Everything we needed was included. We could not figure out how to use the TV in the bedroom, but did not bother asking for instructions as we were always too tired anyway. This property is located a nice walk from the pier and a short drive from everything.

One block to beach nicely decorated one bedroom comfortable bed, cooler, beach items in closet kitchen has everything onsite laundry…rocket launch vibrated the roof!

Wonderful, quiet spot to rest, renew, and enjoy the beautiful beach. We visited during the Spring break and it was still very quiet!

Disappointed: Many of the utensils and table service pieces were dirty/sticky. No dishwasher soap. Rusted pizza pan,totally unusable, flakes of rust fell off. Ice machine in fridge didn't work. There were small red ants in the kitchen drawers, on the counter, stove and bathroom.

So sorry you were unhappy, at any point you could have reached out to me and I would have fixed any problems. we do have bug service, went to inspect condo and I saw NO ants anywhere so not sure if you sprayed or why if you saw them I didn't. I have bought new pizza pan and went through all of drawers and saw no food on anything except one knife you left out with pizza pan. Did not know there was no dishwashing soap there is a dollar store right up the road. I hire a cleaning service and they don't always look over everything in cabinets and drawers and if someone doesn't tell me I don't know but very willing to make you happy and would have fixed any problems.

Great Little Getaway!

This condo was wonderful. All you need for a quick, quiet, relaxing getaway. Beach is just a little stroll away and plenty of activities/restaurants within the area.

The location and place was perfect it was quite the place was very clean you could walk to the beach in the afternoon see the cruise ships leaving the port you could see the rocket blast of from the front Yeard the place was just beautiful

Nice stay

This was a nicely furnished apartment that was very clean and had all the conveniences you want in the kitchen . It was in a nice neighborhood and just steps to the beach. The hosts are friendly and easy to reach.

Perfect for the two of us. Super close to the beach and activities in surrounding towns.

Great week. Would stay again. Great location. Updated and lots of towels and beach stuff for you to use, Saved lots of money. Could use a set of steak knives but had everything else we wanted or needed.

Cute 1 BR in Cape Canaveral

Half way between the port and the pier, this condo is near everything we wanted. Ocean access was a half block away. We walked to the beach to watch 2 rocket launches during our week there. Very nice stay.

So close to the beach!

Communication with owner Becky was flawless; she responded very quickly to any questions. This was our 2nd time enjoying this location. Private, clean and literally a block away from the beautiful beach. Community is safe to walk although we’d recommend a car to visit local restaurants. Thank you Becky!

Peaceful

The unit was quiet and as advertised, a cute little condo near fun things to do. We did the Kennedy space center and saw 3 rockets launch. Walked the beach (currently being rebuilt from last years hurricane) and generally enjoyed some warmer weather than we have at this time in New England.

Pearl of the Sea

Our time in this condo was comfortable and enjoyable. It is within easy walking distance to the beach and other attractions. The condo was well-stocked with kitchen and bath items. It is tastefully decorated in the beach style. This was our second stay and if the opportunity presents we will stay here again.

A few weeks at the beach

We’ve rented the Pearl before and find it more than adequate. Bed ver comfortable and fellow tenants are quiet. Could use some storage containers for leftovers.

Relaxing

The place is as described. It’s a perfect place for a couple to stay . My wife and I where able to walk to the beach and that was nice it’s a very short walk . The condo is very well maintained and stocked , very clean and the bed is comfortable which is a big plus !! Restaurants are just a short drive and many food options! I highly recommend this condo !
