The Space:

Soft morning light fills the open living area as you settle in, inviting you to unwind after a day of Orlando’s attractions. The gentle hum of the private pool blends with the distant laughter from the community water park, creating a calm backdrop for family fun or quiet relaxation. Evenings drift naturally here, offering space to reconnect around the dining table or on the patio under the Florida sky.



Sleeping arrangements

- Five bedrooms across two levels accommodate up to 11 guests.

- Downstairs: one bedroom with a Queen bed; another bedroom with two Twin beds and a Full bed arranged in a bunk‑style layout.

- Upstairs: one bedroom with a King bed; a bunk‑style room with four Twin beds; and a separate bedroom with a Queen bed.

- Four bathrooms are spread throughout the home for easy access.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities.



Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.

ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in FL. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.



Play a round of golf or revel in fine-dining at a top-rated restaurant. Regardless of your interests, The Retreat at ChampionsGate promises endless enjoyment for everyone in your family.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

This is a beautiful condo that is much larger than it appears in photos. It was very clean and the attention to detail with the decorations was impressive. The beds were SO comfortable. We were a bit bummed we couldn’t use the pool due to an issue with a broken light but the owner was responsive. We would have liked to be refunded for the broken pool as that was the reason we booked this specific condo but perhaps that can still be resolved. This is a lovely condo and they have done a great job making it cozy for guests.
