Great time

Check in was extremely easy and the two problems we had were taken care of in a timely manner. Condo and facilitys were as advertised. We would definitely go back.

Great place!

This was a great location! Right on the beach and close to the pier and attractions. We also were able to see a space shuttle communication take off from the Kennedy Space Center from the rooftop platform. We would definitely stay again!!

Such a wonderful place. The owners are quick in responding to questions and the location is perfect. Everything you need for a great falsify vacation. We lived it so much we booked for 2 weeks next year!

Our stay was amazing! The beach just steps away the staff were friendly. Zareh was so very helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely stay again, the added bonus was the rooftop and watching the rockets launch.

This property was so convenient when traveling with kids. Located on ground level literally steps from the pool and beach. Very nice inside the condo and our Host was very accommodating. We differently would stay again

Blast Off To A Great Getaway

This place was close to perfect. Location, parking, view and property were all fantastic. From check in to check out I was so impressed with the property manager, who made sure everything was going well. Everything you need for the beach is available in the condo.The only issue I came across was that it accommodates comfortably 5 not 6 people, the sofa was not a pullout. However, it all worked out! Highly recommend and I look forward to making future reservations. Kennedy Space Center is close and should there be a launch during your visit. Like us, just walk out to the beach Amazing!!

We loved this place and plan to return. We could hear the ocean as we were just a short walk away from the beach. Clean place and comfortable beds and everything needed to bring to the beach including a large cooler. We didn’t use the pool a few steps away as we were on ground level but it was well cared for and clean in and all around. Communication was great! Instructions very clear.My only suggestion to make it perfect would be to switch the sofa to a vinyl covered one instead of the fabric cover and new cushions. Not a deal breaker for sure though.

Well located, near the beach and very close to the pool!

Very clean, amenities appropriate. The only thing that would have be replaced is the couch, not very comfortable...but over all very nice. We will certainly go back! Thanks to Jareh for his quick replies!

Coco Beach Stay

Our 3 night stay here was perfect The condo is beautiful. Even nicer than pictured. Very convenient to walk straight out the patio door to the pool and the beautiful beach. Very close to the pier. Everything is in walking distance. Supermarkets etc. The rooftop provides a beautiful view. Probably the nicest place to stay on coco beach. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

A very nice place I would recommend it to family and friends

Comments cracks above the sliding doors going out to the pool need some partying slide need a screen so you can enjoy the breeze from the ocean need screens on the back bedroom window may be an update on the washer and dryer and the front door needs to be fixed or someone tried to kick it in besides that I'll give you a five star rating

Beautiful location with great beaches and restaurants within walking/biking distance- we had a wonderful time at your location. property manager was very responsive to any questions... the only critique would be that the property needs a little TLC-master bathroom redo and a little paint would do wonders....thanks for a great time! we look forward to returning.

Just as it appears in VRBO, not disappointed.

Functioned very well. Especially liked ground floor location giving ez access to car, pool and beach. If you're a "pillow person" as we both are bring one of your own. These are at the lowest end of comfort/quality. Everything else was excellent. Would definitely rent here again. Rental agents were extremely amiable and available.

Nice condo

The condo had everything we needed. With the pool right outside our sliding glass doors our patio was also enclosed which was perfect for our two small dogs. We just added a gate. The 2 problems we encountered were fixed quickly. The couch was not comfortable and the bed was not great. All in all we very much enjoyed ourselves. Great location.

Summer vacay 2022

We enjoyed our stay and the fact they had the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and cooler we could use. The rooftop is great since this unit is on first floor and you can’t see ocean from this unit. Great place to watch sunset, can’t watch sunrise since it’s not open before 7 a.m., but can go to beach to watch it. I would suggest a more thorough cleaning and replacing the curtains at the sliding doors. Definitely a great location having the pier right next door.

Our little Birthday Beach location

We celebrate our Twins Birthday and Mine in September so instead of gifts we go on a trip and this unit is the perfect place for this! We love the cleanliness and amazing family atmosphere it holds. It has all the amenities of home but better because it's on the beach! The beach is beautiful and we love it is.one of the only places with a rooftop patio for prime viewing of rocket launches! The unit itself and staff are amazing! So much so we booked this exact room for next September before even leaving! We had stayed in a unit on the 3rd floor the year before which was nice but this is a fantastic unit for families, we fell in love having the pool out the sliding glass door and access to the beach in seconds. This will be our family celebration spot for years to come.

Well taken care of!

This place worked well for our family of 4. We were so close to the pool that when babies napped we didn’t feel like we were in a cave somewhere far. We enjoyed the ease of access to the pool & beach and appreciated being just an hour from Disney. I brought along a little rug that we used by the patio door so our soggy 2 year old didn’t leave a trail. Towels were great quality and the chairs and umbrella to use were perfect! Some features were a little weathered but it’s been taken care of and furnished nicely. I appreciated that there weren’t tons of breakable decorative things that we had to baby proof. We will definitely save this information to return some day.

Great place!

Pool heater wasn't working for 2 days then it was wonderful. Great place to stay but it is quite a few steps from the ocean , maybe a block and a half. Couldn't hear the ocean at night, unless I opened sliding glass doors; but they had no screens. Kitchen is very stocked. Ice maker in Freezer excellent addition. Mattresses were very hard in 2nd bedroom, so my son slept on the couch. Worked out fine. The rooftop view is fantastic, we ever saw a small shuttle take off on night. I am 65 and have a hip that bothers me. Perfect for young families.

Love it oversell

We loved staying at Chateau by the Sea. We brought our dogs and picked the perfect room right by the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful anytime we talked with them. My only complaint is that they requested we take our dogs to do their business in a grassy area outside the gate of the complex. That was no problem, except that they hadn’t mowed that area of grass all week long. I’ve got little dogs and the grass was taller than my dogs in sone spots. I did leave a message on Zareh’s voicemail and never heard anything back and it was never mowers while we were there. They actually had mowers come and mow all around the property but never touched that area. I was disappointed with this but it won’t deter me from booking again!
