This home is located right near beautiful Lake Pagosa, a short drive to restaurants & shops, and
a few miles from downtown Pagosa Springs. Wolf Creek Ski Area is just 30 minutes away. In the
home we you'll find good Wi-Fi and plenty of games including a ping pong table, darts &
corn hole. It is pet friendly with a fenced in back yard.

The interior is tastefully furnished. There is a queen master bedroom, a second queen bedroom and a third bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed. Two full bathrooms with a shower/bathtub. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

Starlink (best internet in Pagosa) recently added!

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This home has A/C.
This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.

Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

Cozy house for a winter getaway

Hi, we had a nice stay. The house is comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and a short drive from grocery stores, shops and center of Pagosa. It was an easy drive to Wolf Creek ski area too.

Great Location

This property was close to town and great hiking trails. Just what we were looking for in a vacation home. Only drawback was very spotty internet service.

Excellent rental for families

We had an excellent experience here! Very clean and the property managers were so responsive. It was close to town and trails, as well as walking distance to lake Pagosa for fishing. Very comfortable hike for a family with young kids. The only thing we would recommend is more outdoor seating :)

Great place to stay for a trip to Pagosa Springs

The house is in a little neighborhood a little ways past downtown Pagosa Springs. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. We loved the enclosed porch to leave our ski gear and the ping pong table and darts were an added bonus. The house is a little creaky if you have light sleepers that go to bed early. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Clean and perfect for family with kids

The house is clean and well organized. We like the kids bedroom the most with lots toys and games for the kids. The management team is quick to response to any need. We enjoy the stay and have a good time.

Pet friendly and good location!

Cute house with plenty of room. Very simple and clean. We enjoyed having the fenced in yard as we had our 6 month old puppy with us and that made for a stress free way to get him some excercise. Beds were a bit firm, but I feel like they may have been brand new mattresses. The communication from hosts was great and I loved having the ability to do pur laundry before we left. Very considerate hosts!!

The property was clean and and well stocked with all the essentials. No muffin pan, but i bought one while I was there so now they have a muffin pan. The memory foam beds in all the rooms were a little hard for our liking. The dishwasher started leaking while we were there (noticed when water started seeping through the vinyl planks) but our contact with the management company sent out someone right away to check it out. Although they didn't repair it while we were there so we had to wash dishes by hand for the last few days. We did survive it though. All in all it was a nice home and the management company was very responsive to any concerns.

Great location

Nice updated house. Really enjoyed walking to the lake. Everything worked as it should. Was nice to have some spices and a few things in the cabinet. Overall I would recommend.

Clean, cute, comfortable!

Loved our stay at this home. Close to everything, clean and comfortable. Well stocked. Fenced backyard was perfect for pup. We had fun playing ping pong and darts in the garage. Would highly recommend.

Home away from home

Everything you need for a relaxing week in Pagosa Springs. The garage is a blessing in wintertime! Property managers are very easy to work with. Five stars.

The house was well stocked with all we needed and more. The only drawback was the listing stated sleeps 8 but that requires the use of an air mattress with not sufficient space to accommodate a mattress.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful time on our visit to Pagosa Spring in part due to the accommodations of this rental. The 2 queen beds have amazingly comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is more than amply stocked with dishes and silverware. The only downside was this rental was listed as a sleeps 8 - which required the use of an air mattress ( provided by the rental) for our group. Unfortunately we did not have room to effectively accommodate the mattress. Everything else was A plus

All good except the dog hair

Very nice 3 bedroom ranch - nice size rooms and very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable furniture and big round dining table for up to 8 people. Great big fenced backyard for dogs but only issue with allowing dogs is making sure the dog hair is thoroughly cleaned between guests! The primary bedroom was bedding was covered in dog hair. Staff was notified and took care of the problem even tho this was after hours, thankfully! I do not like memory foam beds so this was another issue for me but at least they did provide nice quality sheets and bedding, VIP services takes care of this property and luckily if issues arise they are right there to help.

For future guests: all sheets/towels are taken off premises to launder professionally. We fixed this issue quickly even though it was after hours.
