Neighborhood gem!

My sister and I came to Knoxville for the first time to see a concert at the UT and were so delighted that we chose this great rental. The location was perfect because we enjoy walking around to explore and it was close to many shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen and rest of the place - modern. Blake was very easy to reach and made sure our stay was fully enjoyed. Highly recommend.

Great condo, good furnishings and amenities, decent location, some train noise, parking a little tough if you have a lot of stuff to carry back and forth, great communication.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We needed a place to stay that was within walking distance to the Tennessee Theater because we were going to a concert. This place was perfect! The parking option was easy (we did not have a lot of luggage), the location was perfect. Near enough to walk to downtown spots but still removed enough to not be in the chaos. The room was clean and Blake was so helpful and communicated all that we needed to know in a timely manner. Plus a super cute and great coffee shop around the corner. It was so much better than expected. And the place in person looks lust like the pictures. Now I should add that my husband and I are in decent shape and love to walk and explore so the location for us was perfect. Maybe a 14 minute walk to the theater.

Great place for game weekend!

We enjoyed the condo and communication with Blake was great. We walked to the game and enjoyed the proximity to market square and restaurants downtown.

Couldn't have been better

Place was great, very nice place to stay close enough to the city to walk but far enough away from the night life to be quite. Will stay here again.

Excellent weekend

Blake was extremely helpful, available, and quick to answer all my questions. Condo was very clean and updated. No issues at all. We will absolutely book again next time we're in town.

Perfect Location

We dropped our son off at UT and stayed a few extra days to explore Knoxville. This was the perfect location for us to do so! There were so many places to eat or to grab a drink, and the walk to Market Square was short. The condo was comfy and all of the amenities were A+.

Family getaway

Perfect for our family of 4. It was a great location. We walked to so many shops and restaurants. Easy drive to campus and the Smoky Mountains. The neighborhood felt safe and condo had all the things we needed. My only complaint would be to put a mattress cover on the master bed and more towels/washcloths. We had 2 teen girls with us.

Property was located in great location walking distance to old Knoxville. Check in/ check out was easy and flawless no issues. If coming into town I would definitely use this location again,

Perfect Knoxville Spot!

The condo was lovely and clean. Exactly as advertised. Great location to explore Knoxville’s different neighborhoods and just a quick drive to campus. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Go Vols!

Great location and comfortable property

This property was clean, modern, amd provided all the necessary amenities for our weekend stay. It is located in the corner of Marble City and Old City with plenty of dining and entertainment options close by. It was also a quick and easy walk to downtown/Gay Street/Market Square. The check in process was simple and there was ample side street parking available throughout the weekend. Absolutely loved this property for our family. Can't wait to stay again sometime soon.

Terrible

We will not be staying at this property again and do NOT recommend it to others. First we were inconvenienced by the owner not providing us a method to get in the building and the condo and we had to call for the code. Then we were inconvenienced again by not providing us a place to park and having a boot put on our vehicle costing us $75. The second night we had to park on the street putting are car at risk of getting hit or broken into. Now the owner Is accusing us of losing the fob. - terrible experience!!!! Will never book again

So cute

This little apartment was perfect for our quick trip to Knoxville. We could walk to the Old City and Marble City was right around the corner. There were a few issues (not owners fault) that we can across and the owner was quick to reply to us.
