¡Este hermoso dúplex está ubicado directamente en la playa del Golfo! ¡Abre las puertas traseras y disfruta del sol, el surf y la arena!

Actualmente ejecuta "¡Rellena los huecos!" ¡20-25% de descuento en las semanas restantes ahora hasta el invierno! Consíguelos mientras duren. ADICIONALMENTE: para estancias de una semana completa, el precio es de 7 noches por el precio de 6!

Los precios en VRBO ya tienen en cuenta los descuentos.

Este listado es para UN lado, pero tengo los dos, así que si necesitas más espacio, ¡podrás duplicar tu diversión! Solo pregunte y puedo verificar si ambos lados están disponibles (¡10BR! Dormir hasta 32). Hay puertas de conexión en el nivel principal.

Cada lado tiene 5 habitaciones. Las habitaciones son (1) King, (2) King, (3) King, (4) King, (5) 2 literas triples (individuales sobre dobles). Hay un sofá cama en el bono y salas de estar para más espacio en la cama en caso de que su familia numerosa o reunión lo necesite.

Cada lado tiene dos, sí dos, dormitorios principales, uno en el piso principal y el otro y el tercero, cada uno con una bañera de hidromasaje con ducha separada.

El Sundancer incluye múltiples televisores, reproductores de DVD, cable, internet, teléfono con larga distancia doméstica gratuita, dos refrigeradores en la cocina grande y bien diseñada, y terrazas en muchas de las habitaciones.

Una piscina privada, compartida solo por los dos lados del dúplex, frente a la hermosa vista de la playa del Golfo que lo invita a disfrutar de un pequeño descanso junto a la piscina con el sonido del oleaje rompiendo en las arenas blancas.

¿Un grupo realmente grande? Soy dueño de 4 dúplex uno al lado del otro. ¡Puede manejar casi cualquier tamaño de grupo!

👍👍👍. Thanks Gwen! Glad Sundancer was PERFECT for you all. Bummed to lose a star for some reason even though it was "perfect"... so I reached out. You said it was because it did not have a stand alone ice maker like the last home of mine you stayed in. Of course it, and most places, don't list that as an amenity.... Always happy to take requests, but... losing a star for something we don't offer... is super disappointing as it docks us for something we don't list as an amenity! 😔 Just my $.02 but I would suggest searching for the amenities you want, and not penalizing owners and homes for wish list items that they specifically don't offer in a place since it hurts the listing and is, IMHO, a bit unfair, especially when the home was 'perfect for our families.' 😉 Let's get you back, and find one that does have an ice maker next time! Thanks again! 🙏

Great location for restaurants and excellent location right on the beach. The ocean view from our house was exactly what we wanted to see every time we looked out a window.

Location of the house is perfect! The pool between the gulf and the house allows you to see pool from deck(s) as well as the Gulf. Several days with dolphins close to shore! The furniture in living and dining room (particularly couch and dining room chairs) could use some updates but also understandable with this being a beach house. The furniture isn't terrible by any means! We enjoy it or stay so much!

This was a family vacation. Manager was prompt for fixing the light situation in the bathrooms but we never did get the slider on the top floor fixed. Three floors to get to the master with belongings would be tough for an elderly person. The pool and the pool furniture were very nice. But some of the interior could use some attention.

I understand there was a breaker type issue and it was resolved pretty quickly. The sliders sometimes get to the point where we need professionals. The twists and turns of storms and these homes on "stilts" really messes with them. Its been fixed, along with a stool that we found in the living room. Everything else seemed shipshape, but would love to hear more if you have suggestions! Also glad to hear you'll be returning to us next year! Reach out if you need anything at all! Rick

Beach Vacation 2025

Location Location Location!!!! This property is close to everything! The store and restaurant across the street were so convenient My family had a great time staying at Sundancer! The house could use a little updating and TLC, but overall, our vacation was relaxing & enjoyable. The house was clean and easily accessible. We shared the Duplex with a great family and enjoyed the afternoons in the refreshing pool.
