.In the condo, he patio door to the outside where the table and chairs is heavy to move as it is a hurricane force resistant door. I lubricated the track and that helped somewhat. Love bugs in the patio are prevalent in May, but I sprayed the outside patio area and that made a large difference. During the week the maintenance person vacuumed up all the dead bugs in the patio.There is a track for but no outside patio screen door. So the cooling/heating system cycles on and off. It wo
