The Space:

This sun filled living room welcomes you. Unwind on the plush sofas while streaming your favorite shows.



The large primary suite with a King sized bed adds the luxurious feel of a hotel. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The shared bathroom divides the two bedrooms.



No need to spend lots of money eating out. Meals are made easily in this well-equipped kitchen. Whip up your favorite dishes, and enjoy them at the dining peninsula. Or, use the common grill and picnic table for outdoor dining.

Love this place

We loved the condo and the area. The pool adds to the personality of the property. The keyless entry makes checking in effortless.The condo itself was very clean and well equipped and nicely decorated. The owner was quick with answers to questionsand very understanding. We even got to see a Space X lift off! But didn’t see many peacocks, it was very windy this year. Would love to come back next year! .

Everything was exactly how the property was described. Beach toys@, chair, and umbrella was also available for use. Fully furnished kitchen. Overall very clean and nice! except food

Nice place to stay

this condo is older but upkept well. Stayed with my wife and 2 girls and we had plenty of room for 1 weeks stay. Close to public beach access, the pier, and the main highway into cape / coco. would book this one again.

Clean, accommodating, great customer service.

From the initial booking process, all the way to check out, the host was very helpful, making sure to anticipate everything I would need to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I cannot have been more happy with the room, the host and the hospitality I was given. Highly recommend this host and their property!

Wonderful condo

This condo felt just like home for our family of four. The bedrooms, kitchen and living room were all spacious. It delivered on everything posted in the listing. The beach chairs and umbrella came in super handy. We also loved seeing the beautiful peacocks roaming free in the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet location that is also close to the beach. We opted to drive to the public parking beach area because of all the gear we had to carry, but the other beach access is a 5 minute walk from this condo. We miss our vacation home already :)

I had the most fabulous time!

The property was very clean, spacious and airy. I had no problems finding it and everything was very cozy! I loved the area- surrounded by many places to eat and fun things to do. Very close to Cruise Port Terminal as I desired. It was the perfect spot and I hope to return soon.

Very well appointed, clean, quiet, good location that is close to everything, and very nice beach close by. Also good location for walking and biking. Good view of the rocket launches as well. Enjoyed the stay! The host does a fantastic job of making sure you are well taken care of.

Incredible condo - incredible value!

Super cute, picturesque, quintessential Florida condo with the perfect amenities - at an incredible price! I can’t say enough about this rental! The condo itself: meticulously and thoughtfully appointed with everything you might need for your stay. Kitchen has all the stuff, Keurig, toaster, cool dishes, all the utensils and cutlery. Living room is comfortable, a fun beach motif throughout sets the mood for your stay! The host provided high-end bath products, luxurious towels and the bedrooms and very comfortable. They even have everything you need for a trip to the beach: beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, blanket, even an igloo and kids toys! The complex: comes with a free parking space, a very nice pool and bonus: there are 3-4 peacocks just wandering loose on the grounds! They are so fun to watch! In fact - in the surrounding neighborhood there are probably more than 25 peacocks hanging out! In addition- It’s a very short walk to the beach through a nice and safe neighborhood! The area: Cape Canaveral is a beautiful, clean town, close to Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island and the Space Center. Also the Canaveral National Seashore is about an hour drive where you can enjoy miles and miles of pristine beaches!
