Esta unidad recién remodelada está ubicada en el sexto piso y cuenta con una hermosa cocina con encimeras de granito, gabinetes oscuros y una superficie de cocción suave. El dormitorio principal es un oasis luminoso con una cama tamaño queen y un magnífico baño con una amplia ducha. El dormitorio de invitados también tiene una cama de matrimonio y en el salón hay un sofá cama. Hay un montón de espacio para extenderse y puede acomodar a un grupo de hasta 6 personas.

Anniversary Get Away

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was great! We’ve stayed at Aransas Princess since 2022 and had a great time. So glad to see the boardwalk completion to date and open up!! Condo very nicely decorated and very comfortable. I strained my leg during visit so spent more time In Cindi than planned but it was simply comforting and enjoyed the wonderful view from balcony.

Beautiful Condo in a wonderful location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 602 was a beautifully updated condo with comfortable furniture, and tasteful decorations. We have stayed at this complex three times and the view from this unit was the best! Port A is an amazing place and this complex is in a great location. Note: Our reservation was directly through the Aransas Princess management company which was great. A little concerned about using the new management company, Silver Sands, due to some of the excessive reservation penalties that have been added. May be our last stay at this property.

Reviewer Comments: We were excited when we got there because the place looked nice but there were several things that troubled us that took away from our pleasure and relaxation:1) The fridge did not cool till end of day causing much of our food to spoil. 2) The entry door was very difficult to lock. It took multiple attempts to lock the door each time before it would lock. One had to giggle the handle a lot before it would lock from the inside. From the outside it would take numerous attempts to try to get the key to engage locking. Also, it needs a deadbolt or a chain door lock to prevent a child from opening door at night and wandering off. 3) The water in the main bathroom shower stunk like sulphur, was awful. 4) The worst part was the noise from the drilling that occurred for all the days we were there just outside the entry door. The rails were being installed and the workmen were noisy themselves with music and chatter that woke me up each morning, then the drilling persisted all day giving us a headache. It was so loud. 5) The TV was hard to figure out and the DVD player did not work. So, all in all we had a very frustrating stay at the Aransas Princess and felt we did not get any value for our stay because the experience was so torturous. After the discount we wound up paying about $800 for the two night stay after a discount was granted. We could have been in a peaceful and trouble free place very easily for such a high price. We could not enjoy the views or walking on the side where there were no rails because they had temporary structures right outside the entry door ..all the way. We had to park the luggage cart far away.

Right on the beach

Great property that is about a 100 yard walk to the beach via the property's boardwalk, or very short drive on a cart. Unit had everything we needed, including both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker (not mentioned in listing). The view from the balcony is fantastic, and it's great having the choice of two different pools (one has a hot tub). We were able to sit on the balcony with a drink and watch our older kids down at the pool directly below, or just enjoy coffee in the morning and watch the waves. One warning, there are no communal grills to be used anywhere on the property, and they are not allowed. You'll have to do your grilling down on the beach. The unit is a bit dated with the painted interior brick walls, but the kitchen has been redone nicely as well as the master bathroom. The blinds along the balcony wall can be a bit tricky. They like to get caught up on the floor mat, and occasionally fall off when opened or closed. It can be tough to keep the sun from shine through in the mornings, and would be my one recommendation for an upgrade. We loved our spot on the beach, and while it is down at the very end of 11th street, we enjoyed the ride into town on our cart in the evenings. Overall I would definitely recommend. It was a great trip enjoyed by all.

CONDO 602 NEEDS ATTENTION!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice condo (clean); however, a lot of items needed to be fixed. Blinds in the Master Bedroom wouldn't close; light over the sink didn't work; leak in bathroom (Master Bedroom); sliding door to patio would not lock; router for internet not plugged in for WiFi; remote control for TV needed batteries, etc. All of these items should have been fixed and checked before we entered the condo. The management was courteous and efficient while we were there but when you're on vacation one shouldn't have to contact the office every day.
