Hermosa villa con piscina privada, rodeada de vegetación con más de 2000 metros cuadrados de terreno completamente vallado. Excelente exposición al sol y magníficas vistas de Monte Legnone. Se encuentra en un entorno tranquilo desde el cual es posible moverse cómodamente a pie o en bicicleta para llegar a los servicios principales, que incluyen una panadería, un pequeño supermercado, un bar, un estanco y una pizzería a solo 5 minutos. Está cerca de la playa de Baia di Piona (15 minutos a pie) y está a solo 1 km del centro. Dispuesta en 2 niveles, la casa de 220 metros cuadrados cuenta con:

una sala de estar grande y muy luminosa, con una gran puerta de vidrio de 7 m que da al jardín y la piscina;
una cocina comedor que conduce a un porche, con pilares de piedra, ideal para el desayuno; Una habitación doble romántica y un baño encantador con una ducha muy grande.

Perfect location

Very good weekend for all of us. The tenants are welcoming and the home is beautiful, clean, functional and very appreciated. We had a lovely stay during some days. It has everything we need and it is very comfortable and spacious. We very much hope to come back again. See you soon ! :)

A relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings with perfect hosts!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful villa, which is in a quiet location but driving distance to everything you possibly need. Claudia was the perfect host who went above and beyond, and from the comments in the visitors book she does this for everyone. Highly recommend! P.s - not for publishing but just for suggestions to enhance the stay for future people - we were very hot at night so air con would be great (we used the fans), and Citronella candles for the wasps and something for the mosquitoes.

Great place to stay..

Villa La Corte is an excellent place to stay when visiting Lake Como. The house is spacious, has all mod cons, and felt like a real home from home. The owner, Claudia, was fantastic to work with, giving us all the details of the house in advance, which made everything really easy when we arrived. Claudia could not have been nicer or more helpful and the pizzas on arrival were as welcome as they have been in several other reviews! Even though it was October, the pool was still well used, although a little 'bracing' on first entry! The gardens are lovely and the views all around the house inspired serenity.. Colico was a good base for trips to other villages around the lake, and the ferry service on the lake made this very easy without having to drive. An excellent holiday, and for anyone wanting to visit the area, we would recommend Villa La Corte as a great place to stay.

Amazing house, amazing location, amazing owner!

We just returned from a 1 week trip with our family. The house was beautifully clean and on arrival Claudia met us with a pizza incase we were hungry from our trip. She also provided lots of amazing recommendations for places to visit and booked us a restaurant reservation for the night we stayed and recommended a fantastic guy for a a full day boat trip we wanted to do (amazing - highly recommend!) The house is incredibly well located with stunning view of the mountains all around and only a short walk to the lake and lots of great restaurants. Colico feels more peaceful than some of the more touristy southern towns but we really liked that. It is an easy boat ride to Bellagio and other popular towns and we also loved exploring some of the northern lake towns like Dongo, including a lovely vine yard. I could not recommend Claudia and her house more highly!

Beautiful villa surrounded by a wonderful garden

The villa is surrounded by a huge and wonderful garden. The villa and the garden including the big pool are well maintained and in great shape. The view of Monte Legnone and the other mountains around Lake Como is more than impressing - we could not get enough of it. The lake can be reached on foot within ten minutes. A good bakery and a pizzeria are just a fine-minute walk away. Claudia and Beppe are great and warm hosts - always available in case of any questions. On the day of our arrival, after having enjoyed the drinks and snacks (pizza bread) available for us, we were provided with a lot helpful information about restaurants, shopping facilities, places to see etc. We loved the homegrown vegetables and lasagne which were given to us by Claudia and Guiseppe as presents during our stay! We will certainly come back! We are more than happy to have been your guests, Claudia and Beppe!

Wonderful Holiday House!

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday at Villa La Corte for the last 2 weeks in August. Having booked it 11 months previously, we had a long time to look forward to our stay, and it was everything we had hoped for and more. We arrived after a 3 day drive through France, Germany and over the Splugen pass from Switzerland (which was an amazing experience, and one which I would recommend if you you have a head for heights and want to experience a spectacular road!). When we arrived we were delighted to find the house was every bit as beautiful and perfect as the pictures suggested. As mentioned by previous reviewers, Claudia and Beppe were lovely hosts - they made us feel so welcome and did everything possible to ensure we enjoyed our stay throughout the 2 weeks. The food treats, wine and cold beers in the fridge were very welcome after a long drive when we arrived! If the house is lovely, the gardens are even better - beautifully maintained, with a fantastic swimming pool, which kept remarkably clean. And the views surrounding the house were just incredible - everywhere you look it is beautiful and spectacular, with the views changing throughout the day with the rising and setting of the sun and different weather conditions. We will miss having a morning cup of tea on the patio, watching the sun rise over Monte Legnone (which feels like it's at the end of the garden!) Colico itself is very nice - perhaps not pretty like Varenna or Bellagio, but we enjoyed the harbour area. Huge supermarket a 10 min drive away was useful, and we loved the bread from the local bakery 5 mins walk away. Lake Como itself is so beautiful and a perfect place to spend a holiday. Overall we loved our time at Villa La Corte and would recommend it to anyone... although we want to book again, so hope it doesn't become too popular :-)

Super Anwesen mit Pool - nur Wifi ungenügend

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool und tollem Aussenbereich. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kontakt mit Claudia. Internet war leider schlecht verfügbar und auch der Wifi Empfang war ungenügend. Gemäß Claudia wird das aber bald verbessert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Villa mit traumhaftem Garten

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa mit unseren beiden Hunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr hundefreundlich und der komplett eingezäunten ca 2000m² grosse Garten ist ein Paradies für Urlaub mit Hunden. Das Haus war ein einem top Zustand...so kann man 1 Woche Urlaub mit Hunden super genießen. Generell ist die gesamte Gegend sehr hundefreundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Super Aufenthalt! Tolles Haus und tolle Gastgeber!

Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kleinkinder (3 Monate, 1 Jahr und 2 Jahre) und durften eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa Corte verbringen! Das Haus ist sehr sehr schön, der Garten mit Pool einfach atemberaubend und Claudia die perfekte Gastgeberin, die jederzeit zur Stelle war und immer hilfreiche Tipps hatte! Auch der Ort Colico ist sehr schön mit tollen Restaurants, Stränden (mit Liegewiesen) und vielen Ausflugszielen (auch für die Wanderer war die Gipfelbesteigung des Monte Legnone drin :) Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und war für unsere Gruppe perfekt!! Vielen lieben Dank Claudia für die tolle Lasagne und die Betreuung vor Ort!

Objekt in echt (mindestens) genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Die Vermieterin Claudia ist ebenfalls absolut topp, schon die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat super geklappt, ebenso vor Ort. Vor allem ist sie super nett und hilfsbereit.

Wahnsinnig schönes Haus

Wir waren super zufrieden in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Top ausgestattet, super schöner Garten, sehr nette Kommunikation mit Claudia und Beppe. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL VACATION HOME!

We had a much needed relaxing time at this property. We stayed for a week and hardly left. It has absolutely everything you need and if there is anything you can think of (in our case.. a deck of cards) Claudia will assist in any way she can. As much as we enjoyed the property we enjoyed meeting the owners, they are a newly married couple always smiling and happy to help. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. It has something for everyone. We will be back!

Super Villa mit Pool in wunderbarer Umgebung

Die Villa la Corte ist wirklich eine ganz tolle Unterkunft. Das ganze Hause ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und sehr sauber. Der Garten ist riesig inkl. grossem Pool und kleinem Spielplatz für Kids. Es ist eine wunderbare Anlage und die Gastgeber Claudia und Beppe sind super herzlich . Die Umgebung Colico und die Comerseeregion ist sehr schön und es gibt ganz nette Promenaden und Städtchen zum Erkunden. Die Lage der Villa ist bestens geeignet für Ausflüge sei es nach Como oder mit dem Schiff auf die andere Uferseite nach Menaggio. Wir würden sofort wieder in diese Unterkunft gehen. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit schönem Wetter Ende September und Oktober. Insgesamt waren wir 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kids (10 Monate und 21 Monate). Für die Kids gab es sogar Kinderhochstühle sowie Babybetten. Es hat alles super geklappt. Herzlichen Dank für diese tolle Ferienwoche.

Villa Corte in charming Colico is a dream.

Thanks to Claudia and Beppe for their hospitality. Our week in their house and fantastic garden was more than we had dreamed about. Fantastic surroundings. We where 8 people in the age of 5 months to 83 years. All of us enjoyed the stay. A lot of fun around the swimming pool, marwellous dinners in the garden, breakfast on the terrasse and lunches in Colico Piano, by the lake. Walking distance to Ristorante dai Goggia, 15 minutes and to the bakery, 5 minutes. 5 minutes by car to Colico. We rented bikes in Colico and biked along the river Adda. Beautiful nature and bike paths. We went to Varenna for dinner, 15 minutes. A town on the « must list». Thanks again Claudia and Beppe. We got value for the money.

Pfingsturlaub mit Freunden

Wir hatten uns vor knapp einem Jahr zu diesem Urlaub entschlossen. 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (4-8 Jahre alt) brauchten ein ansprechendes Domizil und wurden bei Claudia und Beppo fündig. Allein die anfängliche Korrespondenz klappte schon mal prima; da gab es bei Mitbewerbern andere Erfahrungen. Der Urlaub war toll!!! Claudia und Beppo herzlich, Frederico als erster Ansprechpartner immer erreichbar, humorvoll, aufgeschlossen und zuverlässig. Das Haus wie beschrieben schön. Im Ganzen mit Garten und Pool wurden unserer Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Die Kinder waren glücklich, wir Eltern super erholt und ganz hingerissen von der traumhaften Umgebung des Comer Sees und der gewählten Unterkunft. Zum Abschied gabs von unseren Gastgebern für die Kinder noch je eine große Packung Gummibärchen! Wir kommen wieder 👍🏻

5 stars amazing and stunning!!

From the minute we arrived at the Villa, Claudia was extremely welcoming. The place was amazing, clean, homely and had extra attention to detail with a welcome pack ready to start our holiday. The house is spacious and in a good quiet location with stunning views all around. The house is ideal for lounging by the pool, or having a short walk to train station for trips on the lake. You can also take a short stroll into town or nearby restaurants. Thank you Claudia and Beppe for such a fantastic time at your amazing house, you really go above and beyond for your guest. I can not recommend this Villa enough.

De woning is schoon , mooi , en perfect voor een geweldige vakantie. Een 10+

Geweldig ontvangst , echt een paradijs aan het Como meer . Mooi huis , mooi zwembad , mooie tuin . Bij ontvangst en ook tussendoor altijd goed contact met Claudia en er is nooit wat teveel gevraagd . Een 10 + geef ik alles . Verder de omgeving is mooi , restaurants dichtbij , supermarkten 10 minuten . Great holiday , the owners where amazing . The house , pool ,garden it’s amazing . The village got very good restaurants . Four us it was a amazing holiday . The kids and I give it a 10+

Außergewöhnlich schöne Villa in Colico

Wir waren bei Claudia und Beppe mit zwei Familien. 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Claudia und Beppe werden uns wohl als eine der besten Gastgeber in Erinnerung bleiben. Angefangen bei einer hervorragenden Kommunikation und einem herzlichen Willkommen. Das wirklich sehr geschmackvolle Haus war sehr sauber und hatte bei Ankunft die Grundausstattung über die man sich freut. Getränke im Kühlschrank, nette Leckereien, Kaffee, Öl, Gewürze....Die Küche war ausgestattet mit allem was man dort während seines Aufenthaltes täglich zum reinigen benötigt (Müllbeutel, Reinigungsmittel und -tücher, Tabs etc.). Das Anwesen ist traumhaft mit überdachten Terrassen und kleinem Spielplatz für die Kinder. Diese konnten sich ausreichend bewegen und es wurde nie langweilig. Fußläufig vom Haus ( ca. 5min) ist ein kleiner Bäcker erreichbar der über tolle Backwaren und Schinken verfügt sowie eine leckere Pizzeria. Für jegliche Fragen während des Aufenthaltes stand Claudia jederzeit zur Verfügung und Hilfe bzw. eine Antwort kam prompt. Wir können dieses Haus sowie die Gastgeber uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden uns mehrere solcher Objekte und Menschen wünschen! Am Comer See wird für uns die Suche nach Objekten zu Ende gehen. Wir haben unser Traumobjekt gefunden. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen! Vielen Dank an Claudia und Beppe!

Just Amazing !!!!!

We booked Villa la Corte to celebrate my 60th birthday and took along my immediate family.(x8) When we arrived, the villa, the gardens, the pool and the view just took our breath away. It was more beautiful than we imagined. Claudia & Beppe welcomed us with fresh flowers, wine, a lovely pasta meal, and a fruit tarte, so that we didn't have to worry about preparing a meal after our long journey. We were so surprised. Beppe met us there and explained everything to us. Claudia visited us the following day to share a glass of wine with us and to introduce herself. Claudia's mama was close at hand if we needed anything at all throughout our stay. They are a wonderful family. So kind and couldnt do enough for us. Everything was perfect and we had the best holiday ever. Would definitely recommend this holiday - just outstanding.

I was born in Bellano on 18th June 1979. I lived my childhood at Avano, a small village in Val Varrone, approximately 15 km away from Colico.
I moved to Colico almost 10 years ago. I worked for 20 years in a MICE department (meeting, incentive, congress, events) of a big italian group.
I often travel and I am fond of meeting new people and getting acquainted with new cultures.

I have been going to Colico since I was a teenager and as soon as I could, I built a wonderful house there, which I decided to share with my guests.
I love the lake in Colico, the surrounding mountains and the woods.
Colico is a splendid reality for me, where I spend my daily life happily, enjoying the lively colours that nature offers in each season.
Colico has a lot of beaches, a touristic harbour and a wharf from which boats and hydrofoils leave to the main villages on the whole Lake Como.
Colico is also a cultural location, where tourists are attracted by the “Forte Militare di Fuentes”, the Abbey in Piona, and the Nature Reserve in “Pian di Spagna”.

I made VILLA LA CORTE out of passion, taking care of every detail. It is like a small corner of Paradise for me. I love admiring the garden, the olive tree, the willow, the palms trees, Mount Legnone and the wonderful pool reflecting sunlight from the large glass window in the living room. I adore having breakfast outdoor under the porch, relaxing in the pool reading a book, and concluding the day with friends eating delicious BBQ dishes on the edge of the pool.
