We had a great stay in Nantucket. The host was extremely attentive and well organized, checking in frequently and making sure everything went smoothly. The house was exactly as shown on VRBO, very clean, comfortable and spacious enough for our group. The location was also ideal and centrally located, which made getting around easy. Overall, a great experience and we would absolutely stay here again.

This home was spacious yet comfortable and beautifully made. So many thoughtful and well designed details from the amazing kitchen that was well stocked with gadgets, appliances and cutlery to the oasis of a back yard and grill was much enjoyed and appreciated! Location was quiet with good parking available in driveway. The hot water never ran low either which was impressive for how many of us were taking showers back to back, random mention but it was very much appreciated! Steven the host could not have been better, he was so helpful and very quick to respond to questions. This home is well stocked for a comfortable get away and I highly recommend

This stunning, comfortable, and well equipped home has everything you'll need to feel at home while on Nantucket. The backyard and patio were a real treat! Hosts are very helpful and responsive. Location is excellent. It was a perfect place to be for my daughter's wedding weekend!

We had an amazing time! Steve was super responsive and extremely helpful!Plenty of beach chairs and towels!You can't beat the location and access to the bike trails.The grill was huge, enjoyed all of the games in the backyard and we loved the SONOS sound system!Thank you so much!

Our stay at this beautiful home was perfect. The house had everything you need to feel as comfortable as being in your own home. We had 3 couples, so 6 of us each enjoying a king size bed and our own bathrooms. The house is clean and decorated bright and beach. Everything was easy to get to in town including shopping, groceries and beaches. Our host Steve was friendly and accommodating and made our stay that much more enjoyable. We will definitely be back again and look forward to staying here again!

Family vacation

A wonderful week in Nantucket. House had everything including a backyard with cornhole, ping pong, fire pit. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was available for any need. Highly recommend this 5 bedroom home.

We loved this house! It was perfect for our needs. Spacious, clean, beautiful backyard and patio area. And great location as well--super close (3min) from the airport and 10min from the town. Steve is a wonderful host as well. Very responsive and made sure that any issues or questions I had were promptly addressed. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

House is beautiful and as described. Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown. Had everything we needed for a relaxing beach day. We had a few maintenance issues that were addressed right away! Host contacted great communication and was very helpful.

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing first trip to Nantucket and the house was perfect! We had 10 of us staying together, the house was clean, spacious and comfortable for our needs. We enjoyed cooking dinners in the large kitchen, playing ping pong and cornhole in the beautiful backyard and made use of the bikes. The location cannot be beat, easy to get to the beach, playgrounds and town. Thank you for a great trip!

Beautiful home!

We had an amazing family Thanksgiving! Very comfortable and spacious for the 6 of us. Nice to have a master suite downstairs for my elderly parents. And another master suite upstairs for us.The house was impeccably clean with all the amenities we needed. The outdoor space was fantastic. We had fun playing ping pong and corn hole and sitting by the gas fire pit. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our holiday! Thank you Steve!

Amazing house. Better host.

Steve’s property certainly lived up to the hype. Location is great, quiet, and a perfect distance from town and also a local park for kids. Short drive from Nobadeer beach. House having 5 bedrooms all of which have a king or queen size bed was also fantastic. Steve was easily the best host I’ve experienced so far. Hurricane Lee had impacted our last scheduled day on the island. Steve preemptively reached out and was beyond accommodating in making sure we were all able to travel safely off the island - incredibly gracious. Overall would 100% recommend staying here!

Excellent property with great mid island location

Rented the house while on the island for business, had multiple coworkers all staying in one place. Location was great and easy to get to anywhere on the island in just a short drive. House was super clean on arrival and had all the space we needed. Neighborhood is very quiet and the house amenities were great. Made plenty of meals right at at the house instead of going out every night. Communication with the property owner was fantastic. Highly recommend this property for a stay on the island

Great stay

Just stayed at Steve’s place over July 4th week with family of 5. House is on quiet street, located close to town. The home is clean, recently renovated with a great kitchen that is adequately stocked with all that you need. The home has three large bedrooms together with a kids bunk room and we had more than enough space. We had a lovely time and would rent again. Great stay!!

Great house, as advertised

House was very clean, newer construction, nicely decorated and well stocked (all necessary kitchen and grill needs, beach chairs and umbrellas, toys for kids, bikes, ping pong, corn hole, etc.). Owner provided excellent instructions before check-in, confirmed we were all set upon arrival and was very responsive with any questions. House location is just a few miles from town and there was an amazing playground for the kids less than half mile away (on right side heading from house to town). Would absolutely stay here again!

Incredible Memorial Day Weekend

Some friends and I from college met on the Island for an incredible get together for MDW. The house was perfectly located, was stocked with all our beach amenities, and had a great backyard and patio that we used to grill and hang out in. Steve was a gracious house, easy to get in touch with, and made us feel right at home at his home. We can't wait to come back.

ACK Gang Reunion

Met all of our expectations. Steve was readily available to answer any & all of our questions. Actively assisted us in connecting & understanding the Roku TV. Three wonderful "Dine In" nights grilling selections from Nantucket Meat & Fish Market 3 minutes away on Old South Rd. Very competitive ping pong tournament that pitted "boys versus girls"; the women have bragging rights! All couples enjoyed the large bedrooms with comfortable king size beds. Two days on Surfside Beach 5-8 minutes from house using Tommy Bahama chairs & beach towels provided; perfect days. All in all, could not have been better!

Perfect for Families

We stayed for a week with our close friends and 4 small children. There was plenty of room for all. Immaculate back yard was great for the kids. House was very clean and modern. Easy check in and check out.

Family vacation

We had a great stay in Nantucket. Check in was easy - Steve even let us know when the house was ready so we could check in early! Amazing property that was close to everything. Great backyard for our kids to play while we sat on the deck. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

The house is fantastic!

Very clean and modern house with a huge backyard, where kids and adults can play and relax by the fire. We had 3 families with us with kids and everyone had plenty of room and privacy.

Wonderful week in ACK

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Steve was professional and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. The house itself was lovely, spacious, and perfect for our 2 families (5 kids total, ranging in age from 1-7). It's decorated very nicely but done in such a way that is kid friendly (ie we weren't worried they were going to break items or damage anything). The kitchen is well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the outdoor space and spent a lot of time in the backyard- perfect for the kids to play corn hole (provided) or a game of soccer. Thank you so much for a wonderful week of memories! We hope to be back next year.

Perfect Thanksgiving Stay

Steve and Laurie’s beautiful home was the perfect spot for our family Thanksgiving. We had 10 of us, ranging in age from 2-72 and everyone had a comfortable and cozy stay. We loved sitting by the fireplace and the kitchen and dining area were ideal for cooking and serving Thanksgiving dinner. The house is well appointed, and everyone remarked on how comfortable the beds are. Steve was a wonderful host, quick to respond and very friendly. Thank you so much!

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for one week in Nantucket :) The owner was very responsive regarding a few very minor issues we had while staying. The back patio is an absolute DREAM and we felt like we had plenty of privacy while outside. The house is very spacious and updated! The outdoor shower is a MUST and this house is also located very close to town and other great spots. We were very happy with our stay!
