Todo lo que necesitas para una estadía en Knoxville. Buena ubicación. A poca distancia de excelentes restaurantes, locales de música en vivo, museos, la Universidad de Tennessee, galerías de arte y parques.
Diseño limpio y abierto.
Cómodo apartamento de una habitación y un baño con un sofá cama plegable. Relájate y lee, o visita la ciudad. Ubicado en Market Square con dos entradas, una en la plaza y otra en la calle con un elevador para ir a su apartamento. Muy seguro.
Dos entradas, una en Wall Avenue con acceso por ascensor y la otra en la plaza peatonal de Market Square

Great location!! The apt was very well appointed and spotless on arrival. It had everything i needed for a month long stay. If i return to Knoxville, i will look no further than this building. It had everything: location, cleanliness, supplies... you name it.

We could not have ever gotten a better Tennant than James. He respected the unit and left the unit he stayed in for a month it BETTER than guests that have stayed only two nights. Thank you so much for the 5 star review and if I could give hime a 10 star we would!

Great location. Very nice apartment.As noted, noise is a factor. Overall, it was not bad, but there was a loud industrial vacuum or sweeper making a loud noise for about a half hour in the early morning hours.Knoxville is great and this is an ideal location to take it all in. We enjoyed Market Square and a Vols football game.

It happens every so often and we never know when, but if it was in the afternoon, it wouldnt be so bad. Happy Holidays!

The apartment was exactly as advertised: clean and in a very vibrant, walkable downtown location. The check in process was slightly confusing for someone who doesn't spend a lot of time in cities, but I was able to figure it out. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Knoxville.

Perfect Location!
