¡Este amplio y luminoso apartamento de 1 habitación es la escapada perfecta a la playa que has estado buscando! Al alquilar como un dormitorio durante todo el verano, este condominio tiene capacidad para 4 personas y cuenta con baldosas de cerámica en toda la unidad. El amplio salón tiene un sofá cama queen size y el dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size.

Esta es nuestra única unidad de 1 habitación disponible durante el verano, por lo que se alquila rápidamente, no espere, ¡reserve ahora!

Esta propiedad es parte del programa de alquiler de Aransas Princess Resort.
Las tarifas para esta propiedad son establecidas por la Asociación de Propietarios y no son negociables. La administración en el lugar y el personal de recepción las 24 horas están disponibles para atender sus necesidades de alquiler.

Se requiere una estadía mínima de 3 noches para las vacaciones durante el verano, incluidos los fines de semana del Día de los Caídos, el 4 de julio y el Día del Trabajo.

Staff wore masks and there were bottles of hand sanitizer readily Available. View was lovely and furniture, bed very comfortable. We would very much like to stay there again.

Whooping Cranes, Roseate Spoonbills, Great Blue Herons..and many more. A nature wonderland. On the beach: beautiful shells and whole sand dollars..only 50 cents.

Great Place but construction was loud above us

Reviewer Comments: We liked our room very much. It had been remodeled it appears. Our only issue was that on our second day, there was construction going on above us and they were hammer drilling into the floor. It was so loud you could not hear the tv. We brought it to the attention of management and they said they would check on it but it continued till 5:00. The front desk said that there was no work going on above us but they did not come to our unit to determine if it was. We realize that work must be done but when it disturbs a guest, it could be put off till the guest is gone.

Otherwise, everything worked. Got extra trash bags, paper towels, etc. No problem. Used washer/dryer. Worked great. Lots of time in pool/pool area. Kids had tons of fun. Will probably do it again next summer.

Beautiful condo! Had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay in this condo. The only negative is the sketchy WiFi. We were provided with a WiFi password at check in which was discovered to be incorrect. We discovered the correct password on a note in the condo the following morning. Honestly, the connection was so spotty it wasn’t worth using. Other than that, this place is a gem!
