Nuevo listado por propietario actual, 12 de junio de 2019! Decidí tomar el control de algunos vacíos de reserva de mi mgt co soltando la pelota. ¡Grandes ofertas en una gran casa para las pocas semanas restantes del verano, además de semanas de otoño rentables también! Feliz de ayudarte a encontrar el lugar perfecto .... Yo tengo varios de esos... :-)

Eje de playa: ubicación perfecta! ¡Gran lugar!

Cerca de todo, especialmente de la playa! Justo enfrente de Waves Grocery, heladería, marisquería y Beach Kitchen Bar and Grill. ¿Qué más se puede pedir? Ubicación. Ubicación. ¡Ubicación!

Además, este es uno de los lugares favoritos de mis invitados. Un montón de visitantes que repiten cada año! Gran precio para un dúplex frente a la playa renovado recientemente completado. JUSTO EN LA PLAYA. Beach Axis está completamente amueblado y decorado profesionalmente. Cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas y microondas.

Amazing!

Wonderful Experience at Beach Axis East

My family vacationed in Gulf Shores at Beach Axis East. The home was even better than the pictures. It was just a short stroll to the beach, pool, and restaurants across the street. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect set up!

4 couples, and two brothers. This house was perfect for all of us! The store and restaurant across the road are convenient and delicious! The house is great, every bed was comfortable. The easy beach access and pool are so nice!

Great place!!!

The place is great. The beds were comfy, your outdoor furniture was awesome. It had everything we needed. That pool was perfect. There was a leak in the second floor door, but we reported that and they came and fixed it! It was actually from the upstairs door.

My Parents 40th Wedding Anniversary!

Thanks so much for checking in! It was WONDERFUL! We loved how close it was to the beach and we got ice cream every night across the street. The anniversary celebration was amazing! We were concerned about the neighbors but we never heard them. We are looking at booking next year with even more family as the neighbors. Would be so fun! Great place! We enjoyed it so much! Wonderful

Our trip was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay in your home. Loved being right on the beach. We loved the location so much, including being so close to The Beach House, S & S Seafood & the ice cream shop right across the street. The management company never came back to fix the towel rack but that was my bad for sending them away in the first place. Also, I noticed the mirror in the top floor master is only staying up by leaning against the lights. I looked behind the mirror and noticed that the nail was out of the wall. Thank you!

We still LOVE Beach Axis. Its out third trip! My kids thought it was the BEST summer vacay yet! Rick is always very easy to work with and responsive, and Haleigh was so sweet. We already booked a return trip! The countdown begins!

It was a great week!!

The property is in a great location right on the beach! The view is perfect and the amenities were on point. It could use a little more attention to detail in the cleanliness category. There was evidence of previous renters left in various places and dusting was overlooked in main areas. The 3rd floor does have a musty smell, which I think I read in a review previously. I am pretty particular, but I would still stay at this location again as the mentioned items were minor. The duplex style house sleeps 16 comfortably and the pool is nice and private. The owners even had delicious chocolates delivered to say "thank you" for renting their property. It was a great week!!

Overall 18 of us enjoyed our stay. Info prior to arrival was great. We needed door and wall hooks for wet towels and a broom/dust pan to sweep up sand. Third floor was extremely damp. Carpet felt wet. Pool and beach access was great!

Everything was wonderful as always! You all are always very accommodating and informative on getting us any information we need. We really do enjoy staying at your houses. The house was great and had plenty of room for all of us. The location was perfect. No complaints here! And thank you for the cheesecake. It was delicious. I was lucky enough to get a piece of it as it was gone within a few hours! You'll be hearing from us in the future as we love the area and staying with you guys!

We took ownership and completely redid this home with an updated vibe. Check out the red cabinets! Nice location. Style. Look at the deck view. You so want to be there!
