The condo decor was lovely, beach themed from wall pictures to couch pillows, loved the look and feel immediately.Heated pool was very enjoyable, swam everyday. Available chaise lounges every visit to pool.

Beautiful quiet property on the beach. Enjoyed the balcony, walking on the beach and riding my bike. Plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Cape Canaveral Stay

The property was very nice and clean. Very secluded and not many people. Easy access to the beach. Short 10 minute drive to cocoa beach downtown area and pier. Got to see 3 rocket launches! Very cool and unique experience from other beaches I have been to. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay for mix of beach, pool, very private safe gated area, close to Kennedy space center . Zallero’s best scratch Italian restaurant by far. Everything thing you need at condo and more!. Thanks for great stay!

Perfect beach trip

Nice beachfront condo… gated community, private beach access. We were very comfortable in this condo and slept extremely well. We loved listening to the waves from the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed and we also enjoyed the restaurants in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

Great spot right on the beach and we loved having private beach access. Condo has everything you need with a surprising amount of storage. Gated community and it was so convenient to be able to park right in front of the condo!

This condo was perfect for us and it is right on the beach with private access. We heard a rumbling and went out to see a rocket light up the night sky! What an amazing experience that I will never forget!

Right on the Beach!

Spacious one bedroom condo on the beach. Comfortable queen size bed in the bedroom and my daughter found the pull out sleeper “super comfy”. We had fun playing in the waves and in the pool. Chairs were provided for us to relax on the beach. Interiors look just like the photos, really calming. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

Great location to watch a launch and visit the space center. Easy beach access, nice pool and hot tub. This unit gets the sun so it’s great this time of the year. We saw other guests facing north looking for units facing the south Everything in the unit was updated and in good working order.

First Family Vacation

My fiancée and I stayed here with our 2 little ones (ages 6 and 2) and it was perfect for the 4 of us. Having the washer and dryer right in the unit was great. We had a minor hiccup and needed maintenance to come out , in which the company sent one out within a few hours. The location was great! We felt like we were safe and secure.

Private Hideaway

Although there are other tenants, you rarely see them. Love the privacy of the beach. Beautiful property. Property managers were great about alerting us to any changes. The only thing was checkout was at 10 and the cleaning crew knocked on our door to clean at 9:15!

Right on the beach

It was great that this was right on the beach. Easy walk to Jetty Park. Got to watch a rocket launch right from the beach. I was a bit disappointed that the bedroom wasn't totally private, it has a window out to the dining area. The other disappointment was having to walk through the bedroom to the bathroom. We had someone on the pull out couch that was comfortable enough but would have to enter the bedroom to get to the bathroom.

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay and being close to beach. However, the iron did not work, lights for the outside bathroom light, 1 was out & 1 flickered. Chair on balcony was cracking and the control panel on washer/dryer was coming off. Shower holds water. Door to balcony was hard to open. Could use a few rugs in condo. Could also be updated more.

Restful beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and well decorated. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. All the furniture was very comfortable. We loved watching the surfers on the ocean from the dining room tablle. The short walk to the beach made it easy to go every day. We were able to watch one of the space launches from the beach area. The coded gate was great for privacy, but was also an irritation when it didn’t work properly. I liked the privacy of the area and the low traffic around town. It took some getting used to the foam mattress queen size since mine at home is a king. The owner was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to my questions.

Great Location

This property is in a great location on the beach. Short drive to restaurants and other needs . The property is quiet and secure. We did have a few issues while staying. If you are relying on the WiFi to be connected for work, you may have an issue. When I attempted to connect with my laptop, it kept kicking me off and giving a message that there were to many users. Also, the dishwasher did not work and the bottom of it was full of water. Other than these two issues, the property was as advertised. Enjoyed watching cruise boats come and go. We were able to see one rocket launch.
