Sun-N-Sands is a 9 bedroom/9 bathroom, direct beachfront home, located 5 miles down West Beach Blvd. This home offers a private pool, is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs (additional fees apply) and can sleep up to 26 people. The multi-level home provides amazing views of the Gulf from any of the 3 balconies and over 6000 sq. ft. of living space. Sun-N-Sands is a fabulous home for a reunion, a multi-family vacation, or a group retreat, book your stay today!

About Sun N Sands

Located in the family-friendly West Beach area of Gulf Shores, Sun N Sands is a four level  home designed to accommodate large groups! Sun N Sands sits directly on the beach, allows up to 2 pets and has a private pool for lots of family fun. The first floor is where guests will enter the home and find the stairs and elevator that lead up to the other floors. The second floor features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 1 of the home's living areas. The living area has fantastic Gulf views. Guests can access 1 of the 3 balconies from here and also the stairs that lead down to the beach walk-over and pool. There is also a dining table on the second floor, perfect for puzzles, playing cards and family game night!
On the third floor are 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and another balcony. The largest living and dining areas are found here as well as the kitchen. There is a separate wet-bar that features an icemaker and an extra large laundry room with a laundry sink.
Heading up to the fourth floor are 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a utility room with sink and a second refrigerator. The 4th floor living area features 2 sleeper sofas, TV, dining/games table and access to the top balcony. 

Sun N Sands spans three stories with beachfront balconies on each floor, a private pool and an elevator for easy access (only to 3rd floor). Great communication with Harris property. Loved the location and views. We used Walmart plus having lots of food and beverages delivered every day.

House was amazing at a wonderful location. Kids loved it due to beach access and pool.We all just felt there could’ve been little more utensils. Wine opener was broken, so we had to buy one. We would love to visit this place again.

The location was great, convenient to all the major attractions, lovely view and very quiet beach. The house itself was a disappointment. The furniture is very beat up and dated, the walls and interior stairs are caked with grime and desperately need a good cleaning/painting. The integrity of the exterior stairs and railings is questionable. Most of the sliding exterior doors are extremely hard to close. The linens and dishes were clean. The couches were not comfortable at all and feel very worn out.

Awesome Beach house, steps to the ocean!

Great size house for our large family. Only had a few minor issues, but the Harris properties team took care of them right away! This is a great house and even better location!

Love the location and privacy! Perfect lay out for our different families. Lots of room! Love bathrooms in all bedrooms! The house was somewhat dated and could use some upgrades! Had problem with air in one room and maintenance worker came promptly. Very cordial but was unable to fix the problem. There were some issues that needed to be addressed. Number one was the faulty electrical outlets! Very loose. Several fell off and one wouldn’t work at all! All in all we enjoyed our stay! Great communication with owners. We stayed here in 2023 and there was much improvement from then. We just really like the space and rooms!

Every couple of years about 20 family members from all over the country choose a place to visit this year it was gulf shores Everyone had a great time. The house does need a very much needed update. The furniture was worn, the mattresses were uncomfortable, the flooring was not patched well, definitely could use a painting

Large group friendly

We'll furnished, equipped, clean.old furniture. Elevator, chairs, kitchen plugs broken. Pool, deck, location nice Roof leaks badly.

Great location poorly stocked and bad appliances

The house was very beat up furniture and the appliances all were in poor working order. Maintenance was called and they came out but could not fix the issues. The kitchen had very little to none dishes and cookware. We had to go purchase paper plates and forks, spoons to accommodate the number in the house. For the pice d the number this house sleeps the supplies provided was very small. The house needs to be restocked and taken a little better care of.

Good space

The number of rooms was great for our family. The large size of dining tables was a plus. BUT too few chairs and the upholstered cushions were terrible, should have been redone years ago! The furniture in the 3rd floor living room needs to be cleaned. I was able to wash the slip cover of 1 chair which gave me a safe place to sit. The kitchen only has 1 refrigerator and only 1 dishwasher. the stove has only 4 burners. The laundry spce was almost a large as a bedroom, but only 1 washer and dryer! for a house as large as this, more appliances are needed. We did enjoy the large pool. And of course the Gulf is wonderful.

Needs upgrades

I will start by saying when we arrived it was such a disappointment. We could not get in because the code wouldn't work. When we did get in with a new code, one of the bathroom sinks was stopped up, the sofa bed on the 3rd floor was filthy, water was linking in one of the bathrooms so bad that we had to put towels on the floor, mattress pad on one room was dirty, etc. Beautiful on the outside and, great beach location but the house was a disappointment to us. We drove 10 hours!!!!!!!

Gulf Shores Family Vacation

Our family stayed in this unit over the holiday. There were three families in total and 13 adults/children aged 16 and older. The layout of the unit and location on the beach were great, and there was more than enough space for everyone to gather together or stay to themselves. We did run into a few issues within the unit (dryer and ice maker did not work upon arrival and bathroom electrical outlets went out a few days into our stay); however, the property manager was very responsive, communicated with us regarding our concerns and seemed genuinely invested in ensuring we enjoyed our stay. Maintenance replaced the dryer and got the outlets working, but I am not sure about the ice maker as it rarely made ice. We would definitely stay here again but do feel there should be some upgrades made to the unit. Several pieces of furniture should be replaced (cushions in dining room chairs were sagging or wobbly to sit in, side rails of beds fell off repeatedly in more than one bedroom and one chair even broke) and the walls could definitely use some paint or touch up in areas (graffiti on the laundry room wall and areas where there were holes on walls or ceilings that could have been patched up). We would also recommend adding a few chairs to the lower patio deck. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and enjoyed our stay.

5 stars is not enough!

I cannot say enough about how great the Harris Vacation team was. The house was everything and more that a family of 26 needed. Besides being right on the beach the house was huge. Each level had not only a living space with ample sitting area but there was also large open areas which were great for the little ones to play in. As for the Harris Team they responded quickly to our needs. We could not get the elevator to work and within an hour or two there was a person to get it worked on. Also, one of the living room tv"s stopped working. A worker came out that day and determined it could not be fixed. They brought a new one the next day. I was pleasantly surprised at the well stocked kitchen as far as plates, glasses, pans, etc. I think I counted 4 coffee pots. Oh and 2 refrigerators. They have a separate ice maker but that was not the best. Lastly, I have rented many vacation homes and this by far was the easiest cleanup. I have spent hours in other homes doing as the contract states. This house you emptied all the garbage and put your dirty towels in your bathtub or shower. EASY. So, thank you for that!! I would love it if Harris Vacation rentals were world wide! To Harris Vacation...THANK YOU!
